Bug - Rob and Less rob points skin bonus

Description of the bug: when we have skin with [x less rob points needed for rob] it means it should start solo rob with 11 rob points (15 - 4 = 11). In video I have 14 rob points but still I cannot start solo rob. Maybe same bug also happens with group rob.

This is how the system was intentionally made, overall when you're done(not before you do it) with the rob, the rob will cost the initial rob amount minus the bonus amount. 

Not a bug.
