Description of the bug: When I have to click the Left mouse button to go in the car direction , its not working  but when I click the right button it works . this happen to me about 4 times today . See the video .

Check your settings and make sure FIRE is set to LMB (left mouse button).

Do what Kelton said, you have the LMB keybinded in other place than Fire button.
