LV Police Department - Regulament Intern

 

I. Dispozitii generale

 

1.1: Orice membru Police Department trebuie sa cunoasca regulamentul general al departamentelor, regulamentul serverului, cat si toate celelalte reguli impuse de lider sau sublider.

1.2: In lipsa Liderului sunteti obligati sa ascultati de Sublider. Daca nici Subliderul nu este online, atunci sunteti obligati sa ascultati de cel mai inalt rank disponibil.

1.3: Sunteti obligati sa ascultati intotdeauna de un rank superior. Cei care nu asculta de un rank superior, respectiv nu ii asculta ordinele, vor fi sanctionati dupa caz ( * ), de la Faction Warn la demitere.

 

1.4: Pentru nelamuriri, propuneri sau probleme veti anunta liderul sau subliderul. Avem chiar si topicuri speciale dedicate nelamuririlor si propunerilor, folositi-le cu incredere.

1.5: Rankul este un privilegiu oferit de conducerea LVPD, nu un drept. Nu cereti rank liderului sau subliderului, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

1.6: Este interzisa folosirea comenzilor PD in scopuri personale sau pentru distractie. Sanctiunea pentru acest lucru este demiterea,  cu interzicerea de a mai intra in PD.

1.7: In functie de gravitatea unei greseli, liderul sau subliderul isi rezerva dreptul de a sanctiona un membru cu Rank Down, Avertisment Verbal, Faction Warn sau Demitere (cu sau fara FP - in cazuri grave se va aplica full FP chiar daca membrul are cel putin 2 saptamani in factiune -) pentru incalcarea regulilor scrise si nescrise.

1.8: Este interzis sa permiteti unei alte persoane in afara de dumneavoastra sa se logheze pe cont. De asemenea, nu aveti voie sa puneti pe altcineva sa va faca raportul. Pedeapsa pentru aceste fapte este demiterea.

1.9: Motto-ul factiuni: Serving with pride, Protecting with honor!

1.10: Toti membrii departamentelor de politie au obligatia de a avea comanda [/timestamp] activata. Cine nu respecta aceasta regula va fi sanctionat cu Avertisment Verbal la prima abatere, fiind sanctionat cu Faction Warn daca se continua nerespectarea ei.



 

II. Comportament si Limbaj

 

2.1: Respecta colegii din departamente si restul jucatorilor de pe server. PD / FBI / NG sunt factiunile ce stabilesc linistea si impun legea pe server, si astfel membrii trebuie sa dea dovada de buna crestere si sa dea un exemplu demn de urmat celorlalti playeri.

2.2: Nu va certati pe [/d] sau [/r]. Sanctiunea pentru acest lucru este Faction Warn si poate ajunge chiar la Demitere, in functie de caz.( * )

2.3: Este interzis sa faceti generalizari negative la adresa altor departamente, indiferent de problemele existente. Abaterea se va sanctiona cu Faction Warn sau Demitere, in functie de caz.

2.4: Conducerea Las Venturas Police Department nu tolereaza glumele de prost gust, comportamentul inadecvat, ironiile si comentariile inutile. Sanctiunea pentru cele enumerate variaza, in functie de gravitate, de la Avertisment Verbal pana la Faction warn sau Demitere, in functie de caz.( * )

 

2.5: Nu aveti voie sa favorizati/faceti discriminari intre jucatori, indiferent ca va este prieten sau dusman, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

2.5.1: Nu este permis sa divizati sanctiunea oferita jucatorului acordand doar o parte din ea, indiferent de situatie. Spre exemplu, nu este permis sa oferiti unui jucator DOAR amenda, daca sanctiunea prevazuta in Wanted & Ticket List este de amenda si suspendarea licentei de condus. Acest lucru e considerat favorizare si se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

2.6: Nu aveti voie sa va jucati cu armele in garajul LVPD (in zona de /arrest), acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn. Puteti face asta numai in Training Room.



 

III. Sedinte si Antrenamente

 

3.1: Antrenamentul se desfasoara de 2 ori pe luna, intervalul dintre cele 2 fiind variabil. Se organizeaza duminica, la 18:00.
3.1.1: Orice antrenament se va anunta in topicul de Antrenamente si Invoiri cu cel putin 48 de ore inainte de inceperea lui, de catre unul dintre cei 2 antrenori responsabili. Antrenorii responsabili care nu anunta in timp util antrenamentul (se ajunge sa fie mai putin de 48 de ore pana la antrenament si nu l-au anuntat) vor primi Faction Warn, iar antrenamentul va fi anulat. 
3.1.2: Antrenorii fiecarei saptamani vor fi anuntati la fiecare inceput de saptamana in topicul de Echipe si Atributii.

3.2:  Sedinta se desfasoara in momentul in care este necesara o intalnire organizata a conducerii Las Venturas Police Department cu cei din departament. Organizarea unei sedinte se va anunta in topicul Anunturi importante cu cel putin 48 de ore inainte.

3.3: Cine intarzie la sedinta / antrenament va veni în Armoury / Sala de sedinte, fara a face galagie pe chat sau pe [/r].

3.4: In timpul sedintelor sau antrenamentelor veti opri telefoanele si veti asculta de Lider, Sublider sau antrenor pana cand acesta vă va da voie sa vorbiti. Pana atunci, sunteti obligati sa nu folositi chatul fara un motiv intemeiat. Abaterea de la aceasta regula se sanctioneaza cu Avertisment Verbal sau Faction Warn, in functie de caz.( * )

3.4.1: In timpul antrenamentelor, singurele persoane care au voie sa dea aprobari pentru folosirea vehiculelor din garaj sunt antrenorii si conducerea Las Venturas Police Department. Abaterea de la regula se va sanctiona cu Avertisment Verbal sau Faction Warn, in functie de caz.( * )

3.5: Membrii prezenti la antrenament sunt obligati sa respecte indicatiile antrenorului, cat si sa dea dovada de disciplina si respect fata de el. Glumele fara rost la adresa acestuia nu sunt permise. Abaterea se sanctioneaza cu Avertisment Verbal sau Faction Warn, putand ajunge la sanctiuni mai grave in functie de caz.( * )

3.6: Nu sunt tolerate intarzierile la sedintele si antrenamentele organizate. Sanctiunile pentru intarzieri sunt dupa cum urmeaza:

- Intarziere de 10 minute sau mai putin - nimic;

- Intarziere de 10-20 de minute = Avertisment Verbal;

- Intarziere de 20-30 minute = Avertisment Verbal + 50.000$ amenda in topicul de Amenzi;

- Intarziere de 30+ minute = Faction Warn.

3.7: Este tolerat un maximum de o invoire pe luna. Acestea necesita un motiv bine intemeiat. Cine absenteaza fara invoire primeste Faction Warn.

3.7.1: O invoire se considera acceptata in momentul in care antrenamentul a fost organizat, iar membrul a fost absent (sau a intarziat mai mult de 10 minute, fiind considerat absent).

*Fiecare situatie de genul acesta, care are ( * ) se trateaza in mod diferit.  Conducerea LVPD isi rezerva dreptul de a sanctiona diferit un membru care nu asculta de rankurile superioare, ori se afla intr-una dintre situatiile enumerate, in functie de comportamentul acestuia, numarul de abateri anterioare, vechimea acestuia in departament si gravitatea situatiei generale.



 

IV. Echipele ROADS si SWAT

 

4.1: Sunteti obligati sa respectati apartenenta la echipa în care ati fost repartizati. Sanctiunile precizate in acest capitol se vor cumula, putand rezulta in demiterea voastra cu FP in cazul in care nu respectati aceasta apartenenta.

 

4.2:  Echipa ROADS se ocupa in principiu cu acordarea de amenzi si suspendarea licentei de condus a jucatorilor ce incalca regulile rutiere prevazute in topicul Wanted & Ticket List.

4.3: Un membru al echipei ROADS nu are voie sa aresteze decat suspectii al caror wanted a fost acordat de catre ei si suspectii care se predau la acestia din proprie initiativa, in cazul din urma fiind necesar sa intrebati pe [/d] daca puteti sa-l luati, aceasta procedura fiind detaliata in regula 11.4. De asemenea, pot raspunde prin omorarea suspectilor ce ii ataca.

4.3.1: Membrii ROADS care urmaresc si aresteaza/omoara suspecti care nu intrunesc conditiile de la 4.3., vor primi Faction Warn.

4.4: Un membru ROADS  nu are voie sa mearga dupa suspectii fara drept de predare (chiar daca le-a dat el wanted), indiferent de rank, sanctiune: Faction Warn. Acestia pot doar raspunde prin omorarea suspectilor ce ii ataca, cum am zis in 4.3, indiferent daca au sau nu drept de predare.

4.5:  Membrilor ROADS le este interzis sa contacteze jucatorul in cauza folosind [/sms] sau [/call], in vederea sanctionarii acestora. Sanctiunea pentru acest lucru este Faction Warn.

4.6: Membrilor din echipa Roads le este interzis sa foloseasca masina personala (sa stea la panda, sa dea amenzi, etc), acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn. Ei trebuie sa foloseasca masinile departamentelor pentru actiuni rutiere.

4.6.1:  Ei pot folosi masina personala doar daca au rank 3+ si vor sa aresteze un jucator caruia i-au acordat wanted.

4.7: Patrularea in alte orase decat al nostru se va face cu aprobare de la un rank 3+ din departamentul respectivului oras.

