Wanted player Vehicle Explode

Description of the bug: In many cases when I shoot a wanted player vehicle ( Car or Shamal/maverick )  with a gun or hunter/hydra and the  vehicle explode , I dont get the point and the  player respawn in his house or go to jail  Even when I m so close to the suspect . This is just an example but this case was repeated many times for me and for ot her cops
