Description of the bug: There is a problem with time that it is 1 hour behind the server script. You can better understand in video.

Yes, there is the possibility to be a little discrepancy between the two displays. The time itself comes from the same place, just the display may be an hour or two off. That's because the SAMP script doesn't have a predefined function to turn it into human readable display, while the website has. It may come from the fact that it went from the winter time to summer time, or it can be something else. The idea is that it doesn't affect anything, as the calculations are made using the unix time (time in seconds).
