Va aduc la cunostinta ca au fost cateva modificari aduse la corectarea misiunii saptamanale si a fost adaugat un ghid pentru corectarea si efectuarea unei activitati namecover corecte. (AICI)

Aveti voie sa postati doar o singura data intr-o misiune, dacă editaţi postarea, se va lua timpul în care aţi editat, pentru a fi corect în alegerea castigătorilor în funcţie de cine a postat/editat primul, în caz că sarcinile sunt făcute corespunzător.

In regulamentele generale ale factiunilor a fost adaugata regula de mai jos:

Orice politist reclamat pentru incalcarea regulilor de circulatie va plati o amenda care va fi specificata pe forum, in topicul de Sanctiuni, in care gasiti aceasta problema mai detaliata. In cazul in care acesta nu o achita in 48h, primeste Faction Warn.

 

 

 

In the general rules of the factions, the following rule has been added:

Any police officer complained about for violating traffic rules will pay a fine that will be specified on the forum, in the Sanctions topic, where you can find this problem in more detail. If he does not pay it within 48 hours, he receives a Faction Warn.

Sistemul de raport a fost modificat cu următoarele bonusuri! Mai jos sunt cele mai importante informații, iar pentru detalii complete, verificați link-ul (update-ul 8.5 din data de 28.02.25) : update raport de activitate.

• Se aplică doar dacă jucătorul poate fi promovat la Rank 2-5 și/sau are cel puțin un Faction Warn activ.
• Bonusurile se cumulează săptămânal și sunt calculate în funcție de data ultimei promovări/retrogradări sau a primului FW activ.
• Membrii departamentelor trebuie să completeze 2 rapoarte de activitate (un raport standard + un raport bonus) pentru a primi:
  ✅ Bonus: $100.000 + reducerea timpului cu 3 zile pentru Rank UP și/sau FW Clear manual.

The report system has been modified with the following bonuses! Below are the most important details, and for full information, check the link (Update 8.5 from 28.02.25) : activity report update.

A fost actualizată regula 6.2.3 din regulamentul general al departamentelor. Noua formulare este următoarea:

 

6.2.3: Va este permis sa folositi aeronavele (sa va deplasati cu ele sau sa trageti cu ele) din National Guard (Hydra, Hunter, Rustler) pentru suspectii aerieni sau suspectii fara drept de predare care se afla pe o cladire cu spatiu redus, accesibila doar cu parasuta, exemplu: turnurile inalte din LS si SF, balcoanele inalte de la apartamentele de langa Dealership, farul din LS.

 

📢Announcement – Update to the General Department Regulations

The 6.2.3 rule from the general department regulations has been updated. The new wording is as follows:

 

6.2.3: You are allowed to use aircraft (to move with them or shoot from them) from the National Guard (Hydra, Hunter, Rustler) for airborne suspects or suspects without the right to surrender who are located on buildings with limited space, accessible only by parachute. A fost actualizată regula 8.10 din regulamentul intern. Noua formulare este următoarea:
 

8.10 Ca membru FBI aveți dreptul să dețineți maximum 50 de grame de droguri și doar pe perioada desfășurării raportului namecover. Drogurile pot fi folosite doar când vă aflați într-o misiune namecover, ca civil (exemplu: pentru câștigarea încrederii suspectului). Când terminați misiunea, drogurile trebuie depozitate în seiful facțiunii, seiful propriu sau aruncate. Sancțiune: Faction Warn.

Internal Regulation Update, namecover Section

Rule 8.10 has been updated in the internal regulations. The new wording is as follows:

 

8.10 As an FBI member, you are allowed to possess a maximum of 50 grams of drugs, and only during the namecover report period. Drugs may only be used while on a namecover mission, acting as a civilian (e.g., to gain the suspect's trust). Once the mission is completed, the drugs must be stored in the faction's safe, your personal safe, or disposed of. Sanction: Faction Warn.

