 the blacklist will contain players with a minimum level of 7, no matter if they are faction members or civilians, also insufficent proofs

Insufficent, if he refused to answer repeat the question x3 times if he still doesnt answer you just fail him ! maybe if u have proofs that he kept /needlicenses more then once and he does like this, then we can consider putting him on blacklist

This is my gang account and I was AFK ( I have the SAMP addon and I never show as AFK).

 

Essentially, I needed to use the NPC /renewlicense because of the lack of time to take the tests, because he didn't understand me and he kept coming, I had to keep cancelling because I did not have the amount of time he would have required.

Henceforth, I kept cancelling and being AFK while I was trying to buy them off the npc ;). 

Taking into consideration that it was past 00:00, I strongly believe that they could have let me renew my licenses from the NPC.

1. Doesn't matter that is your gang account, or not.
2. Until they are members of School Instructor you have the obligation to do the test without using the NPC.
3. When you cancel few times in a row ( 4 hours exactly ) you get blacklist without thinking.

4. Doesn't matter that is 00:00 ( that was in the last P.S3 and P.S4 ), until they are school instructors online, you have obligation to do the tests with them, not with NPC, because that is their job.

Hey, I suggest you keep these opinions and your point of view to yourself after presenting the proof for BlackList, to avoid multi-posting. You have already posted once where you had the chance to mention anything you felt like.

Regardles, I don't agree with your opinions, as the rules for Blacklist and different situations are not your opinion, but stated here. 👇

 

The only reason I said that it is my gang account was to state who I am and why am I commenting on this, not an argument, but a greeting. I can cancel the request as many times as the system is implying a cooldown, so if I get a cooldown for every call, I can cancel at my pleasure(because I will wait on my time 5 minutes to call again). As per my last comment, I needed my license to do bunker late at night, but I couldn't offer time to the instructor, so I chose the new option. However, I still bought 2 licenses from the instructors because they kept accepting every 5 minutes.
