Fiecare învoire la antrenament sau ședință va adăuga câte 1 zi în plus la perioada minimă de promovare.

 

- Exemplu: Eduard.. este un membru de Rank 2 din LVPD, liderul a organizat o ședință la care Eduard.. a pus învoire pentru un anumit motiv. Bineînțeles, liderul nu are voie să respingă această învoire. Așadar, în 4 zile urmează timpul de promovare al lui Eduard.. la Rank 3, dar nu o să primească rank up atunci când apare ca promovabil pe RPG, ci va fi promovat de către lider cu 1 zi întârziere față de timpul minim.

 

Regula intră în vigoare de pe data de 18.01.2021

 

 

 

 

Each pass requests for any training session or mandatory meeting will add 1 more day to the minimum promotion time.

 

- Example: Eduard.. is a Rank 2 member of LVPD, the leader is holding a mandatory meeting for which Eduard.. has posted an absence pass. Of course, the leader cannot deny this absence pass. Thus, in 4 days the member is supposed to be promoted, but he won't be promoted as indicated on RPG, but he will be promoted 1 day later than the minimum promotion time.

 

The new rule will be put into effect starting with 18.01.2021.

O noua regula despre transferuri a fost adaugata:

 

 

* Transferurile *

 

 Un membru de departament poate să facă transfer între departamente urmând următorii pași:

- membrul trebuie să facă un PM cu liderul departamentului din care face parte și liderul departamentului unde vrea să se transfere

- liderii trebuie să fie de acord amândoi ca membrul să fie transferat între departamente

- dacă transferul a fost acceptat, membrul trebuie să își pună demisia și să aplice în departamentul unde dorește să se transfere

- dacă transferul este între departamente de poliție, nu se vor susține teste și membrul primește imediat Rank 1

- dacă transferul este între departament de politie și National Guard sau FBI, atunci membrul va susține un test ales de către liderul departamentului în care dorește să se transfere

- dacă membrul trece testul oferit de către lider, acesta poate să primească Rank 1 și transferul este finalizat

- dacă membrul pică testul, acesta va deveni civil

 

Un membru de departament care se transferă cu succes în alt departament o să primească Rank 1, indiferent de ce rank avea în vechiul său departament. Membrul trebuie să aibă minim 14 zile în departamentul din care face parte pentru a face cerere de transfer într-un alt departament.

 

 

 

 

A new rule about transfers has been added:

 

* Transfers *

 

 A department member can transfer between departments by following these steps:

- the member must make a PM with the leader of the department to which he belongs and the leader of the department where he wants to transfer

- leaders must both agree that the member be transferred between departments

- if the transfer has been accepted, the member must resign and apply to the department where he wishes to transfer

- if the transfer is between police departments, no tests will be held and the member receives Rank 1 immediately

- if the transfer is between the police department and the National Guard or FBI, then the member will take a test chosen by the leader of the department to which he wishes to transfer

- if the member passes the test offered by the leader, he can receive Rank 1 and the transfer is completed

- if the member fails the test, he will become a civilian

 

A department member who successfully transfers to another department will receive Rank 1, no matter what rank he had in his old department. The member must have at least 14 days in the department to which he belongs to request a transfer to another department.

11.27: Când arestați un suspect sunteți obligați să-l arestați la cea mai apropiată închisoare. Spre exemplu, dacă prindeți un suspect în orașul San Fierro, trebuie să-l duceți fie la închisoarea de la SFPD fie cea de la FBI, nu aveți voie să-l plimbați până la închisorile din alte orașe.

 

 

 

A new rule about transfers has been added:

 

11.27: When you're arresting a suspect you have to arrest them at the nearest jail. For example, if you've caught a suspect in San Fierro, you must arrest them at the jail from SFPD or FBI, you're not allowed to take them to the jails from other cities.

Salut, 

 

Din cauza faptului ca 10 ore nu erau de ajuns pentru membrii factiunilor, deoarece se faceau foarte usor intr-o luna de zile, minimul a fost modificat la 15 ore. Aceasta regula va fi adaugata incepand cu luna Martie.

