- double post - delete please

Întrebarea / Nelămurirea: Hi, anything that I want to text entry doesn't let me change the color of. Is this because I don't have a certain amount of posts or what? I can't change the color of anything, the color icon never appears on the toolbar.

It might be due the number of posts. I don't know exactly. Or maybe due the sign up date.
