Faction topics closed???

Why some factions like: Taxi cab company aplicatii,Tow car company aplicatii,Paramedic/Fireman aplicatii.. Why those topics are closed?? Are they closed forever??? Please i need answer! Thank you.

No,they are not closed forever.They are closed because they don't want anymore members.You must wait until someone leaves a faction and then the topics will be opened.