 

 

Membrii vor fi sanctionati in urmatorul fel:

 

Sub 15 ore - Prima abatere este Faction Warn

 

Sub 15 ore - A 2-a abatere este Rank Down

 

Sub 15 ore - A 3-a abatere este Demitere

Due to the fact that 10 hours were not enough for the faction members, because it were very easy to do in a month, the minimum hours will be 15 hours. The rule will be available from March.

Topicul cu regulamentul posthunterilor a fost actualizat. A fost adaugata o variantă și pentru membrii facțiunilor care deschid PM-uri aiurea:

De asemenea, post-hunterii se pot regăsi și în cadrul facțiunilor, de aceea am decis că ar fi mai bine să aplicăm sancțiuni și acelor membri care pur și simplu caută să își încurce colegii de facțiune, deschizând în prostie PM-uri care nu îi afectează în mod direct pe ei și doresc cu orice preț să le pună bețe în roate colegilor săi.

 

 

Consecinte posthunter:

- în cazul în care vorbim despre colegi de facțiune, membrul va fi avertizat în prealabil de către lider să înceteze cu PM-urile și îi vor fi ignorate, următoarele abateri urmând să fie sancționate cu Faction Warn și chiar demitere (dacă este cazul).

 

 

The topic with posthunter rules has been updated. We've also added a part for faction members who open PM's that doesn't dirrectly affect them.

Posthunters may also be in a faction, which is why we have decided that it would be good to impose sanctions on those members who are simply looking to confuse their colleagues, foolishly opening PM's that doesn't directly affect them and want at all costs to screw up their colleagues.

Regula 8.4 a fost modificata dupa cum urmeaza:

 

8.4: Amplasarea radarului in alte orase se face numai cu aprobarea unui Rank 5+ din respectivul oras. Daca nu aveti acordul lui sau a unui rank 6, nu aveti voie sa puneti radar in acel oras, indiferent de numarul de cereri, durata de 5 minute dintre acestea sau disponibilitatea celor cu rank 5+. Incalcarea regulii se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn."

 

 

 

 

The rule 8.4 has been modified:

6.12: Atunci cand un suspect a fost surprins de radar sau orice alta abatere care duce la confiscarea licentei de condus iar acesta nu primeste confiscate imediat, ci primeste wanted, in momentul in care este luat in custodie de catre politistul care a acordat sanctiunea, inainte de [/arrest] poate sa primeasca [/eject] pentru a se putea confisca licenta de condus, pe urma [/arrest] pentru evitarea unor abuzuri de genul [/bail] // [/q] etc.

Dupa o evidenta a membriilor de rank 4 - 5, adminii 4+ au aplicat cateva sanctiuni membrilor care aveau Contributii insuficiente.      Regula 19 a fost modificata dupa cum urmeaza:

 

19: Fiecare membru trebuie să îndeplinească un număr minim de 15 ore REALE [/Goldaward] în fiecare lună ca să nu fie sancționat. Sancțiunile se acordă în felul următor:

• Pentru un număr de ore reale jucate cuprins intre 8 și 15:

              - prima abatere o să fie sancționată cu un Faction Warn.

              - a doua abatere o să fie sancționată cu Rank Down.

              - a treia abatere o să fie sancționată cu Demitere.

• Pentru un număr de ore reale jucate mai mic decât 8: Demitere

     The rule 19 has been modified:

 

19: Every member must fulfill the minimum requirement of 15 REAL hours [/Goldaward] per month to not get punished. The sanctions are as follows:

• For a number of real hours between 8 and 15:

              - the first time the sanction will be Faction Warn.

              - the second time the sanction will be Rank Down.

              - the third time the sanction will be Dismissal.

• For a number of real hours less than 8: Dismissal

     Regula 12 a fost modificata dupa cum urmeaza:

 

12.1: Daca un civil detine materiale, dar nu are licenta pentru ele acesta va fi sanctionat cu o amenda si confiscarea materialelor.

