[REZOLVAT]Clan Shamal - Unable to despawn

• Description of the bug: the clan [F4L] has a shamal which cannot be despawn using /cvs. I tried to wait for 15 minutes for it but time keeps increasing in negative value, We also tried using /park at other place and other methods tow, debug etc but it's not fixing.
