A fost adaugata o noua regula in regulamentul general al factiunilor legata de comentariile intr-o reclamatie, va rog sa luati la cunostinta si sa aveti grija. Aceasta sunt:

 

Comentariile aiurea în reclamație sau instigarea la ceartă, fără a aduce dovezi valide pentru problema reclamată și fără a fi implicați în acțiunile care au dus la problema reclamată, va fi sancționată astfel:

- pentru martorii adăugați de RECLAMANT cât și pentru acesta (cel care deschide reclamația): reclamația va fi ignorată, fără dreptul de-a mai reface reclamația.

- pentru martorii adăugați de RECLAMAT cât și pentru acesta (membrul facțiunii care este reclamat): va fi sancționat cu Avertisment Verbal pentru lucruri minore sau Faction Warn pentru lucruri mai serioase, pe lângă sancțiunea pe care trebuie s-o primească pentru reclamație dacă a fost vinovat cu ceva.

Lucruri minore: miștouri ușoare, linkuri cu melodii soft, glume ușoare, ironii, etc.

Lucruri mai serioase: bătaie de joc, jigniri, linkuri cu melodii jignitoare/vulgare, etc.

A new rule has been added in the general rules of the factions related to the comments in a complaint, please take note and be careful. These are:

 

Nonsensical comments in the complaint or instigation of the quarrel, without bringing valid evidence for the complained issue and without being involved in the actions that led to the complained issue, will be sanctioned as follows:

- for the witnesses added by the CLAIMANT as well as for him (the one who opens the complaint): the complaint will be ignored, without the right to redo the complaint.

- for the witnesses added by the CLAIMANT as well as for him (the member of the faction that is being complained about): he will be sanctioned with a Verbal Warning for minor things or a Faction Warn for more serious things, in addition to the sanction he must receive for the complaint if he was guilty of something.

Minor things: light jokes, links to soft songs, light jokes, ironies, etc.

More serious stuff: banter, insults, links to offensive/vulgar songs, etc.

Activitățile obligatorii pot să fie organizate de către lider cu un motiv bine întemeiat și cu aprobarea unui Admin Senior. Având în vedere că o sa fie destul de rare, toți membrii trebuie să se prezinte și nu au dreptul la învoire, cu excepția jucătorilor care au cerere de inactvitate pentru săptămâna respectivă. O activitate obligatorie este validă cât timp este anunțată cu minim o săptămână înainte. (sancțiune: Faction Warn). Regula intră în vigoare pe data de 01.05.2023.

Am decis ca in fiecare luna sa organizez cate o activitate speciala, sau mai bine zis cate un eveniment de proportii mari.

Pentru luna iulie, v-am pregatit: Obiectiv Raport 0/4000. Aceasta activitate revine de pe RPG2, insa de data aceasta cu premii mai bune!

 

In saptamana 17.07.2023 - 23.07.2023, membrii factiunii News Reporters vor trebui sa stranga in total 4000 de puncte la raport, acesta fiind Obiectivul Raport.

Daca se va atinge acest numar de puncte la raport, reporterii vor primi premii in functie de cat de mult au contribuit la terminarea obiectivului, iar astfel:

 

Membrii care vor avea peste 300 de puncte la raport vor primi fiecare $200.000 & Raport Optional pentru saptamana urmatoare.

Membrii care vor avea intre 150 si 300 de puncte la raport vor primi fiecare $100.000 & Raport Injumatatit pentru saptamana urmatoare.

Membrii care vor avea sub 150 de puncte la raport nu vor primi nimic, insa punctele stranse de acestia vor fi luate in calcul pentru completarea Obiectiv Raport.

*Nota: Pentru ca aceste premii sa fie revendicate, Obiectivul Raport trebuie sa fie 4000/4000, altfel nimeni nu va primi vreun premiu.

I decided that every month I will organize a special activity, or rather an event of large proportions.

For the month of July, we have prepared for you: Objective Report 0/4000. This activity returns from RPG2, but this time with better prizes!

 

In the week 17.07.2023 - 23.07.2023, the members of the News Reporters faction will have to collect a total of 4000 points for the report, this being the Objective Report.

If this number of report points is reached, reporters will receive prizes based on how much they contributed to the completion of the objective, and thus:

 

Members who will hit over 300 points on the report will each receive $200.000 & Optional Report for the following week.

