Imprumuturile pe persoana fizica de la banca sunt diferite fata de ce am spus eu, ce a fost scris in acest topic are legatura cu ipotecarea unei potentiale afaceri/case pentru securizarea unui imprumut. I'll give you a spoiler. You can secure 25% of your next purchase of a house/business in loans limited by the real market value of the respective property. The real market value will be daily updated by inflation and deflation. Basically, you can buy or sell a property easier with this update.

Inteleg ca o dai in "Enzo e prost". E fix problema mea ca nu inteleg sistemul, nu e ca nu inteleg cum functioneaza, ce face, nu ii vad rostul. E ok pizdo/

I don't really understand what "stress" is in this context, you should wait for a proper EN version if it will come.
