In this topic you will find all the internal rules regarding the faction. Make sure you also know the Peaceful Faction Rules which are given on Panel (RPG.B-ZONE.RO) and the Server Rules.

1. Faction's Chat [/f]

 

 1.1 You are not allowed to use bad language on our faction chat, this will result directly with a Faction Warn or possibly even Kicked with 3/3 FW depending on the gravity of the situation.
 1.2 You are not allowed to argue with the members, if a senior member has to intervene both parties will receive a Faction Warn depending on the reason of the argument / if the problem can be resolved peacefully. If you have any problems take it to the leader/sub-leader to sort out.

 1.3 You can make light jokes and jokes but not exaggerated.
 1.4 You can only use /tog >> faction chat if the leader/sub-leader allows you to, in this time you must keep your phone on. If you are caught with /tog >> faction chat and your phone off, you will receive a Faction Warn. Rank 4+ people are exempt from this rule when testing people.

 1.5 Only English is allowed on the faction chat, this means that if you speak any other language apart from English you will receive a Faction Warn. Only light Romanian is allowed, such as asking for a translation etc.

 

 

2. Faction's Chat [/sx]

 

 2.1 It's forbidden to curse/swear on [/sx] - Kicked with 3/3 FW (If you do not have 2 weeks in the faction you will get Faction Punish 60/60).

 2.2 Members can use [/sx] chat to look for a players for rob.

 2.3 It's forbidden to dispute on [/sx] - Faction Warn or Kicked with 3/3 FW (depend by case)

 2.4 You are allowed to use [/sx] in an open manner, like [/f] only between 20:00-08:00. (non-observance of the interval will lead to verbal warning first offense, Faction Warn second offense.)

 

 

3. Skins

 

 3.1 The skins have to be respected and used according to your rank. Whoever breaks this rule will receive a Verbal Warning (AV).

 3.2 You can wear the skins from ranks lowe than your current rank. (For example If you are Rank 4, you can use the Rank 1 or Rank 2,3 skin if you want and so on.)
 3.3 Except the faction's skins you can wear the "Platinum, Diamond or Onyx" skins without taking approval.

 3.4 Check out the image below to see what the skin system is all about. Please make sure you've got your skin right and you know which skin you need to get once you are invited into the faction.

4. Licenses

 

 4.1 It’s forbidden to give licenses without tests (exception for level 50+ players) Who breaks the rule gets Kicked with 3/3 FW (If you do not have 2 weeks in the faction you will get Faction Punish 60/60).

 4.2 It’s forbidden to give licenses without the complete tests (incorrect tests), without money or for a higher/lower sum of money, no matter the offer/person. Who breaks the rule will be punished with Faction Warn for the first time and Kicked with 3/3 FW for the second offence (If you don't have 14 days in faction and you are on the second offence you will be kicked with 60FP)

 4.3 The command [/startlesson] allows the player to drive any vehicle without the driving license. This command can be used only for tests only if he have the driving license (requires proof to [/requestlicenses] that it has the driving license). It’s forbidden to let the players to use faction vehicles without giving license. They will be kicked with 3/3 Faction Warn. (Or with Faction Punish 60/60 if you do not have 2 weeks in SF School Instructors).

 4.4 When you get a customer you have to announce on [/f] the one you are testing and for what license. (this rule has to be respected by Rank 1 - Rank 4 members). If you break this rule you will get Faction Warn.

 4.5 Members with the Rank 5+ are not obligated to announce on [/f] for giving licenses.

 4.6 Licenses can be renewed only if the customer has 49h left or less.

 4.7 It’s forbidden to use [/repair] in the middle of a test like Flying / Sailing license. Punishment: Faction Warn

 4.8 Only rank 2+ are allowed to sell licenses to level 50+ players. Who breaks the rule gets Faction Warn.

 4.9 It's absolutely forbidden for the members of SF School Instructors to pay clients for supporting the licenses tests with them. If the client doesn’t have enough money to pay, the instructor has the right to take him/her to an ATM or to the Bank in order to withdraw the necessary sum. If the client doesn't have money in the bank, the instructor must announce that he failed the test. Punishment: Faction Warn.