12.2: Un politist are dreptul sa confiste materialele, licenta de materiale si sa sanctioneze cu amenda playerii atunci cand acestia le folosesc pentru crearea sau vinderea diferitelor arme langa ei. In cazul in care un civil foloseste materiale langa ei, politistul are urmatoarele obligatii:

- In cazul jucatorilor de level 1 - 3 = Nimic ;

- Cei cu level 4 - 14  = Se vor confisca direct materialele + Amenda ;

- Celor cu level 15+ = Se vor confisca atat licenta de materiale, cat si materialele.

12.2: A policeman has the right to confiscate the materials, the materials license and sanction with a fine the players that used them to create or sell various weapons near them. If a civilian uses materials near a cop, the cop has the following obligations:

- In the case of level 1 - 3 players = Nothing ;

11.29: În cazul în care sunteți în urmărirea unui suspect pentru arestare folosind orice tip de motor, iar suspectul susține că nu poate urca, sunteți obligați să descuiați vehiculul pentru a-i acorda șansa să urce ca pasager. Dacă suspectul a folosit această scuză pentru a vă fura motorul, aveți dreptul să-i acordați wanted 6 ,, Fugar '' fără alte somații în plus.

 

 

 

 

A new rule ( 11.29 ) has been added:

 

11.29: In the situation where you're pursuing a suspect using any kind of motorcycle, and the suspect claims that they can't get on the motorcycle as a passenger, you must unlock the vehicle to give them the chance to get in as a passenger. If the suspect uses this excuse to steal your motorcycle, you have the right to give them wanted 6 ,, Runner '' without any additional summons.

     Regula 12 a fost modificata dupa cum urmeaza:

 

12.1 Licenta de materiale:

- Se confisca atunci cand un Arms Dealer de level 20 sau mai mare vinde / creeaza arme in apropierea unui politist ;

- In caz de abuz ( vinde / creeaza arme de cel putin 3 ori de fata cu politistul se poate confisca indiferent de nivelul Arms Dealerului.

12.2 Materialele:

- Se confisca atunci cand jucatorul nu detine licenta de materiale sau vinde / creeaza arme in apropierea unui politist.

A fost adăugată regula 23.3:

 

23.3: Orice jucător care a fost acceptat pentru a susține testele trebuie să se comporte decent. Dacă acesta jignește sau are un comportament neadecvat față de un membru al facțiunii acesta este automat respins fără a mai avea dreptul de a susține testele de intrare în facțiune.

23.3: Any player that was accepted for faction test must have a good behavior. If he insults or has a poor behaivor towards any faction member, he will automatically fail the test without being allowed the right to take it in the first place.

A fost adăugată regula 19.1:

 

19.1: In cazul in care au trecut cel putin 6 luni de la sanctionarea membrului pentru activitate slaba, abaterile ii vor fi resetate.  Exemplu: daca X a primit prima sanctiune pentru ore jucate in 1 ianuarie 2022, adica un FW fiind prima abatere, si pana in luna august nu mai are nicio abatere iar atunci va trebui sa primeasca inca o sanctiune ca nu are 15 ore reale, acesta va primi din nou un FW fiind prima abatere deoarece s-au resetat, 6 luni de la 1 ianuarie considerandu-se 1 iulie 2022. 

 

 

 

 

 

A new rule ( 19.1 ) has been added:

 

19.1: If at least 6 months have passed from a member's last punishment for a weak monthly activity, the member's punishment count will be reset. For instance: If X received his first punishment for low activity on 1 January 2022, meaning a Faction Warn, and then until August he didn't have to be punished again for this, if it happens again after this point, then the punishment will be a Faction Warn again, because there were 6 months since the last punishment for low activity.

