În acest topic, conducerea facțiunii News Reporters vă oferă toate informațiile de care aveți nevoie pentru a fi un reporter de succes și câteva chestii de bază!

 

Pentru a avea o șansă în facțiunea News Reporters, trebuie să respectați criteriile de mai jos:

• Să nu aveți greșeli gramaticale în aplicație și să aveți o exprimare buna.
• Să respectați regula virgulei (cuvânt, cuvânt), se accepta maxim 8-10 greșeli de acest fel.
• Să nu aveți sancțiuni recente primite de la admini în ultimele 2 luni.

Greșeli frecvente și sfaturi despre cum le puteți evita:

• Pentru a evita sancționarea voastră din cauza neatenției, vă sfătuiesc să ieșiți de la datorie folosind comanda [/duty] când nu vă faceți raportul, iar când vreți să dați vreun [/news], vă puneți la datorie și după ce l-ați dat, îl scoateți. Așa veți fi lipsiți de sancțiuni.
• Când sunteți într-o sesiune de anunțuri gratuite, scrieți prima dată anunțul primit în [/sms] și pe urma scrieți [/news] la început că să vă apară pe chatul global. Astfel veți fi feriți de reclamații pe website și de sancțiuni.
• Când sunteți puși să dați start și stop la o sesiune de anunțuri gratuite verificați dacă formula pe care ați scris-o este cea corespunzătoare înainte să o puneți pe [/news].
• Când sunteți într-o sesiune de anunțuri gratuite, vă recomand să fiți feriți de locuri aglomerate precum CNN LS sau Paintball LS, că să nu aveți spam pe chat.
• Când vreți să dați intrați în emisie, să fiți mereu ieșiți de la datorie folosind comanda [/duty].

Că să fii un membru de succes al facțiunii News Reporters, trebuie să te conformezi standardelor noastre și să cunoști foarte bine regulamentul intern al facțiunii. Mai jos vor fi prezentate întrebuințările fiecărui rank din facțiune:

• Intern (1) & Local Reporter (2): Este în perioada de acomodare și de cunoaștere. Trebuie sî își facă întregul raport cu seriozitate și să tot recitească regulamentul intern.
• Local Editor (3): Trebuie să îi ajute pe noii intrați și să se implice cât mai mult. Trebuie să întrebe orice rank 5+ în caz că nu se descurca la interviurile de la [/raport].
• Network Anchor (4) & Network Editor (5): Știe regulamentul foarte bine și știe să își ajute colegii de rank mai mic. Este un model pentru cei cu experiență mai puțină.
• Network Producer (6): Ajută toți membrii. Are obligația de a fi activ atât pe joc cât și pe forum și de a se implica în facțiune.

Sfaturi utile pentru orice membru al facțiunii News Reporters:

• Trebuie să verifice forumul des, în special topicurile care reprezintă servicii oferite de facțiunea News Reporters pentru jucătorii serverului.
• Trebuie să cunoască foarte bine regulamentul intern al facțiunii News Reporters, pentru a evita orice sancțiune.
• Trebuie să aibă un comportament adecvat, orice membru vă fi ajutat de fiecare data când întâmpină probleme în legătură cu facțiunea.

 

In this topic, the News Reporters faction's leadership gives you all the information you need to be a successful reporter and some basics!

 

In order to join the News Reporters faction, you must meet the requirements from below:

• Have no grammatical mistakes in the application and have good expression.
• Respect the comma rule (word, word), a maximum of 8-10 mistakes of this kind are accepted.

• When you are in a free announcements session, first write the announcement you received in [/sms] and then write [/news] at the beginning to have it appear in your global chat. This way you will be protected from complaints on the website and sanctions.
• When you are asked to start and stop a free announcements session, check that the formula you wrote is correct before you put it on [/news].
• When you're in a free announcements session, I recommend staying away from crowded places like CNN LS or Paintball LS to avoid spamming your chat.
• When you want to broadcast, always be out of duty by using the [/duty] command.

To be a successful member of the News Reporters faction, you must conform to our standards and know the internal rules of the faction very well. Below will be presented the uses of each rank in the faction:

• Intern (1) & Local Reporter (2): It is a settling in and familiarization period. He must do his entire report seriously and keep re-reading the internal regulations.
• Local Editor (3): He must help new entrants and get involved as much as possible. Also, he must ask any rank 5+ in case he doesn't do well at the interviews from [/raport].
• Network Anchor (4) & Network Editor (5): He knows the rules very well and knows how to help his lower rank colleagues. He is a model for those with less experience.
• Network Producer (6): He must help all members. He has the obligation to be active both in the game and on the forum and to be involved in the faction.

Useful tips for any member of the News Reporters faction:

• They must check the forum often, especially the threads that represent services offered by the News Reporters faction to the players of the server.
• They must must know the internal rules of the News Reporters faction very well in order to avoid any sanction.
• They must have proper behavior, any member will help you every time they encounter problems related to the faction.

Common mistakes and tips on how to avoid them:

⇝ In order to avoid your sanction due to the negligence, I advise you to give duty off when you do not report, and when you want to give any news, you are on duty and after you have given it. This way you will be deprived of FWs for the reason "bad news".

⇝ When you are in a free ads session, first write the announcement received in SMS and then write [/news] at the beginning to appear on the global chat. This way you will be away from complaints on the website and FWs.

⇝ When you are in a free ads session, I recommend you to stay away from crowded places (CNN LS, PaintBall, etc.) so you don't have to spam chat.

⇝ When you want to give a live (interview, broadcast, contest), always have a duty off.

⇝ When you are set to start and stop (s+s) at a session of free announcements, check that the formula you have written is the appropriate one and before putting on [/news] put a ''.'' in normal chat.

 

The attributions of each member according to their rank:

⇝ He has enough experience and can be called a qualified reporter.

⇝ Can organize activities within the faction.

⇝ Can handle topics in the forum (rank 5).

⇝ It is a model for those with less experience.

⇝ Has the obligation to be active and to give tests with candidates (if he holds the position of tester).

⇝ Must listen to sub-leaders and leader.

 

 

Rank 6: Network Producer

⇝ It is the right hand of the leader.

⇝ Helps all members in such a way that they are not sanctioned.

⇝ Has the obligation to be active both on the game and in the forum and to be involved in the faction.

⇝ You must come with proposals to the leader and tell him everything that is not right.