 4.10 Rank 2+ who are on duty, have the obligation NOT to refuse clients who request them to grant licenses, otherwise they will receive a Faction Warn
 4.11 It is also sanctioned if, when you receive the message, it is proven that you were on duty and then you intentionally off duty. However you receive messages while you are off duty, you won't be sanactioned.

 4.12 It’s forbidden to be ON duty (start lessons or givelicenses) if you are wanted by the cops no matter what wanted level you have. (Punishment : Verbal Warning (AV) for the first time, and a Faction Warn if it countinues).

 4.13 All instructors, regardless of rank, can renew their licenses. Just use command [/givelicense].

 4.14 You are not allowed to give license more than 2 accounts of a player. Except if you unknowingly sell licenses to accounts with different names but has the same owner. However If you know the different account names are owned by the same person and abuse it, You will be punished (Sanction: Faction Warn for the first offence, dismissal if continues).

 

 

5. Clients

 

 5.1 When you get a customer for licenses you have to announce like this: " Name, (ID) is with me for x license test" directly and start the test for the following license. "Ex: Khalsa (ID) is with me for Weapon License test" Who breaks this rule gets a Faction Warn.

 5.2 When you finish a test for a license you don't have to announce but you have to take proofs. Your proofs be asked anything by the leader. Who breaks this rule gets a Faction Warn.

 5.3 With level 50+ players this is how you will proceed: ask for [/requestlicenses], ask him what licenses do they need, announce on /f that he is at you [ex: Name (ID) is with me for X, Y, Z/all license (level 50+)]. After you've announced that, You can directly give him license, by using the command [/givelicense ID license]. Whoever breaks this rule will receive a Verbal Warning (AV) and if it continues Faction Warn.

 5.4 If a client makes a mistake, explain nicely what was the mistake and tell the correct answer to your client. do not take off your nerves on them. Who breaks the rule gets Faction Warn.

 5.5 When a member takes on a client that has not used the command [/needlicense], the member must ask [/sx] if the player has been accepted by someone else. If no one answers within 5 seconds, take your proofs and contiune to test that client.
 5.6 Example model is: "[/sx] Was Urkelbama (69) accepted by someone ?". You can use different announcement models. This rule will reduce the problem of customer theft and reduce spam on [/sx].

 5.7 You are not allowed to take the test with your client in English if he wants to take the test in Romanian and does not speak English, and vice versa, if the client is foreign and the client wants to take the test in english and he does not speak Romanian. Use translate websites to sustain the licente test if you have a problem about languages. Punishment: Verbal Warning (AV) for the first time and then Faction Warn if contiunes.

 5.8 If you took a customer and you don’t have time to test him, give the customer to another instructor, do not tell him you have to go then [/q]. Who breaks the rule gets a Faction Warn.

 5.9 If the client pass / fails the test , make sure you have proof that he passed / failed the test and make sure that you have [/timestamp ON], Who breaks the rule gets a Faction Warn.

 5.10 It’s forbidden to STEAL clients, EX: TheWeeknd. announce on /f that he supports the test for licenses with Khalsa, and Jojo is calling or gives a sms to Khalsa for licenses, Jojo will receive a Faction Warn. Here sanction will ONLY given with clear evidence To prevent such thefts Follow the rules in article "5.5" and "5.6".

 5.11 You have to announce the licenses correctly without mistakes : Fishing , Sailing , Flying , Weapon , Materials. Who breaks the rule gets a Faction Warn.

 5.12 Talking on cellphone is forbidden in the middle of a test, but you can use SMS's. Who breaks the rule gets a Faction Warn.

