REGULAMENT

Prin înregistrarea unui cont în cadrul forumului vă dați acordul că ați citit și acceptat acest regulament cât și politica de confidențialitate.

Limbile oficiale acceptate pe forum sunt Româna și Engleza. Oferim puțină libertate în folosirea altor limbi în locuri restrânse cu mențiunea ca acestea să poată fi înțelese și de către staff și să respecte regulile generale.

Exploatarea diferitelor vulnerabilități în cadrul forumului va fi drastic sancționată.

1. Conturi:

• Numele conturilor trebuie să fie pe cât posibil inteligibil și să nu conțină cuvinte vulgare, jignitoare, reclamă, etc. indiferent în ce limbă ar fi scrise acestea (sancțiune: rename/warn/suspend).
  • Acestea pot fi modificate gratuit de la setările contului de cel mult 2 ori în decursul a 30 de zile pentru utilizatorii normali. Alte modificări pot fi făcute contra cost de pe shop.b-zone.ro.
• Avatarele folosite nu trebuie să conțină poze personale cu alți utilizatori ai forumului fără acordul acestora, material obscen, nud, jignitor, reclamă etc. (sancțiune: ștergere avatar/warn/suspend).
• Semnăturile nu trebuie să fie exagerat de lungi. Se aplică aceleași reguli de conținut ca și în cazul avatarelor (sancțiune: ștergere semnătură/warn/suspend).
• Diferitele informații care țin de cont precum Contact Methods, Profile Information, Previous Fields, About Me, Cover Photo, etc. nu trebuie să conțină cuvinte/imagini vulgare, jignitoare, nud, reclamă, etc. indiferent în ce limbă ar fi scrise acestea (sancțiune: ștergere/warn/suspend).
• Adresa de email cu care vă înregistrați contul este vizibilă doar staffului superior al forumului. În cazul pierderii parolei contului aceasta poate fi recuperată numai prin intermediul adresei de email de pe cont, folosind https://forum.b-zone.ro/lostpassword/. În cazul pierderii accesului la emailul contului, contul de forum nu mai poate fi recuperat.

2. Caracteristici:

• Creșterea abuzivă a unor caracteristici care țin de cont precum numărul de posturi, reputația, numărul de profile views, achievmenturile (badge-uri) este strict interzisă (sancțiune: scădere/resetare/warn/suspend).

3. Conținutul:

• Anumite secțiuni ale forumului au reguli specifice, așadar asigurați-vă că citiți și respectați inclusiv regulile secțiunii în care doriți să postați pe lângă acest regulament general.
• Păstrați o atitudine respectuoasă față de ceilalți utilizatori, staff și față de comunitate. Este interzisă postarea de poze personale cu alți utilizatori ai forumului fără acordul acestora, amenințări grave, șantaj, material vulgar, jignitor, care provoacă la ceartă, nud, reclamă, hărțuire, atac la persoană, etc. (sancțiune: ștergere postare/warn/suspend).
  • Aceste reguli se aplică inclusiv în cazul postării unui conținut extern (ex: linkuri către alte site-uri).
  • Se interzice inclusiv postarea de informații personale despre un alt utilizator fără aprobarea acestuia.
• Dublu postul, vânătoarea de posturi, postarea în topicuri vechi, posturile inutile și spamul sunt interzise (sancțiune: ștergere postare/warn/suspend).
• În cazul mesajelor private vom acorda sancțiuni doar pentru material vulgar, porno, reclamă, afaceri ilegale sau alte lucruri grave (sancțiune: warn/suspend).
  • Pentru orice altceva sunteți rugați să folosiți opțiunea de Ignore a forumului.
• Publicarea oricărui tip de conținut care face referire la piraterie sau afaceri ilegale (vânzare/schimb bunuri/conturi samp, afaceri cu gradul de donator) este interzisă (sancțiune: ștergere postare/warn/suspend).
• Publicarea de moduri, modpack-uri, etc. este permisă doar în secțiunea oficială https://forum.b-zone.ro/moduri (sancțiune: ștergere postare/warn/suspend).

4. Sancțiunile:

• Sancțiunile de tip suspend sunt de două tipuri și pot fi acordate pe-o durată limitată sau permanentă în funcție de gravitate:
  • suspend de la postarea de conținut pe forum, utilizatorul va putea folosi în continuare forumul dar nu va putea posta conținut nou până la expirarea sancțiunii.
  • suspend de la utilizarea forumului, utilizatorul nu va putea utiliza forumul până la expirarea sancțiunii.
• Sancțiunile de tip warn au o valabilitate permanentă, așadar nu expiră.
  • Punctele de warn pot să fie șterse contra cost de pe shop.b-zone.ro cu mențiunea că logurile vor rămâne în continuare pe cont, acestea nefiind șterse.
  • La acumularea a 10 puncte de warn pe forum utilizatorul primește în mod automat suspend permanent de la utilizarea forumului, așadar contul poate fi folosit doar dacă se cumpără clear warn.
• Sancțiunile se aplică chiar dacă editați conținutul, în încercarea de a-l ascunde de staff.
• Sancțiunile se vor aplica pentru fapte care au avut loc în ultima săptămână.