A fost adăugată regula 10.14:

 

10.14: Dacă un jucător refuză să coboare din vehicul pentru control de rutină după ce a fost somat regulamentar de minim 3 ori, acesta o să primească Wanted 2 pentru ,, Neconformare Ordin ". În continuare, dacă suspectul coboară când este somat să se predea și după ce acordați [ /frisk ] observați că are în posesia sa droguri, aveți dreptul să-i acordați și wanted 3 pentru ,, Posesie / Folosire droguri " ( în total wanted 5 ). Dacă a primit cuff și trebuie să-i confiscați drogurile, se poate folosi [ /eject ] și după [ /confiscate ] în garajul departamentului.

10.14: If a player is summoned at least 3 times to get out of the vehicle for a routine check and doesn't comply, the player will receive Wanted 2 for ,, Disobeying Orders ". Moving on, if the suspect gets out of the vehicle to surrender, and you find out he has drugs after using [ /frisk ], you have the right to also give the suspect Wanted 3 for ,, Drugs Posession / Use '' ( Wanted 5 in total ). If the suspect was cuffed and you need to confiscate his drugs, you can use [ /eject ] and [ /confiscate ] in the department's garage.

- Adminii o să fie învoiți de la activități obligatorii deoarece aceștia au responsabilități importante de care trebuie să se ocupe (e.g. codați, reports, etc.) ;

 

- Helperii nu o să fie învoiți de la activități obligatorii, ei o să aibă dreptul la același număr de învoiri ca orice alt membru.

A fost adăugată regula 10.15:

 

10.15: Dacă un suspect fără drept de predare se folosește de turnurile înalte din LS și SF ( screenshot ) unde sunt greu de ajuns și omorât, aveți dreptul să deschideți focul asupra lor folosind aeronavele de la National Guard. Dacă între timp suspectul părăsește poziția respectivă, nu mai aveți voie să continuați focul cu aeronavele. Prima abatere va fi sancționată cu Rank Down, iar următoarea cu Demitere.

 

 

 

 

 

A new rule ( 10.15 ) has been added:

 

10.15: If a suspect without the right to surrender uses the high towers in LS and SF ( screenshot ) where they are difficult to reach and kill, you have the right to open fire using the airships from National Guard. If the suspect leaves these towers in the meantime, you are no longer allowed to open fire. First offense will be punished with a Rank Down, and next time with Dismissal.

     A fost modificată regula 6.1 astfel:

 

Regulă Nouă: 6.1: Se consideră condus neregulamentar atunci când jucătorul trece cu vehiculul pe sensul opus de mers pentru minim 3 secunde. Dacă jucătorul nu revine pe sensul corect de mers în aceste secunde, polițistul are dreptul să-l tragă pe dreapta și să-l sancționeze. Această regulă se aplică și dacă jucătorul folosește nisipul, iarba sau alte texturi alăturate drumului. Nu se pot folosi să se evite sensul corect de mers.

 

 

     A fost eliminată regula 6.2.1:

 

Regulă Eliminată: 6.2.1: Se considera condus regulamentar atunci cand acesta taie benzile la un unghi de 90 de grade.

 

 

     A fost modificată regula 7.1 astfel:

 

Regulă Nouă: 7.1: Se considera Parcare Neregulamentara atunci când un jucător își părăsește vehiculul în mijlocul drumului pentru mai mult de 5 secunde. Dacă un jucător este somat să tragă pe dreapta, polițistul are obligația să-l îndrume să parcheze corespunzător pe partea dreaptă, unde are loc și nu încurcă ceilalți participanți la trafic ( e.g. pe trotuar, pe partea dreapta a autostrăzii, pe partea dreaptă a tunelului, etc. ). Dacă jucătorul refuză să parcheze regulamentar, atunci polițistul are dreptul să-l sancționeze.

 

 

     A fost modificată regula 7.2 astfel:

 

Regulă Nouă: 7.2: Tot parcare neregulamentară este când jucătorul staționează în mijlocul drumului în timp ce este la volan pentru mai mult de 60 de secunde.

 

 

     A fost eliminată regula 9.12:

 

Regulă Eliminată: 9.12: O persoana ce este somata sa traga pe dreapta de catre un politist este obligat sa parcheze corespunzator pe partea dreapta, in caz contrar risca sa i se confiste permisul pentru parcat neregulamentar.