 5.13 If the client is AFK during the test (or before the test started) for more then 5 minutes or not accepting the commands (like: [/accept licenses], [/accept lesson] [/accept license]) the member is allowed to [/stop lesson] and leave the candidate. Whoever breaks this rule will receive a Verbal Warning (AV) and if it continues Faction Warn.

 5.14 If you stop the lesson and the client didn't accept the license yet, you have to ask him gently to start a new lesson and give him the license he wants, after that you have to pay him back the 2nd lesson's costs. Of course you have to take enough proofs otherwise you will get a Faction WarnIn case the client doesn't want to get his license with a 2nd lesson, you will get a Verbal Warning (AV).

 5.15 It’s forbidden to startlesson or give licenses to a client if he have wanted (no matter what wanted level he have). You can take proofs (shows that he have wanted) and leave him. Otherwise you can ask your client to clear his wanted first. If he don't want to clear his wanted, you can take proofs (shows that he still have wanted) and leave him. Punishment : Verbal Warning (AV) for the first time, and a Faction Warn if it countinues.

 5.16 You can sell licenses to your colleagues secondary accounts. However it must be in line with the rules. Don't forget to take your proofs Otherwise you might get Kicked with 3/3 FW (If you do not have 2 weeks in the faction you will get Faction Punish 60/60).

 

 

6. Meeting & Activity

 

 6.1 The meetings will be just when the leader want to talk about somethings or discuss somethings with the members.

 6.2 During the meeting only the Leader & Subleaders have to permission to talk at [/f]. If you have something to say or ask just [/wave] and wait for the permission to talk or ask a question etc.

 6.3 You are not allowed to talk at |/f] or the server chat without a permission for the Leader / Subleaders. Punishment: Faction Warn.

 6.4 Do not stay AFK in the middle of a meeting. Punishment: Faction Warn

 6.5 During the Meeting, all the members must [/turn OFF], [/tog] the Clans, Alliance chats etc... Who break the rules gets a Verbal Warning (AV) and if it continues Faction Warn.

 6.6 The obligatory activities can be organized by the leader with a well-founded reason and the approval of a Admin 4+ member. These obligatory activities are considered to be extremely rare.

 6.7 All members are allowed to attend and are not allowed to leave from these activities except for players who has inacitvity request at the activity time.

 6.8 The Punishment of not attending the obligatory activitiy is  Faction Warn.

 6.9 If you are not able to attend the meeting or activity, you have to put an Absence request on the website.  Here is given how to make absence request on the website:

Access your account on the website and then press "My Account > Faction" then click "Purple Human" icon (which is shown with yellow color) on the right top.

 6.10 The obligatory activities are announced one week in advance.

 6.11 The rules for meeting are mentioned in above are vaild for the obligatory activities such as togging of clan & alliance chat and not staying AFK.

 6.12 The activities are announced only by members are optional. You don't have to attend these type of activities and put absence request.

 

 

7. Faction Vehicles

 

 7.1 Merit and Sultan can be used when you have to give licenses to someone or as a means of transport to another car.

 7.2 You are not allowed to use Merit or Sultan for your personal purposes. Punishment: Faction Warn. (except for rank 5+).

 7.3 You don't have to announce when you are taking the faction vehicles but if you do not obey the rules given above, you will be sanactioned.

 7.4 Helicopters and Boats are only used for Flying / Sailing License. Who uses them for something else gets Faction Warn. (except for rank 5+).

 7.5 Rank 1 is needed to use Merit and Rank 3 is needed to use Sultan.

 7.6 If you have your own car, please use it to sell licenses because we don’t have too many, but it doesn’t mean it’s forbidden to use them, you can use them if you really want to.

 7.7 Its allowed to paint vehicles only in: red, blue, white colors. Whoever paint in other colors will receive Faction Warn.

 7.8 Its forbidden to use Nos/HYDRA on the faction vehicles. Punishment: Faction Warn.

 7.9 You can take the Maverick for going to the [/getgift] location. but if it is caught you are using Maverick for your personal purposes, you will be punished with Faction Warn.