Members who will have between 150 and 300 report points will each receive $100.000 & Halved Report for the following week.

Members who will have less than 150 points in the report will not receive anything, but the points obtained from this will be taken into account to complete the Objective Report.

*Note: For these prizes to be claimed, the Objective Report must be 4000/4000, otherwise no one will receive any prize.

Bună ziua tuturor! Am decis ca în fiecare luna să organizez cate o activitate speciala, sau mai bine zis câte un eveniment de proporții mari.

Pentru luna august, v-am pregătit: Obiectiv Raport 0/3500. Această activitate revine de pe RPG2, însă de data aceasta cu premii mai bune!

 

În săptămână 14.08.2023 - 20.08.2023, membrii facțiunii News Reporters vor trebui să strângă în total 3500 de puncte la raport, acesta fiind Obiectivul Raport.

Daca se va atinge acest număr de puncte la raport, reporterii vor primi premii în funcție de cât de mult au contribuit la terminarea obiectivului, astfel:

• Membrii care vor avea peste 300 de puncte la raport vor primi fiecare $250.000 & Raport Opțional pentru săptămână următoare.
• Membrii care vor avea intre 150 și 300 de puncte la raport vor primi fiecare $150.000 & Raport Înjumătățit pentru săptămână următoare.
• Membrii care vor avea sub 150 de puncte la raport nu vor primi nimic, însă punctele strânse de aceștia vor fi luate în calcul pentru completarea Obiectiv Raport.

Bună seara tuturor! Având în vedere că exista în facțiuni jucători cu o vechime foarte mare, care și-au dovedit de-a lungul timpului contribuția și valoarea față de facțiunea din care fac parte, ne-am gândit că ar merita să primească un beneficiu suplimentar dat fiind faptul că este foarte greu să reușești să te păstrezi constant cu activitatea pe care o ai pentru o perioada foarte îndelungată. Acestea fiind spuse, a fost adăugată următoarea regulă:

• Jucătorii cu o vechime minimă de un an de zile în facțiunea News Reporters, care au dat dovadă de seriozitate și implicare, beneficiază la cererea lor de a fi excluși de la cerința de acumulare a orelor reale jucate dintr-o anumită lună. Aceștia vor fi menționați ca scutiți atunci când se postează evidența.
• Acest beneficiu poate fi folosit o singură dată pe an și vă va scuti doar de necesitatea orelor jucate, nu și efectuarea rapoartelor de activitate din respectiva lună. Acestea trebuie să le faceți în continuare sau să optați pentru o cerere de inactivitate pentru perioada permisă și să folosiți rapoarte opționale dacă aveți pentru perioada rămasă.

Good evening everyone! Considering that there are long-standing players within factions who have consistently demonstrated their contribution and value to the faction they belong to over time, we have thought that they deserve an additional benefit, given how challenging it is to maintain consistent activity over an extended period. That being said, the following rule has been added:

• Players with a minimum time of one year within the News Reporters faction, who have shown seriousness and commitment, can, upon their request, be exempted from the requirement of accumulating real hours played in a specific month. They will be mentioned as exempted when the evidence is posted.
• This benefit can be used only once a year and will exempt you solely from the need for the played hours, not from completing activity reports for that month. You must continue to complete those as usual or choose to request inactivity for the permissible period and use optional reports if you have any remaining period.

• Dovezile trebuie de preferat făcute fără page-up, pentru a se putea interpreta cât mai corect situația.
• În funcție de caz, aceste dovezi pot să fie luate în considerare, dar există și riscul să fie ignorate dacă sunt neclare.

Bună ziua tuturor! Am decis că în fiecare lună să organizez câte o activitate specială, sau mai bine zis câte un eveniment de proporții mari.

Pentru luna septembrie, v-am pregătit: 7 Things. Această activitate este inspirată după questul activ pe server în acest moment.

 

Această activitate se va desfășura în săptămână 18.09.2023 - 24.09.2023 în topicul "News Reporters - Misiunea săptămânii / Mission of the week" iar în fiecare zi din săptămâna menționată se va posta în acel topic câte un task care poate fi completat de toți membrii facțiunii News Reporters. Dacă omiteți completarea unui task, pierdeți întreg progresul.

