Din moment ce raman low hp, sunt la war, iau pastila de hp, hp-ul meu nu creste, in sensul ca creste normal, ca si cum nu ar avea bonus.  

  Bug ce si azi l-am intampinat

Formula: 

health = health + 25.0 + (25.0 * 20 / 100.0);

Basically, considering you were 1 HP

1 + 25 + 5 = 31 hp

I don't see any difference, therefore there is no bug here. Your skin works well.
