Având în vedere modificările aduse facțiunilor la nivelul rapoartelor de activitate, promovărilor și FW-urilor, sistemul de promovare special al SFPD urmează să fie eliminat. Astfel, promovările de acum încolo se vor baza doar pe sistemul de bază al serverului.   Competițiile „Misiunea săptămânii” și „Ofițerii săptămânii”, care au stat dintotdeauna la baza acestui sistem special, rămân active și chiar vă încurajăm să continuați să participați la acestea, atât pentru îndepărtarea monotoniei, cât și pentru accesarea unor premii atractive:   Locul 1 la Misiune primește $125.000 + raport opțional + opțiunea de a purta orice skin al facțiunii toată săptămâna. Locul 2 la Misiune primește $75.000 + raport înjumătățit + opțiunea de a purta orice skin al facțiunii toată săptămâna. Locul 3 la Misiune primește $50.000 + raport înjumătățit + opțiunea de a purta orice skin al facțiunii toată săptămâna. As such, promotions from now on will be based on the basic server system only.   The “Weekly challenge” and “Weekly officers” competitions, which have always been at the heart of this special system, remain active and we really encourage you to continue to participate, both to break the monotony and to access attractive prizes:   1st place in the Challenge wins $125.000 + optional report + the option to wear any faction skin all week. 2nd place in the Challenge wins $75.000 + halved report + the option to wear any faction skin all week. 3rd place in the Challenge wins $50.000 + halved report + the option to wear any faction skin all week. ● Partea 1 din 2 ●   Ca urmare a numărului mare de membri ai departamentelor care folosesc aeronavele pentru transport rapid dintr-un punct în altul, mai ales contra suspecților tereștri, Regulamentul General al Departamentelor a fost actualizat:    NOU 6.2.3 Va este permis sa folositi aeronavele (sa va deplasati cu ele sau sa trageti cu ele) din National Guard (Hydra, Hunter, Rustler) pentru suspectii aerieni sau suspectii fara drept de predare care se afla pe o cladire cu spatiu redus, accesibila doar cu parasuta, exemplu: turnurile inalte din LS si SF, balcoanele inalte de la apartamentele de langa Dealership, farul din LS.   Important Atentie, locatiile enumerate mai sus servesc doar ca exemplu, ca baza pentru interpretarea regulii de mai sus, insa nu se limiteaza doar la acele locatii. ● Part 1 of 2 ●   As a result of the large number of department members using aircraft for fast traveling from one point to another, particularly against land-based suspects, the General Department Regulation has been updated:    NEW 6.2.3 You are allowed to use (to move with them or to fire with them) National Guard aircraft (Hydra, Hunter, Rustler) for airborne suspect or suspects without surrender rights who are on a building with limited space, accessible only by parachute, for example: the tall towers in LS and SF, the high balconies near the Dealership apartments, the lighthouse in LS.   Important Attention, the locations listed above serve only as examples, as a basis for interpreting the rule above, but are not limited to those locations. ● Partea 1 din 3 ●   Ghidul Începătorului a fost rescris, cu deosebit ajutor din partea lui @ BishopHeahmund  și @ TLG 5stackz , cât și cu ajutorul colegilor care au scos la lumină diverse situații ce necesitau clarificări.   ● Partea 2 din 3 ●   Regulamentul Intern PD a fost actualizat după cum urmează:    NOU 6.2.1 Jucatorii de nivel 4-7 care primesc wanted pentru "Neconformare Ordin" sau "Deconectare in urmarire" isi pierd dreptul de a alege ce sanctiune contraventionala vor primi.     Sugestie a lui @ South TheoNeuer   Prin excepție de la regula 7.1, se permite sancționarea șoferilor care, deși conduc mai puțin de 3 secunde pe contrasens, produc în acel scurt timp un accident în care implică alt participant la trafic.   7.1 Se considera condus neregulamentar atunci cand jucatorul trece cu vehiculul pe sensul opus de mers pentru minim 3 secunde. Daca jucatorul nu revine pe sensul corect de mers in aceste secunde, politistul are dreptul sa-l traga pe dreapta si sa-l sanctioneze. Aceasta regula se aplica si daca jucatorul foloseste nisipul, iarba sau alte texturi alaturate drumului. Nu se pot folosi sa se evite sensul corect de mers.    NOU Se face exceptie la regula de mai sus (7.1) si va fi sanctionat jucatorul daca acesta produce un accident in care implica un alt participant la trafic.   ● Partea 3 din 3 ●   Dacă un jucător a fost surprins de un radar, nu mai poate fi surprins de același ori de altul în următoarele 60 de secunde. Această modificare este menită să reducă problemele și confuziile ce țin de distanța între anumite zone. În noul Ghid am alcătuit o listă sugestivă de locații în care din acest moment pot fi active două radare în același timp.

