Mohamed Salah has undergone tests to determine if he suffered concussion during the victory over Newcastle at the weekend. The Liverpool star is a doubt for the Champions League semi-final second leg against Barcelona on Tuesday, as the club awaits the results of the tests. Salah collided with Newcastle goalkeeper Martin Dubravka during the game and was stretchered off the pitch after receiving treatment. Dubravka revealed he thought Salah might have been unconscious for several seconds because he did not answer Fabian Schar when the Newcastle defender checked to see if he was okay. ‘I don’t know if he was out for five or six seconds. Fabian asked him if he was all right and he didn’t answer him, so in that moment we were a little bit scared if he was OK,’ said Dubravka.