4.7.1: Daca dupa 3 cereri de permisiune pe [/d], cu minim 10 secunde intre ele, nu se primeste raspuns, membrul poate patrula.

4.7.2:  Membrul are obligatia sa detina dovezi cu acordul primit sau la cele 3 cereri. Abaterea de la aceasta regula se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

4.7.3:  Sanctiunea pentru cei care patruleaza in alt oras desi au fost refuzati de departamentul orasului respectiv, deci neavand permisiune, este de Faction Warn.
4.7.4: Singura situatie in care puteti sa confiscati permise in alte orase fara acord de patrula, este atunci cand sunteti in trecere si puteti dovedi asta. Daca dovezile voastre nu dovedesc ca erati in trecere, primiti Faction Warn.

4.8: Nu aveti voie sa stati la panda pentru a cofisca carnete in alte orase, sub nicio forma. Acest lucru este sanctionat Faction Warn.

4.9: Membrii echipei ROADS pot folosi dovezile altor politisti (indiferent de echipa) pentru a sanctiona un jucator.

4.9.1: Nu aveti voie sa folositi dovezi primite de la civili, acestea vor fi considerate invalide, iar politistul va fi sanctionat ca atare, netinandu-se cont de acea dovada.

 

4.10:  Echipa SWAT se ocupa cu urmarirea si arestarea suspectilor cu wanted 1-2, omorarea suspectilor fara drept de predare (doar rank 4+), perchezitionarea jucatorilor si confiscarea obiectelor interzise (materiale, droguri si arme) in baza regulamentului.

4.11: Membrilor SWAT le este interzis sa puna radar, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

4.12: Membrilor SWAT le este interzis si sa stea la panda pentru a astepta incalcarea regulilor de circulatie, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn. Ei au voie sa confiste licente de condus sau sa acorde amenzi doar in cazul in care observa ilegalitati in timp ce se afla in trecere.

4.13: Membrii rank 3+ care fac parte din echipa SWAT pot urmari/aresta cu aproape orice masina.

4.13.1: Celor cu rank mai mic de 3 le este interzis sa foloseasca altceva decat vehiculele departamentelor pentru urmarirea suspectilor cu wanted. Regula se aplica doar in cazul in care membrul este SOFER. Abaterea de la aceasta regula se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

4.14:  Membrilor SWAT cu rank 4+ le este permis sa urmareasca orice suspect cu wanted (indiferent de nivelul actual de wanted, drept de predare).

4.14.1: Celor cu rank mai mic de 4 le este interzis sa urmareasca si sa aresteze suspectii cu wanted mai mare de 2. Acestia au obligatia de a merge pe suspectii cu wanted 1-2 (de preferat, din orasul Las Venturas). Abaterea de la aceasta regula se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

4.15: Un membru al echipei SWAT poate face dovezi unui jucator care incalca regulile de circulatie si sa trimita dovada unui coleg din echipa ROADS.

4.16: Orice dovada provenita de la un membru de departament va fi luata in considerare, cele provenite de la civili sunt invalide.

4.17: Membri factiunii cu rank 5+ activeaza in ambele echipe.



 

V. Amenzile

 

5.1: Amenda este o sanctiune pe care un politist o poate aplica unui jucator in cazul in care neregula comisa nu este atat de grava incat jucatorul sa ajunga in inchisoare. Jucatorul va vedea pe ecran un mesaj de culoare albastra cu numele politistului, suma si motivul amenzii.

5.2: Daca jucatorul amendat nu plateste amenda pe loc (refuza sau fuge), politistul are dreptul sa-i acorde wantedul ‘Neplata amenda’.

5.3: Daca jucatorul nu are suficienti bani in mana pentru a plati amenda, politistul are obligatia sa-l duca la un ATM sau la banca pentru a scoate suma necesara pentru platirea amenzii. Daca jucatorul refuza, politistul are dreptul sa-i acorde wantedul ‘Neplata amenda’. Daca jucatorul nu are suficienti bani in banca, acesta va primi wantedul pentru ‘Neplata amenda’.

5.4: Nu aveti voie sa amendati un jucator caruia i-ati acordat wanted 2 "Neconformare Ordin". Aceasta regula se aplica si in cazul jucatorilor care parasesc server-ul si primesc automat wanted 2 "Deconectare in urmarire". Acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

5.5: Nu aveti voie sa amendati jucatorii aflati in Jail, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

5.6: Nu aveti voie sa dati banii unui jucator ce nu detine banii pentru a plati amenda, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

5.6. Amendarea jucatorilor cu nivel mai mic de 8.

5.6.1: Daca prindeti un civil cu levelul cuprins intre 1 si 3 nu ii puteti da amenda si nu ii confiscati licenta auto (daca este cazul).

5.6.2: Jucatorii cu levelul cuprins intre 4 si 7 carora trebuie sa le suspendati licenta vor avea dreptul de a alege intre suspendarea licentei auto si primirea amenzii specifice.

5.6.3: Daca jucatorul de level 4-7 a ales amenda, a platit-o, dupa care a repetat fapta, nu ii veti mai putea acorda alta amenda, asa ca i se va suspenda permisul conform regulamentului general al departamentelor.

5.7: Jucatorii de nivel 8+ carora trebuie sa le suspendati licenta nu vor avea de ales, fiind aplicate ambele sanctiuni contraventionale(suspendarea permisului de conducere si amenda).

5.8: Orice politist care va fi prins incalcand regulile de circulatie va plati amenda corespunzatoare.

5.8.1: Orice politist reclamat pentru încălcarea regulilor de circulație va plăti o amendă dublă pe forum, in topicul de Amenzi, in care găsiți aceasta problema mai detaliată. In cazul in care acesta nu o achita in 24h, primește Faction Warn.



 

VI. Condusul

 

6.1: Se considera condus neregulamentar atunci cand jucatorul trece cu masina in proportie de 80% sau mai mult pe celalalt sens de mers. Tot condus neregulamentar este si atunci cand acesta foloseste iarba, nisipul sau alte lucruri pentru a avea o scuza ca nu a circulat pe contrasens.

6.2: Se considera condus regulamentar atunci cand acesta este in totalitate pe banda sa sau chiar cand trece foarte putin pe banda opusa.

6.2.1: Se considera condus regulamentar atunci cand acesta taie benzile la un unghi de 90 de grade.

6.2.2: Se considera tot condus regulamentar atunci când acesta foloseste iarba, nisipul etc. de pe sensul corect de mers.

6.3: Se considera incurcarea celorlalti participanti in trafic, sau deranj trafic,  atunci cand jucatorul loveste in mod intentionat, in repetate randuri, alti jucatori cu vehiculul sau.

6.4: In caz ca prindeti un membru de departament pe contra sens (cu masina de civili) nu puteti sa ii confiscati licenta de condus. Il trageti pe dreapta si faceti o poza la [/wanted], iar daca aceasta spune ca e dupa un suspect fara drept de predare sunteti obligati sa verificati. Daca nu este dupa un suspect fara drept de predare ii acordati amenda specifica, urmand ca acesta s-o accepte. In caz contrar, il puteti reclama prin PM liderului sau, iar acesta va fi sanctionat cu Faction Warn.

6.5: Daca surprindeti un membru de departament incalcand regulile de circulatie iar acesta nu este la datorie, aveti obligatia de a-l trage pe dreapta si de a-i acorda amenda specifica. In cazul in care acesta nu opreste dupa cele trei somatii sau refuza sa plateasca amenda, ii puteti face o reclamatie prin PM liderului sau, iar acesta va fi sanctionat cu Faction Warn.

6.6: Nu aveti voie sa suspendati licenta de condus pentru alte motive decat cele prevazute in regulamentul general al departamentelor si Wanted & Ticket List.

6.7: Nu aveti voie sa confiscati licentele jucatorilor AFK, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

6.7.1: Puteti confisca licenta unui jucator AFK aflat in jail, doar daca i-ati dat explicatiile inainte.

6.8: Puteti confisca licenta unui jucator aflat in jail atat timp cat acesta nu este AFK si ii explicati pe loc motivul suspendarii. In acest caz sunteti obligati sa specificati data, ora si locatia unde respectivul a comis fapta.

 

6.9: Atunci cand sanctionati contraventional pe cineva (orice sanctiune) sunteti obligati sa-i comunicati si motivul. Nerespectarea regulii duce la Faction Warn.

6.9.1: Daca jucatorul sanctionat a comis fapta la o alta ora sau zi decat cea in care il sanctionati, aveti obligatia de a-i specifica si data, ora, locatia la care respectivul a comis fapta. Nerespectarea regulii duce, de asemenea, la Faction Warn.

 

6.10: Un membru Las Venturas Police Department nu are voie sa sanctioneze un membru Tow Truck Company care se afla in procesul de tractare al unei masini si are girofarul aprins. Nerespectarea regulii se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

6.11: Un membru Las Venturas Police Department nu are voie sa sanctioneze un membru Paramedics care se afla in misiune cu girofarul pornit. In cazul in care considerati ca nu este cu adevarat in misiune, il puteti trage pe dreapta, iar in cazul unui potential abuz, acesta va fi reclamat liderului. Nerespectarea regulii se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.



 

VII. Parcarea

 

7.1: Se considera parcare neregulamentara atunci cand un jucator paraseste vehiculul lasandu-l cu 80% din suprafata sa pe partea carosabila sau cand jucatorul se afla in masina si stationeaza mai mult de un minut pe partea carosabila.