5. Disclaimer:

• Comunitatea B-Zone nu își asumă răspundere pentru conținutul postat pe forum. Încercăm să moderăm pe cât posibil conținutul publicat de utilizatori, dar rețineți faptul că anumite lucruri pot să ne scape.
• Utilizați funcția de report a forumului pentru raportarea încălcărilor de regulament.
• Sancțiunile variază în funcție de gravitatea faptelor, acestea fiind decise de către stafful care le aplică.
• Ne rezervăm dreptul de a avea excepții de la regulile menționate mai sus în cazurile în care situația o cere fără a fi nevoiți să oferim explicații, încercând să actualizăm regulamentul și cu respectivele cazuri noi.
• Utilizatorii sunt obligați să verifice periodic atât regulamentul acesta, cât și regulamentele diverselor categorii și subcategorii din cadrul forumului. 

RULES

By registering an account on the forum you agree that you have read and accepted these rules as well as the privacy policy.

The official languages accepted on the forum are Romanian and English. We offer a bit of freedom in using other languages in confined areas as long as they can be understood by the staff and follow the general rules.

Exploiting any vulnerabilities in the forum will be severely punished.

1. Accounts:

• The names of accounts must be understandable and they must not contain vulgar words, offences, advertising, etc. in spite of the language used (punishment: rename/warn/suspend).
  • They can be changed for free from the account settings up to 2 times for a 30 days period for normal users. Other modifications can be made against cost using shop.b-zone.ro.
• The avatars used must not contain personal photos of other forum users without their consent, obscene material, nudity, offending material, advertising, etc. (punishment: avatar removal/warn/suspend).
• Signatures must not be too large. Same rules apply as in the case of avatars (punishment: signature removal/warn/suspend).
• Other information about the account like Contact Methods, Profile Information, Previous Fields, About Me, Cover Photo, etc. must not contain vulgar, offensive words/images, nudity, advertising, etc. in spite of the language used (punishment: removal/warn/suspend).
• The email address used to register an account is visible only to the upper forum staff. In case you lose the password to your account it can only be recovered via the email on the account, using https://forum.b-zone.ro/lostpassword/. In case of losing access to the email on the account, your forum account can no longer be recovered.

2. Characteristics:

• Abusively growing certain characteristics of an account like post count, reputation, profile views, achievements (badges) is strictly forbidden (punishment: subtraction/reset/warn/suspend).

3. Content:

• Certain forum sections have their own specific rules, so make sure you read and respect the rules of the section you wish to post in besides these general rules.
• Keep a respectful attitude towards other users, the staff and the community. It is forbidden to post personal pictures of other forum users without their consent, to severely threaten, blackmail, use vulgar or offensive language, start arguments, use nudity, advertise, harass, attack a person, etc. (punishment: post removal/warn/suspend).
  • These rules also apply when posting external content (ex: links to other sites).
  • It is also forbidden to post personal information about other users without their consent.
• Double posting, post hunting, posting in old topics, useless posts and spam are forbidden (punishment: post removal/warn/suspend).
• In case of private messages we will only give out punishments for vulgar material, porno, advertising, illegal business and other severe things (punishment: warn/suspend).
  • For anything else you are free to use the ignore function of the forum.
• Posting any type of content that refers to piracy or illegal business (selling/exchanging samp goods/accounts, business with the donator rank) is forbidden (punishment: post removal/warn/suspend).
• Posting mods, modpacks, etc. is only allowed in the official section https://forum.b-zone.ro/moduri (punishment: post removal/warn/suspend).

4. Punishments:

• Suspend type punishments are divided into two types and can be given for a limited or unlimited amount of time depending on the severity of the action:
  • suspended from posting content on the forum, the user can still use the forum but cannot post new content until the suspend expires.
  • suspended from using the forum, the user cannot use the forum until the suspend expires.
• Warn type punishments are permanent, so they do not expire.
  • Warning points can be deleted against cost from shop.b-zone.ro with the specification that the logs will remain on the account, so they won't get deleted.
  • When gathering 10 warning points the user automatically receives a permanent suspension from using the forum, so the account can only be used if the user buys clear warn.
• Punishments apply even if you edit your content, in trying to hide it from the staff.
• Punishments will be applied for actions done in the last week.

5. Disclaimer:

• The B-Zone Community does not take any responsibility for the content posted on the forum. We try to moderate as much as possible the content posted by our users, but keep in mind that we might miss a few things.
• Use the report function of the forum to report rule breaking.
• Punishments vary depending on the deed, being decided by the staff who applies them.
• We reserve our right to have exceptions to the rules mentioned above where the situation asks for it without having to offer an explanation, trying to update the rules with the new cases that come up.
• Users are obligated to periodically check these rules, as well as the rules in the categories or subcategories they post in.