 

 

 

 

 

● Part 1 of 3 ●   The Beginner's Guide has been rewritten, with great help from @ BishopHeahmund and @ TLG 5stackz , as well as colleagues who brought to light various situations that needed clarification.   ● Part 2 of 3 ●   The PD Internal Regulation has been updated as follows:    NEW 6.2.1 Players of level 4-7 who receive a wanted level for "Disobeying Orders" or "Disconnected While Wanted" lose the right to choose which penalty they will receive.     Suggestion from@ South TheoNeuer   By exception to rule 7.1, it is allowed to sanction drivers who, although driving in the wrong direction for less than 3 seconds, cause an accident involving another traffic participant in that short time.   7.1 Driving is considered improper when the player drives on the opposite lane for at least 3 seconds. If the player does not return to the correct lane during these seconds, the officer has the right to pull them over and sanction them. This rule also applies if the player uses the sand, grass, or other textures alongside the road. They cannot be used to avoid the correct lane.    NEW An exception is made to the rule above (7.1), and the player will be sanctioned if they cause an accident involving another traffic participant.   ● Part 3 of 3 ●   If a player has been caught by a radar, they cannot be caught by the same one or another one for the next 60 seconds. This change is intended to reduce problems and confusion related to the distance between certain areas. In the new Guide, we have compiled a suggestive list of locations where two radars can now be active at the same time.

● Partea 1 din 2 ●   Constatăm o scădere drastică a implicării în cadrul Misiunii Săptămânii în ultimele luni, în ciuda premiilor puse la bătaie și a dificultății reduse a sarcinilor. În acest context, am discutat cu @ BishopHeahmund  și am convenit ca de astăzi, 7 iulie 2025, să suspendăm competiția pentru o vreme. Mulțumim tuturor care au participat până în acest punct și dorim în continuare succes în cadrul celeilalte competiții rămase – Ofițerii Săptămânii!     [!] Între timp lucrăm la un proiect amplu pentru facțiune, veți afla mai multe foarte curând.   [!] Pentru a nu pierde posibilitatea de a purta orice skin al facțiunii o săptămână (doar în săptămâna când postăm câștigătorii), am integrat-o în premiul locului 1 în cadrul competiției Ofițerii Săptămânii. Răspunsul este: DA! Dacă nimeni nu vă răspunde la cererea de preluare a aeronavei, puteți s-o preluați – la fel cum procedați în cazul cererilor de patrulare și radar care nu primesc răspuns.   Și mai doresc să atrag atenția asupra unui lucru care induce în eroare încă foarte mulți membri ai tuturor departamentelor: Puteți acorda wanted pentru 'apel nefondat' peste alte wanted-uri CU drept de predare. Nu există nicio regulă care să interzică acest lucru, iar însuși sistemul procedează în acest fel cu traficanții de droguri, pescarii fără licență, criminalii etc. Deci, nu vă feriți să sancționați pe viitor folosirea aiurea a comenzii [/emergency] de către infractori cu drept de predare. Chiar și când deja au wanted pentru 'apel nefondat', puteți să le mai dați ori de câte ori repetă fapta.

If no one responds to your request to take over the aircraft, you can take it over - just as you do with patrol and radar requests that go unanswered.   And I also want to point out something that still misleads many, many members of all departments: You can grant wanted for ‘prank call’ over other wanteds WITH the right to surrender. There is no rule against this, and the system itself does this with drug dealers, unlicensed fishermen, criminals, etc. So don't be afraid to penalize the misuse of the [/emergency] command by criminals with the right to surrender in the future. Even when they already have wanted for ‘prank call’, you can still give it to them whenever they repeat the offense.

● Partea 1 din 1 ●     În urma mai multor cazuri recente în care jucătorii au deranjat intenționat, cu vehicule, polițiștii rutieri la radar, au fost făcute următoarele modificări:   ➢ secțiunea Confiscarea LIcenței Auto din Regulamentul General al Departamentelor condus neregulamentar, deranj trafic, parcare neregulamentara, izbirea/impingerea/blocarea intentionata a radarului politiei sau folosire NOS (in miscare pe un drum public) - 1 ora   ➢ topicul Wanted, Arrest and Ticket List din Forumul SFPD   Lista amenzilor   Perturbarea radarului ⇒ amenda corespunzătoare + confiscarea licenței auto 1 oră     ***** EXPLICATIV     Dacă eu am radar în Doherty SF, iar un jucător nivel 8+ face unul dintre cele 3 lucruri încadrate la perturbarea radarului, pentru a-mi îngreuna treaba, am dreptul să-i confisc licența auto 1 oră și să-i acord amendă cu motivul „perturbarea radarului” (adăugată la finalul listei în /ticket).