7.2: Se considera parcare regulamentara atunci cand jucatorul a parcat sau stationeaza oriunde altundeva, dar nu pe partea carosabila.



 

VIII. Radarele

 

8.1: Politistii care vor pune alte limite decat cele mentionate in regulamentul general al departamentelor vor fi sanctionati cu Faction Warn.

8.2: Jucatorii ce incalca limita cu 1-2 km/h nu vor fi sanctionati.

8.3: Cand puneti/reluati un radar, indiferent de orasul din care faceti parte, sunteti obligati sa anuntati pe chatul departamentelor [/d].

8.4: Amplasarea radarului in alte orase se face numai cu aprobarea unui Rank 5+ din respectivul oras. Daca nu aveti acordul lui sau a unui rank 6, nu aveti voie sa puneti radar in acel oras, indiferent de numarul de cereri, durata dintre acestea sau disponibilitatea celor cu rank 5+. Incalcarea regulii se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

8.4.1: Sunteti obligati sa aveti dovezi cu privire la acordul primit. In caz ca nu aveti, se va considera ca ati pus fara acord si veti primi Faction Warn.

8.4.2: Daca un rank mai mic de 5 va ofera dreptul de a pune radar in alt oras, o veti face pe propria raspundere, putand fi sanctionati ca si cum n-ati avea dovada pentru radar.

8.5: Aveti obligatia de a avea grija de propriul oras. Nu aveti voie sa stati cu radarul si sa patrulati doar in alte orase. Cei care nu se ocupa de LV si stau in alte orase doar de dragul punctelor vor fi sanctionati corespunzator, dupa caz.

8.6: Vehiculele prevazute cu sistem radar sunt: PD Car, Police Infernus, HPV-1000 si PD NRG-500.



 

IX. Somatiile

 

9.1:  Somarea jucatorilor, cu wanted si fara wanted, se face folosind comanda [/ms]. Aceasta detecteaza in mod automat daca jucatorul are wanted, trimitand un mesaj specific pentru fiecare situatie. In cazul in care jucatorul nu are drept de predare sau daca este prea departe, politistul va primi un mesaj specific si nu-l va lasa sa dea somatia.

 

9.2: Nu faceti spam cand somati un jucator. Intre somatii trebuie sa existe minim 3 secunde.

9.3: Orice somatie trebuie sa fie facuta pe numele jucatorilor.

9.4: Politistul este obligat ca atunci cand someaza un suspect sa se asigure ca a fost suficient de aproape incat suspectul sa-i vada somatia.

9.5: In cazul in care trebuie sa trageti pe dreapta un jucator care are wanted sunteti obligati sa folositi [/m], respectand regulile 9.1 si 9.2. Incalcarea regulii se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

9.6: Daca un jucator cu wanted este pasager intr-o masina va fi somat corespunzator, iar daca soferul nu ii da [/eject], soferul va fi sanctionat cu wanted 6 ,,complice" fara alte somatii.

9.7: Daca un jucator FARA wanted este pasager intr-o masina si e nevoie sa-l sanctionati contraventional, mai intai trageti pe dreapta soferul, apoi, dupa ce a oprit, somati pasagerul sa coboare. Daca acesta nu coboara, ii acordati wanted pentru neconformare ordin.

9.8: In dialogul si in urmarirea pe jos a unui suspect sunt considerate somatii valabile inclusiv cele adresate prin [/say], [/s], [/b].

9.9: In cazul in care urmariti un jucator pe jos iar acesta nu coopereaza cand il somati sa stea pe loc, aveti tot dreptul de utiliza electrosocul din dotare ([/tazer]).

9.10: Daca un jucator este somat sa coboare dintr-un vehicul si nu o face ii veti acorda Wanted 2 ,,Neconformare ordin". Atentie la regula 9.2.



 

X. Tratarea civililor

 

10.1: Se considera civil orice jucator care nu face parte dintr-un departament.

10.2: Nu aveti voie sa omorati un civil daca acesta va cere sa faceti asta sau sa cereti sa fiti omorat de catre unul, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn. Puteti cere acest lucru unui coleg din departamente sau sa va sinucideti.

10.3: Un membru PD / FBI / NG nu are voie sa ceara ajutorul unui civil în urmarirea suspectilor cu sau fara wanted. Daca aveti nevoie de ajutor cereti-l celorlalte departamente, nicidecum civililor.

10.4: Jucatorii care au ca pasager un jucator fara drept de predare vor fi somati o singura data sa foloseasca comanda [/eject] pe jucatorul fara drept, respectand regula 9.2. Daca nu se conformeaza in 15 secunde vor fi sanctionati cu Wanted 6 "Complice".

10.5: In cazul in care un jucator evadat din inchisoare este pasager intr-o masina, soferul va primi Wanted 6 ,,Complice" fara somatii.

10.6: In cazul in care un jucator are ca pasager un suspect cu wanted care trage in politisti, acesta va primi Wanted 6 ,,Complice" fara somatii.

10.7: In cazul in care un suspect cu wanted are ca pasager un civil care trage in politisti, atacatorul va primi Wanted 6 ,,complice" fara somatii.

10.8: Daca un jucator intervine atunci cand un politist se afla pe jos in urmarirea unui suspect (il ataca cu pumnii, il calca cu masina in repetate rânduri sau lasa masina pe politist, il ataca de aproape cu arma - sa se vada clar ca acel jucator are intentia de a ajuta suspectul) va primi Wanted 6 "Complice", fara somatii.

10.9: Nu aveti voie sa confiscati armele jucatorilor aflati pe un Clan Turf. (Folositi [/clanturfs] pentru identificarea zonelor).

10.9.1: Este permis sa confiscati armele jucatorilor aflati pe un Clan Turf doar daca exista suspecti cu wanted pe turf.

10.9.2: Ambele reguli se aplica doar in cazul jucatorilor care fac parte dintr-un clan.

10.10: Daca un jucator sta nemiscat atunci cand este somat sa coboare din masina, sa accepte solicitarea de prezentare a licentelor [/requestlicenses], sa plateasca amenda sau sa se predea, trebuie sa asteptati 30 de secunde de la ultima somatie pentru a trece la sanctionarea corespunzatoare a respectivului.

10.11: Un polilist are voie sa acorde wanted atunci cand un suspect ataca un alt politist in situatia in care politistul atacat nu poate sau nu reuseste sa faca dovada faptei.

10.12: Dovezile unui politist pot fi folosite in apararea altui politist in cazul unei reclamatii.

10.13: Nu aveti voie sa opriti jucatorii pentru control de rutina cu masina personala. Se vor folosi masinile departamentelor.



 

XI. Tratarea si arestarea suspectilor

 

Suspect = Orice civil cu cel putin wanted 1.

 

11.1: LVPD se ocupa de suspectii cu wanted 1 si 2 cu drept de predare.

11.2: Un politist poate aresta suspectul caruia i-a dat wanted indiferent de wantedul pe care l-a dat, cu conditia sa aiba drept de predare.

11.3: Nu aveti voie sa mergeti dupa suspectii cu wanted 3+ care au drept de predare daca nu le-ati acordat voi wanted-ul, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

11.4: Un politist /*cu rank mai mic decat 4*/ are obligatia ca atunci cand un suspect cu wanted 3+ vine si i se preda, sa-l incatuseze [/cuff], dupa care sa anunte pe [/d] ID-ul suspectului, wanted-ul si locatia aproximativa unde se afla. Suspectul va fi predat celui care va solicita asta pe [/d]. Puteti aresta suspectul doar cu acordul celor responsabili de el. In cazul in care nimeni nu raspunde pe chatul departamentelor dupa ce ati intrebat de 3 ori, aveti dreptul de a aresta suspectul.

11.5: Orice wanted se va acorda in maxim 5 minute din momentul in care suspectul a savarsit o infractiune sanctionabila cu wanted.

11.5.1: Cand cineva va ataca si sunteti off-duty, puteti sa luati duty si sa le dati wanted in primele 5 minute de la savarsirea faptei. Cine nu respecta regula asta sau pe cea anterioara primeste Faction Warn.

11.6: Politistul are obligatia de a ceda un suspect altui politist daca acesta din urma l-a somat inainte.

11.7: Membrii National Guard se ocupa in general de suspectii cu wanted 3+, cu o mica exceptie: membrii NG ce sunt paznici la Jail au dreptul de a aresta orice wanted, cu conditia de a intreba pe [/d] daca respectivul suspect se afla in custodia cuiva.

11.8: Este strict interzis pentru un politist sa sune suspectul si sa-l intrebe daca se preda, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

11.9: Politistii sunt obligati sa patruleze doar cu vehiculele departamentelor.

11.10: Politistii sunt obligati sa aresteze doar cu vehiculele departamentelor. *Exceptie rank 3+

11.11: Nu se da wanted cuiva AFK doar daca acesta detine droguri sau se pune AFK imediat ce a comis fapta.

11.12: Cand luati un suspect in custodie sunteti obligati sa folositi [/cuff].

