    Ingrediente Dovlecei pane cu usturoi 1 dovlecel crud (dimensiune 25-30 cm), ulei pentru prajit , 100 gr faina, sare. Pentru compozitia de pane: 2 oua , faina, sare, 5 catei de usturoi zdrobiti, sare si piper dupa gust . Preparare Dovlecei pane cu usturoi Dovlecelul se curata de coaja, apoi il taiem felii si presaram cu sare. Lasam cca 20 min, apoi scurgem zeama formata. Feliile de dovlecel se tamponeaza cu un servet uscat si se trec prin faina . Ouale se mixeaza cu sare, piper, usturoiul zdrobit, apa si faina. Feliile de dovlecel se trec prin compozitia de pane ( ca si la snitel) si le prajim in ulei fierbinte, pe ambele parti. Dupa prajire se scot pe un servet absorbant , pentru a indeparta surplusul de ulei. Servim cu mujdei de usturoi sau cu sos de iaurt si usturoi.
