Nick: DareMe Rank: 1 Time as a member: Suggestion(s): Dear Theo, There is just a small suggestion. I want the seniors to be more co-operative with the junior staff in order to help them in doing their duty in a better way without mistakes. So the junior staff can avoid FW's. I have experienced that if I ask someone about something related to my duty they usually don't want to help and don't bother. In order to assure this, you can give some kind of benefit to the members upon helping a junior with something so that the junior can learn easily and more fast and this faction can have almost none FW's in it. The benefit can be anything from cash or on time rank up or anything like that. Not every R1 needs help but I think people who join a PD first time needs practical help. Because the internal rules are sometimes not that much explaining or clear about a specific thing. Other specifications: I know it's not totally necessary but I think it will help the faction go strong in future.