11.13: Este interzis sa dati [/clear] cuiva fara sa anuntati pe [/d] un motiv bine intemeiat, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

11.14: Nu aveti voie sa stati la hq-urile mafiilor (curtea HQ-urilor) fara un scop anume (dm in hq, suspect in HQ) si sa confiscati obiecte, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

11.15: Este interzis sa confiscati armele unui jucator care se afla in HQ sau in curtea HQ-ului, daca acesta nu va ataca sau le foloseste pentru a ataca alti jucatori, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

11.16: Este interzis sa confiscati armele unui suspect daca acesta nu are drept de predare, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

11.17: Este permis sa confiscati armele unui suspect cu drept de predare, daca acesta la tine la vedere sau ataca alti jucatori.

11.18: Pentru a acorda wanted 1 pentru "furt" unui jucator, acesta trebuie sa va fure masina personala, indiferent ca sunteti in misiune sau nu. Daca masina va este furata de catre suspectul vostru (pleaca cu ea), acesta o sa primeaca wanted 6 "Runner" fara alte somatii. Cine nu respecta regula primeste Faction Warn.

11.19: Pentru a-i acorda wanted 3 "cop attack" unui jucator, acesta trebuie sa va atace cu pumnii de minimum 4 ori sau sa traga cu arma in voi.

11.19.1: Suspectii cu drept de predare isi pierd dreptul atunci cand va ataca de minim 4 ori cu pumnii sau trag cu cel putin 1 glont de arma in voi.

11.19.1: Nu aveti voie sa acordati wanted ‘Cop Attack’ peste alt wanted. Odata ce un suspect va ataca, el isi pierde dreptul, si va fi omorat pe loc in legitima aparare. Sanctiunea e Faction Warn.

11.19.2: Nu aveti voie sa acordati wanted-ul "Cop Attack" jucatorilor care va ataca in Safe-Zone, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn. Le puteti confisca armele. In cazul in care va aflati intr-o masina si sunteti atacat puteti sanctiona civilul cu wanted-ul "Cop Attack".

11.20: Daca cineva incalca regulile de circulatie si NU are drept de predare politistul nu are voie sa il sanctioneze.

11.21: In cazul in care sunteti atacati sau omorati de un suspect, indiferent de locul in care va aflati (Jail/HQ/Garaj/Alta zona), suspectul va primi wanted 3 - cop attack, respectiv wanted 5 - cop kill.

11.22: Daca un suspect (cu drept de predare) este AFK on wanted (pe ESC), il somati, anuntati pe [/d] ca este AFK precizand ora exacta, incluzand secundele, iar dupa 3 minute (180 secunde) il puteti omorî.

11.23: Toate pozele trebuie sa nu fie facute cu page up, pozele cu page up de obicei nu se iau in considerare, riscati Faction Warn.

11.24: Daca suspectul sta nemiscat atunci cand este intrebat daca se preda, politistul trebuie sa astepte 30 de secunde, dupa care are dreptul sa-l omoare.

11.25: Jucatorii care folosesc [/pickpocket] pe voi si nu reusesc sa fure bani de la voi nu vor fi sanctionati cu wanted. Sanctiunea este Faction Warn. Puteti sa le acordati wanted-ul specific doar daca au reusit sa va ia banii.

11.26: Inainte acordarii de wanted pentru 'apel nefondat', sunteti obligati sa anuntati pe [/d] acest lucru, sub forma: 'nefondat ID/nume" (date corespunzatoare celui ce a comis infractiunea). Cine nu respecta regula va primi Avertisment Verbal.

 

* /mdc-ul unui suspect arata ca respectivul nu avea drept de predare.


 

Observatii:

 

*Daca suspectul nu raspunde cand este intrebat daca se preda, atunci politistul are dreptul (doar) sa-l omoare.

*Daca suspectul spune ca nu se preda, atunci politistul are dreptul (doar) sa-l omoare.

*Daca suspectul spune ca se preda iar apoi fuge pe jos de politist, atunci politistul are dreptul (doar) sa-l omoare.

*Daca suspectul spune in prima faza ca nu se preda sau fuge pe jos de politist, iar mai apoi se razgandeste si doreste sa se predea, politistul are dreptul (doar) sa-l omoare.

*Daca suspectul spune ca se preda, iar apoi ataca politistul, atunci politistul are dreptul (doar) sa-l omoare.

*Daca suspectul spune ca nu se preda si fuge cu un vehicul, atunci politistul are dreptul sa-i dea wanted pentru „Runner”.

*Daca suspectul nu raspunde cand este intrebat daca se preda si fuge cu un vehicul, atunci politistul are dreptul sa-i dea wanted pentru „Runner”.

*Daca suspectul spune ca se preda iar apoi fuge cu un vehicul de politist, atunci politistul are dreptul sa-i dea wanted pentru „Runner”.

*Daca suspectul ucide un politist, atunci acesta va primi automat wanted cu motivul „cop kill” fara drept de predare.

*Nu aveti voie sub nicio forma sa dati clear la wantedul “Cop Kill”, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

*Daca suspectul are wanted (1+) si ataca un politist, atunci acesta isi va pierde dreptul automat si va fi omorat pe loc.

*Daca sunteti atacati de catre un suspect, aveti dreptul sa-l ucideti, indiferent de echipa in care sunteti repartizat.

*Daca suspectul spune ca nu accepta amenda, aveti dreptul de a-i acorda Wanted 3 ,,neplata amenda".



 

XII. Materialele si licenta de materiale

 

12.1: Un politist are dreptul sa confiste materialele, licenta de materiale si sa sanctioneze cu amenda playerii atunci cand acestia le folosesc pentru crearea sau vinderea diferitelor arme langa ei.  In cazul in care un civil foloseste materiale langa ei, politistul are urmatoarele obligatii:

- In cazul jucatorilor de level 1-3 nu se va acorda amenda.

- cei cu level 4 - 9 (inclusiv) au de ales dintre amenda specifica sau confiscarea materialelor.

- celor cu level 10 - 19 (inclusiv) li se vor confisca direct materialele.

- celor cu level 20+ li se vor confisca atat licenta de materiale, cat si materialele.



 

XIII. Eventuri

 

13.1: Un politist poate participa la evenimentele organizate de catre un ADMIN sau la evenimentele organizate de un jucator cum ar fi: simon spune, trivia, race (atata timp cat circula corect), stunt, gaseste locatia, event deagle, event find and kill etc.

13.2: Membrii departamentelor nu au voie sa participe la activitatea a clanurilor (spray).

13.3: Puteti participa la evenimentele violente DOAR daca sunteti OFF DUTY. Daca sunteti prinsi ON DUTY la aceste evenimente, riscati sa fiti sanctionati chiar cu demiterea.

13.4: Cand mergeti la un eveniment violent sunteti obligati sa faceti un SS in care sa va apara textul ''You are not on duty.''.



 

XIV. Joburi

 

14.1: Este interzis sa aveti asupra voastra materiale, droguri sau alte obiecte ilegale, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

14.2: Daca folositi alt job, sunteti obligati sa fiti off-duty.

14.3: Nu aveti voie, sub nicio forma, sa aveti jobul de Lawyer. Acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.

14.4: Puteti folosi doar joburi legale.

14.5: Nu aveti voie sa detineti alt job in afara de cel de Detectiv atunci cand sunteti on duty. Acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Avertisment Verbal.



 

XV. Mandate de eliberare

 

15.1: Membrii de rank 3+ pot vinde mandate (accept lawyers) avocatilor, astfel dandu-si acordul in vederea scoaterii din jail a unor jucatori.

15.2: Nu exista pret universal pentru [/lawyer], ci fiecare va negocia cu cumparatorul un pret propriu, in limitele stabilite de script. Cine incalca limitele stabilite de script la vanzarea unui mandat va fi sanctionat cu Faction Warn.

- Un accept lawyer este echivalentul a 15 puncte de accept, acestea fiind primite la fiecare PayDay.



 

XVI. Masinile departamentelor

 

16.1: Nu folositi vehiculele de politie in scopuri personale, in caz contrar veti fi sanctionati cu Faction Warn. (exista mici exceptii in care se pot folosi)

16.2: Atunci cand gasiti o masina dintr-un departament sunteti obligati sa anuntati ca o luati, exemplu: /d Am gasit un bullet in zona Fort Carson, il iau.

16.3: Puteti folosi masinile de rank 1 si 2 ale altor departamente fara sa intrebati.

16.4: Pentru masinile de rank 3+ si pentru Maverick se va cere acord respectivului departament pe [/d].

16.5: Membrii de rank 5+ trebuie sa anunte pe [/d] cand iau vehicule de la alte departamente.

16.6: Respawnati masinile departamentelor dupa ce v-ati terminat treaba cu ele.



 

XVII. Reclamatii

 

17.1: Cand raspundeti la o plangere pe site-ul RPG, trebuie sa aveti raspunsuri cat se poate de profesionale. Daca faceti spam sau luati la misto, jigniti, injurati jucatorul care v-a raportat, veti fi sanctionat cu Faction Warn.

17.2: Odata facuta o reclamatie unui jucator la factiune, liderul trebuie sa raspunda la ea în maxim 48 de ore iar reclamatul poate aduce (alte) dovezi în maxim 24 de ore. Daca nu va prezentati dovezile veti fi sanctionati.



 

XVIII. Raportul de activitate

 

18.1: Detalii despre raportul de activitate gasiti in topicul LV Police Department - Raport de activitate. E un sistem automatizat, serverul se ocupa de el in general.

18.2: Nu se accepta invoiri la raport prin PM. Singura modalitate de a fi invoiti e cererea de inactivitate.

[/su <id>] = Dai wanted unei persoane. Comanda face sa-ti apara un ecran din care selectezi wanted-ul dorit.

