What Is required for Helpers & supose if i accepted In helper then Whats are command & how much points are must for Helper Level 2

You will need 1 month as helper level 1 and 3000 helpers points to be promoted helper level 2.

Every Server RPG (1,2,3,4) have different requirements but in RPG 4 You will need 1 month as helper level 1 and 3000 helpers points to be promoted helper level 2.
