In acest topic se va posta evidența membrilor în ceea ce privește orele reale.

Evidența se poate realiza doar de către lider, dar poate fi postată și de către sublider sau un membru de rank 5.

Membrii facțiunii vor trebui să aibă la sfârșitul lunii minimum 15h REALE jucate (pe /goldaward).


Membrii ce nu acumuleaza 15 ore reale lunare vor fi considerati inactivi si sanctionati(conform regulamentului).Pentru a nu se ajunge in situatii de genul: X a avut prima abatere in 2020 si a doua abatere in 2022, rezultand in rank down, abaterile de acum se reseteaza mereu la 6 luni de la ultima sanctiune acordata pentru lipsa orelor.

Ca un exemplu: Daca X a primit prima sanctiune pentru ore jucate in 1 ianuarie 2022, adica un FW fiind prima abatere, si pana in luna august nu mai are nicio abatere iar atunci va trebui sa primeasca inca o sanctiune ca nu are 15 ore reale, acesta va primi din nou un FW fiind prima abatere deoarece s-au resetat, 6 luni de la 1 ianuarie considerandu-se 1 iulie 2022.
 

Sancțiuni:

 Sub 15h reale: Faction Warn la prima abatere,  Rank Down la a doua, Demitere la a treia.

Sub 8h reale: Demitere

Ca un membru sa fie sanctionat, acesta trebuie sa aiba minim 30 de zile în factiune.

In this topic the monthly statistic with all member's real (goldaward) hours will be posted.

The statistic can only be made by the leader but can be posted by any subleader or assigned Rank 5 member.

The faction's members are required to have 15 REAL hours (on /goldaward) by the end of the month.


Members who don't have 15 monthly real hours played will be considered inactive and will be punished according to the rules. To avoid situations like the following: X was first punished in 2020 and then again in 2022, meaning Rank Down this time, the punishments will now be reset every 6 months from the last punishment for low activity.

As an example: If X received his first punishment for low activity on 1 January 2022, meaning a Faction Warn, and then until August he didn't have to be punished again for this, if it happens again after this point, then the punishment will be a Faction Warn again, because there were 6 months since the last punishment for low activity.

Punishments:

Under 15h: Faction Warn the first time, Rank Down the second time, Uninvite the third time.
Under 8h: You'll be kicked out with 3/3 FW. 

For a member to be sanctioned, he must have at least 30 days in the faction.