 

 

 

 

● Part 1 of 1 ●     Following several recent cases where players intentionally disturbed traffic police officers at the radar with vehicles, the following changes have been made:   ➢ the Confiscating the Driving LIcense section within Department General Rules reckless driving, disturbing traffic, illegal parking, slamming/pushing/blocking intentionally the police radar or using NOS (while moving on a public road) - 1 hour   ➢ the Wanted, Arrest and Ticket List topic within SFPD Forum   Ticket list   Disturbing radar - adequate ticket + confiscation of the driving license 1 hour     ***** EXPLANATORY     If I have radar in Doherty SF, and a level 8+ player does one of the 3 things that are considered radar disruption, to make my job more difficult, I have the right to confiscate their driver's license for 1 hour and issue them a fine with the reason "disturbing radar" (added to the end of the list in /ticket).

cu privire la parada departamentelor pe 1 decembrie 2025 cu ocazia Zilei Naționale a României

 

 

Facem de la bun început următoarea precizare:

• participarea (prezența) este opțională și nu se acordă sancțiuni pentru absență sau părăsirea prematură a activității.

 

PROGRAM:

• ora 19:30 - participanții SFPD se prezintă la garajul facțiunii;
• ora 19:45 - participanții SFPD se deplasează către aeroportul abandonat din Las Venturas (deșert), unde se întâlnesc cu participanții celorlalte departamente;
• ora 20:00 - parada începe.

 

REGULI pentru SFPD:

• urmați instrucțiunile organizatorilor;
• conduceți regulamentar, nu vă loviți între voi sau pe ceilalți participanți la trafic (ex: civili în trecere);
• deplasați-vă cât de mult puteți în coloană, respectați limita de viteză impusă (dacă este cazul) și nu efectuați manevre care afectează buna desfășurare a activității (ex: depășire doar ca să ocupi un loc mai în față, drive-by, brake checking etc.);
• păstrați un limbaj civilizat;
• nu faceți deathmatch aiurea;
• nu faceți controale de rutină, arestări și nu acordați sancțiuni contravenționale – nici în mers, nici în timpul pauzelor dintre punctele de pe traseu;
  • cei care doresc să părăsească activitatea pentru a face raport, sunt liberi să dea curs acestei dorințe, dar fără a afecta activitatea.
• dacă un participant ocupând un loc în față în coloană a părăsit prematur parada și dorește să se întoarcă, iar parada nu s-a încheiat, acesta se va așeza la spatele coloanei pentru a nu afecta activitatea.

 

ALTE INFORMAȚII:

• participanții SFPD surprinși încălcând regulile & instrucțiunile paradei și cele generale & interne în vigoare ale departamentelor vor fi sancționați;
• ne rezervăm dreptul de a înăspri sancțiunile prevăzute în regulamente, dată fiind importanța acestei activități și în funcție de impactul încălcărilor comise.

ANNOUNCEMENT

regarding the departments' parade on December 1 2025 on the occasion of Romania's National Day

 

 

From the very beginning we're making the following specification:

• participation (attendance) is optional, and no sanctions are given for absence or premature leaving of the activity.

 

SCHEDULE:

• 19:30 - SFPD participants show up at the faction's garage;
• 19:45 - SFPD participants move to the abandoned airport in LV (desert), where they meet with the participants of the other departments;
• 20:00 - the parade begins.

 

RULES for SFPD:

• follow the organizers' instructions;
• drive legally, do not hit each other or other traffic participants (e.g. civilians passing by);
• move as much as you can in the column, respect the imposed speed limit (if applicable) and do not perform maneuvers that affect the smooth running of the activity (e.g. overtaking just to occupy a place in front, drive-by, brake checking, etc.);
• maintain civilized language;
• do not engage in unnecessary deathmatches;
• do not carry out routine checks, arrests and do not issue fines – neither while driving nor during breaks between points on the route;
  • those who wish to leave the activity to do activity report are free to do so, but without affecting the activity.
• if a participant occupying a place in the front of the column has prematurely left the parade and wishes to return, and the parade has not ended, he will sit at the back of the column so as not to affect the activity.

 

OTHER INFORMATION:

• SFPD participants caught violating the parade rules & instructions and the general & internal rules in force in the departments will be sanctioned;
• we reserve the right to tighten the sanctions provided for in the regulations, given the importance of this activity and depending on the impact of the violations committed.

