Some problems arised because of event types. I got a confirmation about it and now I tell this to you: Any event which involves weapons is a violent event. It doesn't matter if you are organizer and use guns to control the event, or the event requires usage of weapons (for example, last man standing). Non-violent events are trivia, simon says, first at me, first with /w, ...

As I suggested, the modification about activity report has been approved by administration and the leader. The core of the modification is that rank 1 members will have less work to do for activity report, as they can only give fishing, sailing and flying license. But to decrease required work for rank 1 members, we had to allocate that work to higher ranked members. In the last activity report, all rank 3 members gave more licenses than required for activity report, so I think they will not notice this modification at all. Required amount of given licenses has been modified like written in this model: Rank 1 = At least 15 licenses SOLD. Rank 2 = At least 25 licenses SOLD. Rank 3 = At least 20 licenses SOLD. Rank 4 = At least 15 licenses SOLD. Rank 5 & 6 don't have to do activity reports but may post at their own will to gain points (this will get rank 5 more chances to receive sub-leader status if they are still doing their activity report).

• Nick: Zanko • Rank: Under Boss • Time as a member: 1 week • Suggestion(s): I would suggest a modification of the required licenses sold for activity report, regarding to member's ranks. Rank 1 can give fishing, sailing and flying license, but the problem is that most players want weapon license. Rank 1 members sometimes find it difficult to complete activity report. I suggest a modification similar to this model: - Rank 1: 10 licenses sold. - Rank 2: 20 licenses sold. - Rank 3: 15 licenses sold. - Rank 4: 10 licenses sold. Rank 1 are new members, they shouldn't have the most work on their shoulders. Higher ranks easier make their activity report, as they can give all licenses and have been in faction for longer time. Rank 2 would have more licenses to sell, because he can give all licenses, and has to proove that he deserves Rank 3. • Other specifications: Model is just an example. The main part of the suggestion is that Rank 1 members would have less work, because its much harder for them than for higher ranked members. I don't see any reason why would Rank 1 have to do more than higher ranks, but I wrote the reason why they wouldn't.