[/mdc <id>] = Verifici cazierule unei persoane.

[/arrest <nume/id>] = Arestezi o persoana.

[/duty] = Ai acces la toate comenzile PD.

[/wanted] = Arata toti suspectii online.

[/nearwanted] = Arata suspectii cu wanted din vecinatatea ta.

[/confiscate <id/nume> <licenta> <numar ore>] = Confisti o licenta pentru un numar de ore determinat. Poti face asta de la rank 1.

[/ticket <id/nume>] = Amendarea unui jucator. Tastarea comenzii provoaca aparitia unui ecran din care selectezi amenda dorita cu enter.

[/gov <text>] = Trimiti un mesaj pe care il poate vedea toata lumea. (Rank 5+)

[/ram] = Intri cu forta intr-o casa sau HQ.

[/startradar <limita>] = Pornesti radarul.

[/stopradar] = Opresti radarul.

[/lawyer <id/nume> <suma>] = Vinzi accept unui lawyer. (Rank 3+)

[/acceptpoints] = Vezi cate puncte de accept ai. (Rank 3+)

[/fmotd] = Afiseaza mesajul zilei. Acest mesaj poate fi modificat numai de catre lider

XX. Echipele de Rapoarte/Antrenamente/Testeri

 

20.1:  Orice rank 4+ va fi desemnat uneia dintre echipele de Antrenament, Raport sau Testeri. Un membru poate avea o singura echipa.

20.2:  Sanctiunile pentru membrii ce nu isi respecta atributiile echipei pot varia de la Faction Warn pana la Rank Down.

XXI. Skinul fiecarui rank

 

21.1: Sunteti obligati ca in timpul in care sunteti on duty sa aveti un skin de PD corespunzator rankului si echipei in care va aflati. Un rank mai mare poate folosi un skin de rank mai mic, atat timp cat corespunde cu echipa sale. Cine nu respecta aceasta regula primeste Faction Warn.

XXIII. Detalii despre testul de intrare

 

23.1: Testul teoretic va contine intrebari din, Regulamentul Intern, Regulamentul general al departamentelor, Wanted, Arrest, Ticket and Code List, Reguli nescrise si unele intrebari capcana. In topicul LV Police Department - Testul de intrare este explicat procesul mai pe larg.

 

23.2: Pe langa testul teoretic veti da un test practic. Mai exact veti merge cu testerul in masina si va trebui sa confiscati o licenta si sa dati doua amenzi. Examinatorul vostru va va nota si va stabili daca treceti. Se va pune accent pe explicatie, anuntarea locului in care a fost plasat radarul, somatiile ( in special pentru incepatori). Decizia examinatorului va fi luata dupa ce acesta primeste PM cu dovezile facute de jucator. Dovezile vor fi primite si de lider pentru a valida trecerea testului. Daca dovezile nu sunt bune din variate motive precizate in topicul dedicat testului, candidatul va fi picat la teste.

 

!!! Jucatorii care isi incep activitatea fara sa fi fost declarati "Invitati" de catre lider prin acordarea rankului 1 vor fi demisi pentru motivul "Picarea testelor".

 

23.3. Pentru testeri, sunt valabile urmatoarele reguli:

23.3.1: Membrilor cu rank cuprins intre 4 si 6 (inclusiv) le este strict interzis sa modifice statutul candidatului in respins/acceptat fara acordul liderului. Modificarea statutului jucatorului fara acordul liderului se considera favorizare si se pedepseste cu Faction Warn prima data, Rank Down daca continua.

23.3.2: Inainte de a incepe un test, asigurati-va ca aplicantul are caile de comunicatii inchise. Odata ce folositi [/ft] pe un jucator, in mod normal, acestea i se inchid automat. Comanda [/togcomms] inchide sau deschide caile de comunicare.

23.3.3: In cazul recrutarilor in care candidatul poate da test cu orice tester, un tester nu va avea voie sa sustina teste cu un jucator din acelasi clan/alianta cu el (sanctiune: RANK DOWN + Faction Warn). Exceptie fac liderul si subliderii, impreuna cu eventualele situatii speciale ce pot aparea, stabilite de conducere, in care se poate tolera acest lucru, aplicate pe loc in functie de caz.

23.3.4: In cazul recrutarilor in care fiecarui candidat ii este acordat un tester sau mai multi, testerii nu vor avea voie sa dea test cu altcineva decat candidatii la care au fost repartizati. Excepție fac r6+, ei pot da test cu orice candidat oricand. Sanctiune: RANK DOWN + indepartarea functiei de tester.

23.3.5: În cazul în care testul este dat în mod incorect testerul primește Faction Warn iar cel testat trebuie să redea testele cu un alt tester.

LV Police Department - Internal Rules

 

I. General dispositions

 

1.1. Every Police Department member has to know the general department rules, the server rules and the other rules imposed by the Leader or the Subleader.

1.2. When the Leader isn’t online, you have to obey the Subleader. If the subleader isn’t online then you have to obey the highest rank available.

1.3. You always have to obey a superior rank. Those who don’t obey their superior ranks, respectively they disobey their orders, will be sanctioned depending on the case ( * ), from Faction Warn to dismissal.

 

1.4. For doubts, proposals or problems you’ll announce the Leader or the Subleader. We have special topics for these things too, use them trust.

1.5.The rank is a privillege offered by the LVPD STAFF, not a right. Don’t ask the Leader or the Subleader for rankup, this thing is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

1.6. The usage of PD commands for personal reasons or for fun is forbidden. The sanction for this is dismissal, without the right to enter PD again.

1.7. Depending on the gravity of a mistake, the Leader/Subleader reserves his right to sanction a member with Rank Down, Verbal Warning, Faction Warn or Dismissal(with or without FP - in severe cases full FP will be applied even if the member has the minimum of 2 weeks in faction -) for breaking the written or unwritten rules.

1.8. It’s forbidden to allow anybody else than you to log into your account. You’re also not allowed to let anybody else make your activity report for you. The punishment for both of these rules is dismissal.

1.9. The faction motto: Serving with pride, Protecting with honor!

1.10. All the PD members have the obligation to have the [/timestamp] command activated. Members who don’t follow the rule will be sanctioned with Verbal Warning for the first time, and Faction Warn if they continue.

 

 

 

II. Language and Behaviour

 

2.1: Respect the department mates and the other players on the server. PD / FBI/ NG are the factions which set the order and the justice on the server. That being said, the members have to show good manners and give good examples to follow for the players.

2.2: Don’t fight on [/d] or [/r]. This thing is sanctionable with Faction Warn and could lead to Dismissal, depending on the case. ( * )
2.3:  You’re not allowed to make negative generalizations about other departments, no matter what problems exist. Not following this rule is sanctionable with Faction Warn or Dismissal, depending on the case.

2.4: Las Venturas Police Department STAFF does not tollerate bad jokes, inappropiate beaviour, ironies or useless comments. The sanction for the ones above varies from Verbal Warning to Faction Warn or Dismissal, depending on the case. ( * )

 

2.5: You’re not allowed to excuse anyone from the punishments or make favours/discriminations, no matter if he’s a friend or an enemy of yours. By doing so you risk a Faction Warn.

2.5.1: You’re not allowed to split the sanction by not according it fully, regardless of the situation. For example, you’re not allowed to give a player ONLY the ticket, if the sanction provided in Wanted & Ticket List is the ticket and the confiscation of the driving license. This thing is considered a favour and is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

2.6: You’re not allowed to play with the weapons on the LVPD main floor (the /arrest zone mainly), by doing so you could risk a Faction Warn. You can only do this in the Training Room.

 

 

 

III. Meetings and Trainings

 

3.1: The training will be held usually once a week, every week 2 times per month, Sunday at 18:00, the interval between the two being variable.

3.1.1: Trainings will be announced by the responsive members(Trainers) in the LV Police Department - Trainings and Absence topic within at least 48 hours before their start. The responsive trainers which don't announce the training in time (there are less than 48 hours until the training and it's still not announced), will get sanctioned with Faction Warn and the training will be cancelled.

3.1.2: Every week's trainers will be announced in the LV Police Department - Teams and Atributions.
3.2:  Meetings are held when the Las Venturas Police Department STAFF needs to talk to the members. Meetings will be announced in the Important Announcements topic 48 hours before.

3.3: Members who are late to the meeting/training will come to the Armoury/Meeting room, without making noise on the chat or  [/r].

3.4: During the meetings/tranings, you will turn your phones off and you’ll listen to the Leader, Subleader or the Trainer until they will allow you to talk. Until then, you must keep quiet and not use the chat without a really good reason. Not following the rule leads Verbal Warning or Faction Warn, depending on the case. ( * )

3.4.1:  During trainings, the only persons that are able to give approval for usage of vehicles in the garage are the trainers and the Las Venturas Police Department STAFF.  Not following the rule leads Verbal Warning or Faction Warn, depending on the case. ( * )

3.5: Present members at the training must obey the trainer’s indications and to be disciplined and respect him. Bad jokes with no point addrressed to him are not allowed. By not doing so they risk Verbal Warnings or Faction Warns, depending on the case. ( * )

3.6: You're not allowed to be late to trainings/meetings. The sanctions for being late are the followings:
- Being late for 10 minutes or less - nothing
;

- Being for 10-20 minutes - Verbal Warnings;
- Being for 20-30 minutes - Verbal Warnings + 50.000$ ticket in the Tickets topic;

- Being late for 30+ minutes - Faction Warn.

