Reason: I accepted his request, I arrived at him at 19:09, got to him and he gave me a message that he was going to the toilet, I said I was waiting for him a little, waited for about 10 minutes and did not come back I made another client, I gave the license to the other client and then I meet him where I spoke, and he says, "You know I can call another instructor" without offending or talking badly, this after I've been waiting so long and I've been kind to him to give him and after he's been back from that 10 minutes +

The blacklist has been wiped because we have many players was added 3/4 years ago.

From now rank 5+ will handle the blacklist (accept/reject and add in the list [in-game or from rpg])