📢 Anunț important – Mandat de percheziție

În urma voturilor, mandatul de percheziție va avea loc astăzi, 4.08.2025, la ora 17:30.

🕠 Ne întâlnim cu toții la 17:30, în parcarea HQ-ului nostru.
Vă rugăm să fiți prezenți cu câteva minute mai devreme pentru organizare.

🔹 Structura activității:

• Vom forma 3 echipe, fiecare coordonată de un lider desemnat, responsabil de un oraș.

• Intervalul 17:30 – 17:57 este dedicat perchezițiilor asupra mafioților și confiscării drogurilor (comandă: /frisk).

⚠️ Atenție: Membrii de rank 1 NU vor intra în HQ-urile mafiei!
Ei vor rămâne în afara clădirilor, cu mașinile pregătite, pentru:

• A aresta jucătorii cu wanted, dacă este cazul;

• A interveni în caz de DM sau alte incidente.

Please arrive a few minutes earlier so we can organize properly.

🔹 Activity structure:

• We will split into 3 teams, each led by a coordinator responsible for a specific city.

• The search and drug confiscation period will be from 17:30 to 17:57 (using the /frisk command).

⚠️ Attention: Rank 1 members are NOT allowed to enter mafia HQs!
They will stay outside with their vehicles, ready to:

• Arrest players with wanted levels, if needed;

• Assist in case of DM or other incidents.

📢 Anunț important

Începând de azi, puteți face acțiuni namecover și controale de rutină pentru căutarea jucătorilor care dețin bombe (ATM), nu doar pentru droguri.
Se aplică aceleași reguli și proceduri ca la acțiunile pentru droguri.

Atenție:
- Când găsiți un jucător cu bombe pentru ATM, îi acordați wanted pentru „Use/Possession of Bombs/Drugs” și confiscați obiectele conform procedurii.

- Dacă un jucător este găsit cu atât droguri, cât și bombe, îi acordați wanted o singură dată (nu se cumulează).

În cazul raportului namecover, puteți folosi oricare dintre aceste acțiuni pentru ca raportul să fie valid — fie prindeți un jucător cu droguri, fie unul cu bombe.
     Noul model de cerere pentru namecover:
<id>, <nume>, nu am arme / armură / spray, caut droguri / bombe ATM

Starting today, you are allowed to perform namecover actions and routine checks to search for players who possess bombs (ATM), not only drugs.
The same rules and procedures apply as for drug-related actions.

Attention:
- When you find a player with ATM bombs, you must give them a wanted level for “Use/Possession of Bombs/Drugs” and confiscate the items following the standard procedure.
- If a player is found with both drugs and bombs, you give the wanted only once (do not stack the charges).

For the namecover report, you can perform either type of action for it to be valid — you can catch a player with drugs or one with bombs.

     New namecover request format:
/r id, name, no weapons / armor / spray, searching for drugs / ATM bombs

Se va anunta pe [/d] atunci cand intentionati sa folositi comanda [/fvr] si se va astepta 10 secunde inainte de folosire. Nerespectarea acestui lucru va fi sanctionata conform rubricii Amenzi din regulamentul intern.


You must announce in [/d] when you intend to use the [/fvr] command, and wait 10 seconds before using it.
Failure to comply will be sanctioned according to the Fines section of the internal regulations.

4.7.1 Se va sustine si test practic in cazul in care se considera necesar, testerul fiind obligat sa detina dovada video timp de 3 zile, pe care o va pune la dispozitia liderului sau adminilor seniori la cererea acestora. Totusi, in cazul in care jucatorul doreste sa raporteze proba practica, trebuie sa aiba el singur dovezi.


 

4.7.1 A practical test will be conducted if deemed necessary, with the tester being required to maintain video evidence for 3 days, which they must make available to the leader or senior admins upon request. However, if the player wishes to report the practical test, they must have their own evidence.