3.7: A maximum of one pass request is tollerated per month. They must have a good reason. Whoever is absent without a pass request gets Faction Warn.

3.7.1: A pass request is considered accepted in the moment in which the training was organized and the member was absent(or was late for more than 10 minutes, being considered absent).

 

*Every situation of this type, which is marked by ( * ), will be differently treated. LVPD STAFF reserve their rights to differently sanction a member which doesn't obey orders or is in one of the mentioned situations, depending on his behaviour, the number of mistakes made in the past, his seniority in the department and the gravity of the general situation. 

 

 

IV. ROADS and SWAT teams

 

4.1: You must obey your belonging to the team which you were assigned. The sanctions in this chapter will cummulate and could result in your dismissal with FP in case you don’t respect it.


4.2:  ROADS team’s job is mainly to give tickets and confiscate licenses from players which break the traffic rules from the Wanted & Ticket List topic.
4.3: A ROADS member is allowed to arrest suspects only if their wanted is given by the member himself, or the suspect surrenders to the cop from his own initiative. In the case in which the suspect comes and surrenders to you it’s necessarely to ask on [/d] if you can take him, this procedure being detailed in the rule 11.4. They also can kill the suspects which attack them.

4.3.1: ROADS members which chase and arrest/kill suspects which don’t meet the requirements in 4.3., will be sanctioned with Faction Warn.

4.4:  ROADS members are not allowed to go for suspects without the right to surrender (even if they gave them the wanted), no matter the rank,  sanction: Faction Warn. They can only kill the suspects who attack them, regardless of their right to surrender.

 

4.5: ROADS aren’t allowed to communicate with the player in case using [/sms] or [/call] for the purpose of sanctioning him. Sanction:  Faction Warn.

4.6: A member of the ROADS team is not allowed to use their personal vehicle for chases, tickets or any other things that are work-related (Sanction: Faction Warn). They have to use the department cars for roads actions.

4.6.1: The only case in which the member can use his personal vehicle is when he arrests a wanted given by himself and he is rank 3+.

4.7: Patrolling in other city than ours will only be made with the approval of a rank 3+ from the respective city’s department.

4.7.1: If after 3 request on [/d], with minimum 10 seconds between them, there’s no answer, the member can patrol.

4.7.2:  The member must own the proof on the approval or the 3 requests with no answer. By not having the proof, he risks being sanctioned with Faction Warn.

4.7.3:  The sanction for members who patrol in another city than ours even if they were rejected by the department of that city (not having permission) is Faction Warn.

4.7.4: The only situation in which you can confiscate driving licenses in other cities without a patrol accept is when you are just passing by and can prove that. If your proof can't show that you were passing by, you'll be sanctioned with Faction Warn.

4.8: You're not allowed, under any circumstance, to stand by in other cities for confiscating licenses. This is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

4.9:  ROADS members can use other cops’ proof, regardless of the team, for sanctioning a player.

4.9.1: You can’t use the proof given by a civilian, it is considered as invalide, and the cop will be sanctioned as such, without taking that proof into consideration.

 

4.10:  SWAT team’s job is to chase and arrest the suspects having wanted 1-2, killing the suspects without the right to surrender (only rank 4+), frisking the players and confiscating the forbidden objects (materials, drugs and weapons), taking into consideration the rules.

4.11: SWAT members aren’t allowed to put radars, this is sanctionable with Faction Warn.

4.12: SWAT members aren’t allowed to stand by and wait for the players to break the traffic rules, this is sanctionable with Faction Warn. They are allowed to confiscate driving licenses and give tickets only when they are just passing by and see illegal things going on.

4.13: Rank 3+ SWAT members can chase and arrest suspects by using almost every car.

4.13.1: The ones with a lower rank than 3 aren't allowed to use anything else than department vehicles for pursuiting wanted suspects. The rule only applies if that member is the DRIVER. Not respecting the rule will lead to Faction Warn.

4.14:  Rank 4+ SWAT members are allowed to go for any suspect having wanted (regardless of the wanted level or the right to surrender).
4.14.1: The ones with a lower rank than 4 are not allowed to chase/arrest the suspects with a wanted bigger than 2. They have the obligation to go for the ones with wanted 1-2 (Prefferably, in Las Venturas). The sanction for not following this rule leads to Faction Warn.

4.15: A SWAT member can make proof about a player who breaks the traffic rules and send it to a ROADS mate.

4.16: Any proof from a department member, no matter which department, will be valid and taken into consideration. The ones from civilians are invalides.

4.17: Rank 5+ members are assigned to both ROADS and SWAT teams.

 

 

 

V. Tickets

 

5.1: A ticket is a penalty that a policeman can apply to a player if the irregularity is not so serious that the player gets into jail. The player will see a blue color message on the screen with the name of the cop, the amount to pay and the reason of the ticket(fine).

5.2: If the fined player does not pay the penalty on the spot (refuses or leaves/runs), the cop has the right to give him the "Not Paying Ticket" wanted.


 

5.3: If the player does not have enough cash money to pay the fine, the cop is obliged to take him to an ATM or the bank to withdraw the amount necessary to pay the fine. If the player refuses, the cop has the right to give him the "Not Paying Ticket" wanted. If the player does not have enough money in his account, he / she will receive the wanted for the 'Not Paying Ticket’.

5.4: You are not allowed to ticket a player you have already given the wanted 2 "Disobeying Orders". This rule also applies to players who leave the server and automatically receive wanted 2 "Disconnect in Pursuit". This is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

5.5: You are not allowed to fine the players in Jail, this is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

5.6: You are not allowed to give money to a player who does not have enough money to pay the fine, this is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

5.6. Ticketing the players below level 8

5.6.1: If you catch a civilian with the level between 1 and 3, you can not ticket or confiscate his license (if the case).

5.6.2: Players with a level between 4 and 7 to whom you have to suspend their license will have the right to choose between suspending the driving license and receiving the specific ticket.

5.6.3: If the 4-7 level player has chosen the fine, paid it, and then repeated the action, you will not be able to give it another fine, so it will be suspended according to the general departmental rules.

5.7: Level 8 players who have to suspend their license will have no choice, with both contravention sanctions (suspension of driving license and fine) being applied.

5.8: Any policeman who will be caught breaking the traffic rules will pay the appropriate fine.
5.8.1: Any defendant policeman, with a complaint for breaking the traffic rules will pay a double ticket on forum, in the LV Police Department - Tickets topic, in which the problem is more detailed. In case he won’t pay it within 24 hours, he gets sanctioned with Faction Warn.

 

 

 

VI. Driving

 

6.1: It is considered to be illegal driven when the player passes by 80% or more on the opposite direction track. It’s also irregular driving when he uses grass, sand or other things on the wrong direction as an excuse that did not circulate on the counter.

6.2: It is considered to be proper driving when the player is entirely on its bandwidth(lane) or even when it passes very little on the opposite track.

6.2.1: Another example of proper driving is when the player cuts the lanes at an angle of 90 degrees.

6.2.2: It’s also considered to be proper driving when using grass, sand, etc. from the right direction to go.

6.3: Disturbing traffic means when the player deliberately hits other players using his vehicle, repeatedly.

6.4: If you catch a department member illegaly driving (with a civilian car) you can’t confiscate his driving license. Pull him over and take a picture of [/wanted], and if he says it's after a suspect without the right to surrender, you have to check. If he is not after a suspect without a right to surrender, you will grant him the specific fine, and then he will accept it. Otherwise, you can make a complain through PM to his leader, and this will be sanctioned with Faction Warn.

6.5: If you catch a member of a department violating traffic rules and he is not on duty, you have to pull him over and give him the specific fine. If he does not stop after the three summons or refuses to pay the fine, you can make a complaint via PM to his leader and he will be sanctioned with Faction Warn.

6.6: You are not allowed to suspend driving licenses for reasons other than those provided in the General Department Regulations and the Wanted & Ticket List.

6.7: You are not allowed to confiscate the licenses of AFK players, this is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

6.7.1: You can confiscate the license of an AFK player in the prison only if you have given him the explanations before.

6.8: You can confiscate the license of a non-AFK player in Jail as long as you explain him the reason for the suspension on the spot. In this case, you are required to specify the date, time and location of the crime.

 

6.9: When sanctioning someone contraventionally (any sanction) you are obliged to tell him the reason. The breaking of this rule will lead to Faction Warn.

6.9.1: If the sanctioned player committed the infraction at another time or another day other than the one in which you sanction him, you must also specify the date, time and location of the infraction. Sanction for not respecting the rule is Faction Warn.


 

6.10: A Las Venturas Police Department member is not allowed to sanction a Tow Truck Company member who is in the process of towing a car and has his beacon turned on. Failure to comply with the rule is sanctioned.

 

6.11: A Las Venturas Police Department member is not allowed to sanction a Paramedics member who is on duty with the beacon turned on. If you think he is not really on the mission, you can pull him over and in case of a potential abuse, you can PM his leader for complaining about this. Failure to comply with the rule is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

 

 

 

VII. Parking

 

7.1: Irregular parking is when a player leaves the vehicle leaving 80% of his surface on the carriageway or when the player is in the car and stays for more than one minute on the carriageway.

7.2: Regular parking is considered when the player has parked or stationed elsewhere, but not on the carriageway.

