Windows 7 Backround changes to white color fix ?

Problem(Give us as many details as you can, not just "look at the screenshot/video):Hello Everytime i open SAMP my windows color changes to white and when i close game it is going back to normal anyone knows how to fix this cause it is really annoying?

Since when are you having the issue ?: Since i started to play SAMP.
Operating System ?:  Windows 7