În perioada 22 Decembrie - 4 Ianuarie rapoartele de activitate vor deveni opționale iar warurile vor fi oprite. Acestea vor fi setate manual cândva la începutul zilei de Luni a fiecărei dintre cele două săptămâni, așadar nu vă stresați dacă nu apare opțional la prima oră a dimineții.

 

De asemenea pentru luna Decembrie cerințele pentru orele obligatorii minime vor fi puțin diferite, astfel:

- minim 15 ore reale pentru lideri.

- minim 10 ore reale pentru membrii facțiunilor.

During the period December 22 - January 4 activity reports will become optional and wars will be disabled. These will be set manually sometime at the beginning of Monday of each of the two weeks, so don't stress if it doesn't appear optional at the first hour of the morning.

9. Radarul

9.3 Inainte de a pune radar intr-o anumita zona trebuie sa intrebati de 3 ori pe [/d], cu minim 10 secunde intre ele, daca zona este libera, iar daca zona nu este din orasul vostru sa cereti permisiunea unui rank 4+ din acel oras, pe [/d]. Daca nu primiti niciun raspuns, dupa 1 minut puteti amplasa radarul. Daca sunteti refuzat (cu un motiv intemeiat) trebuie sa asteptati 5 minute pana la urmatoarea cerere.

 

Următoarea notă a fost adăugată:

Daca un coleg anunta pe [/d] eliberarea unei zone si aveti dovada cu acest anunt, puteti prelua zona fara a mai intreba daca este libera.

• Membrii departamentului in al carui oras se afla zona pot prelua direct, anuntand acest lucru pe [/d].
• Membrii altor departamente trebuie sa procedeze in continuare conform regulii 9.3.

 

 

 EXPLICATIV 

Scopul notei este de a elimina verificarea inutilă pe [/d] dacă o zonă de radar este liberă atunci când un coleg tocmai a anunțat că o eliberează. Indiferent de PD, membrul nu mai întreabă dacă zona este liberă, dar rețineți:

9. The Radar

9.3 Before placing a radar in a specific area, you must ask 3 times on [/d], with a minimum of 10 seconds between each, if the area is clear. If the area is not within your city, you must request permission from a rank 4+ member from that city on [/d]. If you don't receive an answer, you may place the radar after 1 minute. If you are refused (with a valid reason), you must wait 5 minutes before making another request.

 

The following note has been added:

If a colleague announces on [/d] that an area has been cleared and you have proof of this announcement, you can take over the area without asking if it is available.

• Members of the department in whose city the area is located can take over directly, announcing this on [/d].
• Members of other departments must continue to proceed according to rule 9.3.

 

 EXPLANATORY 

The purpose of the note is to remove unnecessary checking on [/d] if a radar zone is available when a colleague has just announced that it is free. Regardless of the PD, the member no longer asks if the area is free, but take note:

• If the zone is in your city, then just announce on [/d] that you are taking over the zone.
• If the zone is in a city other than your own, then you will need to follow the rest of the procedure in rule 9.3.

Un membru de rang sub 5 anunță pe [/d] direct că preia aeronavele altor departamente, fără să ceară permisiune înainte. Altul, tot de rang sub 5, cere permisiune doar pentru Hydra, în timp ce pentru celelalte anunță direct că le preia.

• Exemple:
  • [/d] SFPD Lieutenant (4) AdmBot: Rustler NG la mine - suspect aerian, over.

Suspectul va fi predat celui care va solicita asta pe [/d]. Puteti aresta suspectul doar cu acordul celor responsabili de el. In cazul in care nimeni nu raspunde pe chatul departamentelor dupa ce ati intrebat de 3 ori, aveti dreptul de a aresta suspectul.

We are making some clarifications regarding certain procedures that many department members violate, either because that’s how they were taught by others or due to the commands used to carry out their activities.

 🚫 WRONG PROCEDURE

A member of rank below 5 announce directly on [/d] that he is taking aircraft from other departments without asking beforehand. Another member, also of rank below 5, only ask for Hydra, while for the others, they announce directly that he is taking them.

• Example:
  • [/d] SFPD Lieutenant (4) AdmBot: Rustler NG with me - suspect in the air, over.
  • [/d] SFPD Detective (2) AdmBot: Maverick LVPD with me - suspect on a building, over.

 

✅ CORRECT PROCEDURE

A member of rank below 5 always asks if he can take over the aircraft of another department, whether it is Rustler, Maverick, Hunter or Hydra. If after 3 questions he is not answered, he can take over the aircraft.

• Example:

The suspect will be handed over to whoever requests it on [/d]. You can only arrest the suspect with the consent of those responsible for them. If nobody responds on the department chat after asking three times, you have the right to arrest the suspect