 

 

 

VIII. Radars

 

8.1: Policemans who will set limits other than those mentioned in the General Department Rules will be sanctioned with Faction Warn.

8.2: Players who break the limit by 1-2 km/h will not be sanctioned.

8.3: When setting up / resuming a radar, no matter the city you are part of, you are required to announce it on the departments chat [/d].

8.4: Setting up a radar in other cities is only done with the approval of a Rank 5+ from that city. If you do not have a r5+ permission , you are not allowed to put radar in that city, regardless of the number of requests, the duration of these or the availability of those with a rank of 5+. Violation of the rule is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

8.4.1: You are required to have evidence of the agreement(permission) you have received from the city’s department. In case you do not have it, we will consider you have set the radar with no permission and you will receive a Faction Warn.

8.4.2: If a less than 5 rank gives you the right to put radar in another city, you will put it on your own responsibility, being sanctioned as if you had no evidence of radar.

8.5: You have to take care of your own city. You are not allowed to stay with radar and patrol only in other cities. Those who do not deal with LV and stay in other cities just for the sake of the points will be sanctioned accordingly, as the case may be.

8.6: Vehicles fitted with a radar system are: PD Car, Police Infernus, HPV-1000 and PD NRG-500.

 

 

 

IX. Summons

 

9.1: Summoning players with or without wanted are made using the [/ms] command. It automatically detects if the player has wanted, sending a message specific to each situation. If the player does not have the right to surrender or if he is too far away, the cop will receive a specific message and will not let him give the summons.

 

9.2: Do not spam when you summon a player. There must be a minimum of 3 seconds between the summons.

9.3: Any summon must be done mentioning the players' name.

9.4: The policeman is obliged, when he summons a suspect, to make sure that he is close enough to see his summons.

9.5: If you have to pull over a player and he has wanted, you are forced to use [/m], respecting rules 9.1 and 9.2. Violation of the rule is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

9.6: If a wanted player is a passenger in a car, he / she will be properly summoned, and if the driver does not [/eject] him / her, the driver will be sanctioned with a wanted "Accomplice" without any further summons.

9.7: If a NON-wanted player is a passenger in a car and you need to sanction him contraventionally, first pull the driver over, then, after he stops, summon the passenger to get off the vehicle. If he does not get down, you give him wanted for ‘Disobeying orders’.

9.8: In the dialogue and in the follow-up of a suspect,  [/say], [/s], [/b] are considered as valid too.

9.9: If you are following a player on foot and he does not cooperate when you summon him / her to stay in one place, you have the right to use the electroshock in the equipment ( [/tazer] ).

9.10: If a player is summoned to get off from a vehicle and do not do it, they will get Wanted 2, "Disobeying Orders"; beware the rule 9.2.

 

 

 

X. Treatment of civilians

 

10.1: Any player who is not part of a department is considered civilian.

10.2: You are not allowed to kill a civilian if he asks you to do that or to ask to be killed by one, this is sanctioned with Faction Warn. You can ask a department colleague to do this or commit suicide.

10.3: A PD / FBI / NG member is not allowed to ask for the assistance of a civilian in pursuing suspects with or without wanted. If you need help, ask the other departments, not the civilians.

10.4: Players who have a no-drept player as a passenger will only be summoned once to use the [/eject] command on the player without right, respecting rule 9.2. If they do not cooperate within 15 seconds they will be sanctioned with Wanted 6 "Accomplice".

10.5: If a jail escape player is a passenger in a car, the driver will receive the Wanted 6 "Accomplice" without any summons.

10.6: If a player has a wanted player as a passenger, and the passenger attacks the cops, the driver will be sanctioned with Wanted 6 "Accomplice" without any summons.

10.7: If a wanted suspect is driving and has as a passenger a civilian who attacks the cops, the attacker will receive Wanted 6 "Accomplice" without any summons.

10.8: If a player interferes when a policeman is on foot, in the pursuit of a suspect (attacks him with the fists, hits him with the car in repeated rounds or leaves the car on the policeman, attacks the PD with the weapon close to him - so the intention that he wants to help the suspect is clear) will get Wanted 6 "Accomplice" without a summons.

10.9: You are not allowed to confiscate the weapons of players on a Clan Turf. (Use [/clanturfs] to identify the areas).

10.9.1: You’re allowed to confiscate the weapons of players on a Clan Turf only if there are suspects with wanted on the turf.

10.9.2: Both rules only apply to players belonging to a clan.

10.10: If a player stays motionless when he / she is asked to leave the car, accept the license request, pay the fine or surrender, you must wait 30 seconds after the last call to move to appropriate sanctioning of that.

10.11: A PD is allowed to give wanted when a player is attacking another policeman in the situation where the attacked cop can not or can’t reach to prove the deed.

10.12: A police officer's evidence may be used to defend another department member in the event of a complaint.

10.13: You are not allowed to stop players for routine control with your own car. The department cars will be used.

 

 

 

XI. Treatment and arresting the suspects

 

Suspect = Any civilian with a minimum wanted level of 1.

 

11.1: LVPD deals with suspects with wanted 1 and 2 with the right to surrender.

11.2: A policeman can arrest the suspect to whom he has given a wanted, no matter the wanted, keeping in mind that he must have the right to surrender.

11.3: You are not allowed to go for the wanted 3+ suspects who have the right to surrender if you haven’t given them the wanted, this is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

11.4: A policeman has the obligation that when a wanted 3+ suspects comes and surrenders to him from his own initiative, he has to handcuff him / her by using [/cuff], then announce the [/d] the ID of the suspect, the wanted and the approximate location where he is. The suspect will be handed over to the person requesting you on [/d]. You can arrest the suspect only with the consent of those responsive for him. If no one answers the chats of the departments after you have asked for 3 times, you have the right to arrest the suspect.

11.5: Any wanted will be given within 5 minutes of the suspect committing the infraction which is sanctionable with wanted.
11.5.1: When someone attacks you and you are off-duty, you can /duty and give them wanted within the first 5 minutes of committing the act. Whoever does not follow this rule or the one before gets Faction Warn.

11.6: The policeman has the obligation to give the suspect away to another policeman if the other policeman has summoned him before.

11.7: National Guard members generally deal with wanted 3+ suspects, with a small exception: NG members who are Jail guards have the right to arrest any wanted, provided they ask [/ d] if that suspect is find yourself in someone's custody.

11.8: It is strictly forbidden for a policeman to call the suspect and ask him if he surrenders, this is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

11.9: Policemen are only allowed to patrol with department vehicles.

11.10: Policemen are forced to use the department vehicles while arresting. * Exception rank 3+

11.11: AFK is not wanted unless he is in possession of drugs or AFK is committed as soon as he has committed the act.

11.12: When you take a suspect in custody you are forced to use [/cuff].

11.13: It is forbidden to give someone [/clear] without announcing [/d] a well-founded reason, this is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

11.14: You are not allowed to sit at Gang HQs without a specific purpose (dm in hq, suspected in HQ) and confiscate objects, this is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

11.15: It is forbidden to confiscate the weapons of a player who is in the HQ or in the HQ yard, if he does not attack you or use them to attack other players, this is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

11.16: It is forbidden to confiscate a suspect's weapons if he does not have the right to surrender, this is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

11.17: You’re allowed to confiscate the weapons of a suspect with right of surrender if he/she is having them on sight near you or he/she is attacking other players.

11.18: In order to give wanted 1 "car jack" to a player, he needs to steal your personal vehicle, no matter if you are in a mission or not. If your vehicle is stolen by your suspect (he runs with it), he will get wanted 6 "Runner" without additional summons. The ones who don't follow the rule will get a Faction Warn.

11.19: In order to give wanted 3 "cop attack" to a player, he must attack you with his fists at least 4 times or shoot you with a gun once at least.

11.19.1: You are not allowed to give wanted 'Cop Attack' over another wanted. Once a suspect attacks you, he loses his right of surrender, and he will be killed on the spot in legitimate defense. The sanction is Faction Warn.

11.19.2: You are not allowed to give the "Cop Attack" wanted to players who attack you in Safe-Zone, this is sanctioned with Faction Warn. You can confiscate their weapons. If you are in a car and you are attacked, then you can sanction the civilian with the wanted "Cop Attack".

11.20: If someone violates the traffic rules and is NOT having the right surrender, the cop is not allowed to sanction him.

11.21: If you are attacked or killed by a suspect, no matter where you are (Jail / HQ / Garage / Other Area), the suspect will receive the wanted 3 - cop attack, respectively wanted 5 - cop kill.

11.22: If a suspect is AFK with wanted (on ESC), you summon him, announce on [/d] that he is AFK with the exact time, including the seconds, and after 3 minutes (180 seconds) you can kill him / her.

11.23: All photos must be done without page up, photos with page up are usually not taken into consideration and you risk Faction Warn.

11.24: If the suspect stays motionless when asked if he is surrendering, the cop has to wait for 30 seconds, after which he has the right to kill him.

11.25: Players who [/pickpocket] you and fail (don't steal your money) will not be given wanted for pickpocketing a cop. The sanction is Faction Warn. You can only give them the specific wanted if they managed to steal your money.
11.26: Before giving wanted for 'prank call', you have to announce this thing on [/d], following the structure of "prank call ID/name" (dates which belong to the person who commited the crime). Whoever doesn't follow the rule gets a Verbal Warning.

 

* The suspect's /mdc shows that he did not have the right to surrender.