 7.10 You can use other faction vehicles for only licenses test. Punishment: Faction Warn.

 7.11 You don't have to take permission on [/sx] before you are taking them.

 7.12 Other faction's Sultan and Merit can be also used just for license tests. Don't attempt to use it for your personal purposes. Punishment: Faction Warn.

 

 

8. Events

 

 8.1 SF School Instructors members are allowed to join or request any type of events without permissions.

 

 

9. Rob/Runner

 

 9.1 Members of SF School Instructors are allowed to Rob at any hour of the server outside of meeting/activity hours.
 9.2 You can have any guns from Gun Shop with you when you in rob, but do NOT shoot any civilians or any other faction members. Only shoot the cops. Failing to go by this rule results in a Faction Warn.
 9.3 You are allowed to receive Runner wanted, in any case.

 

 

10. Activity Report

 

 10.1 In this topic you will find all the relevant information about the activity reports, and the amount of points member's have in total for licenses sold.

 10.2 In case someone report you for fraud Activity Reports or the leader asks you to check your proofs you must make sure that you have the following screenshot's :

 10.3 Effectively you need 4 screenshots per client. Make MORE!! If I ask for more and you fail to provide it you could risk being Kicked with 3/3 FW from the faction. People who have accepted inactivity requests will be exempt from the report for that week.

 10.4 The minimum amount of activity reports are as follows :

 

Rank 1 10 Points: 10 Licenses (level 1-49)

Rank 2 : 20 Points: 10 Licenses (level 1-49) + 10 Licenses (Mixed)

Rank 3 : 25 Points: 10 Licenses (level 1-49) + 15 Licenses (Mixed)

Rank 4 : 15 Points: 15 (Mixed)

Rank 5 : 10 Points10 Licenses (Mixed)

Rank 6 : Optional Activirty report
Admins and helpers have halved activity report.
 
 
11. Candidates
 
 11.1 If the faction slot count exceeds the number of candidates, in certain situations, some candidates may be held as rank 0. This puts some candidates under the obligation to obey the certain rules. 
 11.2 Candidates are not allowed to use faction vehicles.
 
11.3 Candidates are not allowed to talk with other school instructor members on  (/sx).
 
11.4 Candidates are not allowed to sell licenses.
 
11.4 Candidates are not allowed to accept licenses quest (/accept needlicense).
 
11.5 Candidates are obliged to listen to those with a higher rank and avoid any arguments with faction members.
 
11.6 Candidates caught breaking any rule will fail the test automaticly.
 11.7 Fraud the faction test punished with Blacklist with 2 AV 3 months interdiction
 11.8 Don't ask testers too many questions about when you will receive rank 1. Be patient and wait for other candidates to complete their tests. Impatient and inappropriate behavior can result in you failling the test.
 
 
12. Tutorial
 
 12.1 When you have a level 1-49 Clien, you must follow the following steps :

 

1. Check the level of your client.

2. [/requestlicenses], to check if he have at least 49 hours, so you can renew his licenses.

3. Announce at [/f Name (ID) is with me for the X license test].

4. [/startlesson ID X (license)].

5. Ask your client the test questions according to the lesson and the license he want, click here for more details about the licenses tests.

6. If he pass the test give license to the client.

    If he fails, explain why he failled.

7. [/givelicense ID X (license)].

8. [/stoplesson].

 

 12.2 The procedures mentioned above should be applied one by one and you should have evidence to defend yourself in case of any complaints. Otherwise, you will be punished with Faction Warn.

 

 

13. Faction Alliance

 

 13.1 SF School Instructors in some cases, form alliances with specific factions, and these alliances have their own rules.

 13.2 SF School Instructors have an alliance with Paramedics.

 13.3 All Paramedics members will gather their licenses for free from any SF School Instructors members. Also, for players level 1-49, the test is not required.
 13.4 The benefits of Paramedics members to SF School Instructors first offered service (doesn't matter heal or rehab) will have the regular price, but the service costs will be refunded. All the next services within 5 minutes of the first service, will cost 1$. (As long as the member won't recieve any AR point).

