i have also tried using the multi SAMP mod on forum ( https://forum.b-zone.ro/topic/225150-gta-sa-multiprocces-adio-sandboxie/)but the same problem still occurs.

Does anyone know the solution? I really wanna play 2 SAMP at a time

Use it, put in folder and play. Don't use sandboxie, this 2 files is like sandboxie but for GTA.