 

Notes:

 

* If the suspect does not answer when asked if he is surrendering, then the cop is entitled (only) to kill him.

* If the suspect says he does not surrender, then the cop is entitled (just) to kill him.

* If the suspect says he is surrendering and then runs off the cop, then the cop is entitled (only) to kill him.

* If the suspect says in the first phase that he does not surrender or runs off the policeman, and then reconsiders himself and wants to surrender, the cop is entitled (only) to kill him.

* If the suspect says he is surrendering, then attacks the cop, then the cop is entitled (only) to kill him.

* If the suspect says he does not surrender and runs with a vehicle, then the cop has the right to give him wanted for "Runner".

* If the suspect does not answer when asked if he is surrendering and runswith a vehicle, then the cop has the right to give him wanted for "Runner".

* If the suspect says he is surrendering and then runs with a police vehicle, then the cop has the right to give him wanted for "Runner".

* If the suspect kills a cop, then he will automatically gets the wanted "cop kill" without the right to surrender, dirrectly from the server.

* You are not allowed under any form to clear the wanted "Cop Kill", this is sanctioned with Faction Warn

* If the suspect has wanted (1+) and attacks a cop, then he will automatically loses his right and will be killed on the spot.

* If you are attacked by a suspect, you have the right to kill him regardless of the team you are assigned to.

* If the suspect says he does not accept the fine, you have the right to grant him Wanted 3, “not paying ticket”.

 

 

 

XII. Materials and materials license

 

12.1: A policeman has the right to confiscate the materials, the materials license and sanction with a fine the players that used them to create or sell various weapons near them. If a civilian uses materials near a cop, the cop has the following obligations:

- In the case of level 1-3 players no penalty will be awarded.

- those with level 4 - 9 (including) have a choice between the specific fine or the confiscation of the materials.

- those with level 10 - 19 (including) will have their materials directly confiscated.

- those with level 20+ will have both their materials and materials license confiscated.

 

 

 

XIII. Events

 

13.1: A policeman can participate to events organized by an admin or events organized by a player such as: simon says, trivia, race (as long as it circulates correctly), stunt, find the location, event deagle, event find and kill and so on.

13.2: Members of departments are not allowed to participate in clan (spray) activities.

13.3: You can participate in violent events ONLY if you are OFF DUTY. If you are caught ON DUTY at these events, you risk being punished with even dismissal.

13.4: When you go to a violent event you have to make an SS in which the text "You are not on duty." can be spotted.

 

 

 

XIV. Jobs

 

14.1: It is forbidden to have materials, drugs or other illegal objects on you, this is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

14.2: If you use another job, you are bound to be off-duty.

14.3: You must not, in any form, have the job of Lawyer. This is sanctioned with Faction Warn.

14.4: You can only use legal jobs.

14.5: You are not allowed to have a job other than Detective when you are on duty. This is sanctioned with a Verbal Warning.

 

 

 

XV. Accept lawyers

15.1: Rank 3+ members can sell acceptlaws to lawyers, and thus give their consent to the removal of some players from the prison.

15.2: There is no universal price for a [/lawyer], but each will negotiate with the buyer a price, within the limits set by the script. Whoever breaks the limits set by the script upon the sale of an acceptlaw will be sanctioned with a Faction Warn.

- An accept lawyer is the equivalent of 15 accept points, which are received on each PayDay.

 

 

 

XVI. Department cars

 

16.1: Do not use police vehicles for personal purposes, otherwise you will be punished with Faction Warn. (there are small exceptions in which they can be used)

16.2: Whenever you find a random department car, you are obliged to announce that you take it.For example: /d I found a bullet in the Fort Carson area, I take it.

16.3: You can use the other departments rank 1 and 2 cars without asking.

16.4: For rank 3+ cars and Maverick, you’ll ask for permission to the speciffic department to [/d].

16.5: Rank 5+ members must only announce on [/d] the fact that they are taking vehicles from other departments.

16.6: Respawn the department cars after you've finished your job.

 

 

 

XVII. Complaints

 

17.1: When responding to a complaint on the RPG website, you must have the most professional answers. If you are spamming, mocking, offending or injuring the player who reported you, you will be punished with Faction Warn.

17.2: Once a player's complaint is made to the faction, the leader must respond to it within 48 hours and the member can bring (other) evidence within 24 hours. If you do not present the evidence, you will be sanctioned.

 

 

 

XVIII. Activity report

 

18.1: Details of the activity report can be found in the LV Police Department - Activity Report topic. It’s an automatical system and the server mainly handles it. Type [/myreport] to see information about your current report.

18.2: We don’t accept activity report pass requests via PM. The only way to be passed is the inactivity request.

 


 

XIX. Las Venturas Police Department Commands

 

[/r <text>] = You talk to your LVPD mates.

[/d <text>] = You talk to the other departments. (LSPD / SFPD / FBI / NG).

[/m <text>] = You transmit a message within a bigger area when you’re in a police car (summons).

[/ms] = You summon a player to either surrender, either pull over. The server detects which the situation is, by his wanted status.

[/su <id>] = You give someone a wanted level. The command opens a menu in which you select the desired wanted.

[/mdc <id>] = You see the infraction record of a person.

[/arrest <name/id>] = You arrest a player.

[/duty] = You allow access to PD commands.

[/wanted] = Shows up all the wanted suspects.

[/nearwanted] = Shows up the wanted suspects near you.

[/cuff <name/id>] = You cuff the suspect in the vehicle, or outside it while he has [/handsup].

[/tazer] = Mounts the electroshock/tazer on your pistol.

[/punish <id/name>] = Immobilizes a jailed player(also isolates him).I

[/backup] = It’s a help message sent to all department members.

[/cbackup] = Deletes the /backup message.

[/frisk <id/name>] = You see all the objects a player has.

[/confiscate <id/name> <object>] = You confiscate an object from a player. Requires rank 2.

[/confiscate <id/name> <licenta> <numar ore>] = You confiscate a license for a number of hours. Requires rank 1.

[/ticket <id/name>] = Ticketing a player. By typing this command, a menu opens in which you can select the desired ticket.

[/gov <text>] = You send a message that is visible for all the players. (Rank 5+)

[/ram] = You force-enter a house.

[/startradar <limit>] = You start the radar.

[/stopradar] = You stop the radar.

[/lawyer <id/nume> <sum of money>] = You sell a free permission to a lawyer. (Rank 3+)

[/acceptpoints] = You see how many accept points you have. You need 15 for a full acceptlaw. (Rank 3+)

[/fvrespawn] sau [/fvr] = You respawn all the faction vehicles. (Rank 5+)

[/fmotd] = Shows the faction message of the day. It can only be modified by the Leader or the Subleader.

[/members] = Shows all the online members.

 

 

 

XX. Training/Testers teams

 

20.1: Each rank 4+ will have an assigned team from the Training, Activity Reports and Testers team. A member can only have one assigned team at the same time.

20.2: Sanctions for the members who don’t respect their team attributions may vary from Faction Warn to Rank Down.

XXI. Skins per rank

 

21.1: You are bound to have a PD skin for your rank and team when you are on duty. A higher rank may use a lower ranked skin as long as it corresponds to its team. Whoever does not follow this rule gets Faction Warn.

XXIII. Details about the entrance test

 

23.1: The theoretical test will contain questions from the Internal Rules, General Department Rules, Wanted, Arrest, Ticket and Code List, Unwritten Rules and some Trap Questions. In the LV Police Department - Test Description topic you can find out extended information about the test.

 

23.2: In addition to the theoretical test you will give a take a practical test too. More specifically, you will go, having your tester as a passenger, and you will have to confiscate a license and give two tickets. Your tester will note you and decide if you'll pass. Emphasis will be placed on the explanation, the announcement of the place where the radar was placed, the summons (especially for beginners). The decision of the examiner will be taken after he / she receives the PM with the evidence made by the player. Evidence will also be received by the leader to validate the passing of the test. If the evidence is not good for a variety of reasons outlined in the test topic, the candidate will be dropped.

 

!!! Players who start their activity without having been declared "Invited" by the leader by awarding the rank 1 will be dismissed for the "Failed the tests" reason.

 

23.3: For testers, the following rules apply:

23.3.1: It's strictly forbidden for rank 4-6 (inclusive) members to change the candidate's status in rejected/accepted without the leader's consent. Modifying the candidate's status without the leader's consent is considered favoritism and you will be punished according the rules, with Faction Warn for the first time, Rank Down if you continue.

23.3.2: Before starting a test, make sure the candidate has his communication cut. Normally, after using [/ft] on a candidate, his communication ways get toggled. [/togcomms] stops or gives him access to outside communication.

23.3.3: In the case of recruitments where the candidates can take tests with any tester, a tester will not be allowed to take tests with a player from the same clan / alliance with him (sanction: RANK DOWN + Faction Warn). The exceptions are the leader, the subleaders and the eventual special situations that may appear, determined by the leading, in which we can tolerate such things, being applied on the spot depending on the case.

23.3.4: In the case of recruitments in which there is one or more testers assigned to one candidate, testers are not allowed to take any other tests except for the candidates they were given. Exceptions are the r6+, they will be able to take tests with any candidate anytime. Sanction: RANK DOWN + removal of the Tester function.
23.3.5: In the case in which the test was held in a wrong way, the tester gets a Faction Warn and the candidate has to retake the tests with another tester.