 13.5 If you have any complaint against any Paramedics member, do not report them to the leader on website, you have to PM one of the faction's leaders (Paramedics or SF School Instructors Leader).

 13.6 If you break one of those rules, you will get a Faction Warn.

 

 

14. Promotios And Removal Of Sanactions

 

 14.1 Your rank within the faction reflects your reputation and experience. Below are the number of days provided to advance in rank:

 

  • Rank 0 (Candidates) This is the time when you are in the faction but you are not part of the faction until you have completed all the required tests.
  • Rank 1 (Trainee) It is awarded when you have passed the factionl tests.
  • Rank 2 (Instructor) You will receive it after a minimum of 14 days in the faction.
  • Rank 3 (Senior Instructor) You will receive it at least 14 days after the last promotion.
  • Rank 4 (Supervisor) You will receive it at least 21 days after the last promotion.
  • Rank 5 (Manager) You will receive it at least 30 days after the last promotion.
  • Rank 6 (Under Boss) You are the subleader of the faction. They are chosen by the leader to help him in the work related to the faction.

 

 14.2 If you have Rank 2+ you can also receive Rank-Down if you break one of the above rules.

 14.3 Any Faction Warn received adds an additional 14 days to waiting for Rank UP.

 14.4 Any other Faction Warn adds another 14 Days. If you get 2 Faction Warns you will have to wait 28 Days more for Rank UP.

 

 

15. Extra Rules

 

 15.1 You are allowed to own/use drugs anytime you want.

 15.2 You are allowed to own any type of job you want.

 15.3 Rank 5+ members are obligated to announce their [/fvr] with at least 10 seconds before. (Punishment: Verbal Warning (AV), at the second mistake Faction Warn).

 15.4 You are not allowed to use [/cancel needlicense] without a good reason (You need strong proofs). Sanction: Faction Warn.

 15.5 The members with rank 1 are forbidden to accept [/needlicense] of the players with Level 50+ (Sanction: Verbal Warning (AV)., and the second mistake Faction Warn).

 15.6 Every member have to turn on the [/timestamp] command (Punishment: Faction Warn).

 15.7 The DM will be punished just when there are clear proofs (video or more screenshots) that prove a member made DM. The damage informative message is not enough to punish a member for DM. (Punishment: Faction Warn).

 15.8 Rank up requests are allowed but not in an abusive way such as spamming the leader. (Punishment: Faction Warn)

 15.9 Each member must have at least 15 hours played on [/goldaward] per month. Who will break this rule will get: The first offense is Faction Warn, the second offense is Rank Down, the third offense is e is Dismissal.  Members who don't have 30 days at the faction and play under 15 hours won't be sanactioned.  Click >>here<< for more details.

 15.10 The punishments will now be reset every 6 months from the last punishment for low activity. As an example: If X received his first punishment for low activity on 1 January 2022, meaning a Faction Warn, and then until August he didn't have to be punished again for this, if it happens again after this point, then the punishment will be a Faction Warn again, because there were 6 months since the last punishment for low activity.

 15.11 You are not allowed to share your account with any other SF School Instructors members, otherwise you will be kicked from the faction based on continuous logins from the same IP. In cases where the player share the same ip, but are not the same player ( ex: 2 brothers, a couple) they need to make a ticket in order to get the permission from an admin 4+ who will witness in the game that your accounts don’t belong to the same person.

 15.12 Members who are simply looking to confuse their colleagues, foolishly opening PM's that doesn't directly affect them and want at all costs to screw up their colleagues. The member will be warned in advance to stop with the PM's and will be ignored, the following deviations will be punished with Faction Warn or dismissal (if it is necessary).

 15.13 Any player that was accepted for faction tests must have a good behavior. If he insults or has a poor behavior towards any faction member, he will automatically fail the test without being allowed the right to take it in the first place.