• În ziua de 18.09.2023 trebuie să completați 3 curse la Jobul Camionagiu. 
• În ziua de 19.09.2023 trebuie să ajungeți la Tier 2, adică să jucați măcar două ore reale în ziua respectivă.
• În ziua de 20.09.2023 trebuie să vindeți 15 ziare jucătorilor de pe server.
• În ziua de 21.09.2023 trebuie să organizați un eveniment cu titlul "News Reporters" iar premiul trebuie să depășească suma de $10,000.
• În ziua de 22.09.2023 trebuie să vindeți 5 pești la Jobul Pescar. 
• În ziua de 23.09.2023 trebuie să realizați poze cu camera-foto la 3 headquarters de facțiuni, altele decât facțiunea News Reporters. 
• În ziua de 24.09.2023 trebuie să mergeți cu un Taxi la HQ-ul facțiunii Sons of Anarchy și să umpleți rezervorul unui News Van la o benzinărie. 

Evidența fiecărui task va fi postată în topicul menționat mai sus, alături de dovezile necesare. Pentru luna octombrie, v-am pregătit un nou Battle-Pass în cadrul facțiunii News Reporters. Această activitate revine de pe RPG2, însă de data aceasta cu premii mai bune!

 

Pentru a vă putea înscrie la acest Battle-Pass va trebui să plătiți suma de $200.000, bani pe care îi veți adaugă în seiful facțiunii News Reporters prin comanda [/fdeposit].

Acest Battle-Pass va fi activ începând cu data de 02.10.2023, iar acesta se vă încheia în data de 29.10.2023. Acest Battle-Pass va decurge în felul următor:

• În săptămâna 02.10.2023 - 08.10.2023, cei care s-au înscris în Battle-Pass și vor face 150 de puncte la raport vor putea da claim la 40 Respect Points.
• În săptămâna 09.10.2023 - 15.10.2023, cei care s-au înscris în Battle-Pass și vor face 300 de puncte la raport vor putea da claim unui [/crates] la alegere.
• În săptămâna 16.10.2023 - 22.10.2023, cei care s-au înscris în Battle-Pass și vor face 450 de puncte la raport vor putea da claim la un Level-UP.
• În săptămâna 23.10.2023 - 29.10.2023, primul membru care s-a înscris în Battle-Pass și va face 600 de puncte la raport va putea da claim la un Buffalo.

 

Membrii care plătesc suma de $200.000 și fac de exemplu 150 de puncte la raport în prima săptămână, iar în a doua săptămână nu fac 300 de puncte, vor fi descalificați din Battle-Pass, dar aceștia tot vor primi premiul pentru cele 150 de puncte făcute. Astfel, puteți renunța când doriți la progresul din Battle-Pass!

*Notă: Aveți timp să depozitați suma de $200.000 în seiful facțiunii până în data de 01.10.2023, ora 23:59. Mult succes tuturor!

In order to be able to pay you this Battle-Pass you will have to pay the amount of $200,000, money that you will add to the News Reporters faction safe via the [/fdeposit] command. This Battle-Pass will be actively implemented on 02.10.2023, and it will end on 29.10.2023. This Battle-Pass will proceed as following:

• During the week 02.10.2023 - 08.10.2023, those who have registered in the Battle-Pass and will make 150 points on the report will be able to claim 40 Respect Points.
• During the week 09.10.2023 - 15.10.2023, those who signed up for the Battle-Pass and will make 300 points on the report will be able to claim a [/crates] of choice.
• During the week 16.10.2023 - 22.10.2023, those who have registered in the Battle-Pass and will make 450 points on the report will be able to claim a Level-UP.

Salutare! Începând din luna decembrie, primii trei cei mai activi reporteri la capitolul ore [/goldaward] jucate vor fi premiați în funcție de locul ocupat, cu următoarele premii:

• Locul 1 primește suma de $500.000 și un Raport Opțional în prima săptămână din luna următoare.
• Locul 2 primește suma de $300.000 și un Raport Opțional în prima săptămână din luna următoare.
• Locul 3 primește suma de $150.000 și un Raport Înjumătățit în prima săptămână din luna următoare.

Țin să menționez faptul că îmi rezerv dreptul de a nu oferi premiul acesta unui reporter care se clasează pe unul dintre cele trei locuri, însă a fost sancționat de Admini pentru că a folosit moduri ilegale prin care se pot frauda orele [/goldaward] jucate în luna respectivă, moduri precum route recording, autoclicker sau cruise control.