 

 

 

 

 

     A rule ( 6.1 ) has been modified:

 

New Rule: 6.1: It is considered irregular driving when the player drives the vehicle in the opposite direction of travel for at least 3 seconds. If the player does not return to the correct direction of travel within these seconds, the policeman has the right to pull him over and penalize him. Regulă Nouă: 10.15: Dacă un suspect fără drept de predare se folosește de turnurile înalte din LS și SF ( screenshot ) sau de balcoanele înalte de la apartamentele de lângă DS ( screenshot ) unde sunt greu de ajuns și omorât, aveți dreptul să deschideți focul asupra lor folosind aeronavele de la National Guard. Dacă între timp suspectul părăsește poziția respectivă, nu mai aveți voie să continuați focul cu aeronavele. Prima abatere va fi sancționată cu Rank Down, iar următoarea cu Demitere.

Odată cu implementarea sistemului de colectare a cadavrelor de către paramedici, utilizând un vehicul Romero echipat pentru asemenea misiuni, a apărut o problemă. Mai exact, girofarul mașinii, în prezent, este vizibil doar paramedicului care o conduce, iar ceilalți jucători remarcă doar semnalele sonore. Așadar, au existat situații în care paramedicii, nefiind conștienți de această problemă, au condus pe contrasens (cu girofarul pornit), încercând să ridice un cadavru, și au fost sancționați contravențional de către agenții rutieri, în condițiile în care sunetul jocului era redus sau oprit complet. Acest aspect a atras atenția adminilor și, în consecință, până când girofarul acesta tip 'fantomă' va fi înlocuit (Kelton a confirmat intenția de a rezolva problema), au căzut de comun acord asupra adoptării temporare a unei subreguli, pe care o voi adăuga inclusiv regulamentului intern. După rezolvarea problemei și asigurarea că girofarul este vizibil oricărui jucător (precum cel de la Infernus-urile Poliției, de exemplu), subregula va fi înlăturată pentru că nu va mai avea vreun rost. 6.12:  În cazul în care un paramedic este surprins încălcând regulile de circulație în deplasarea sa pentru a ridica/ livra un cadavru cu Paramedic Romero și girofarul nu apare pornit, polițistul este obligat să verifice dacă paramedicul se ocupă cu adevărat de cadavru. Procesul verificării constă în urmărirea paramedicului până la destinația curentă (punctul de ridicare sau livrare a cadavrului). Dacă se dovedește că paramedicul a abuzat de girofar pentru a conduce neregulamentar, polițistul are permisiunea de a-l raporta pe website.

 

Since the corpses system was added, allowing the paramedics to transport the dead bodies with a specific Romero, a problem showed up. To be more precise, the vehicle's beacon is invisible to anyone but its driver, meaning the rest of the players could only hear its sound. Thus, there were situations where paramedics, unaware of the problem, proceeding on their way towards a corpse, drove illegally (with the beacon on), and not so long after that they were caught and punished by cops due to illegal driving, in the conditions in which the game volume was reduced or disabled by the cop. This happened to draw the admins' attention, and so... they have decided to adopt a temporary rule in this regard until the 'ghost' beacon is replaced (Kelton confirmed the intention to solve this problem). This rule will be added to our internal regulation as well. When the problem is solved and the beacon is visible to anyone (just like our Police Infernus' beacon, for instance), the rule vanishes due to its further uselessness. Its structure is as follows:

 

6.12: If the Paramedics member is caught violating the traffic rules while going to pick up a dead body with Paramedics Romero, and the siren does not appear on, the member is really dealing with dead body before punishing him. The verification can be done by following the paramedic until he picks up or delivers the body, and if it is proven that he is abusing the siren, the paramedic cand be reported to RPG.

3.7.2: Dacă o activitate cu prezență obligatorie trebuie să aibă loc în timpul war-urilor, administratorii de nivel 1-3 din facțiune își rezervă dreptul de a absenta, nesancționați, având obligația de a-și îndeplini atribuțiile în prinderea codaților pe durata war-urilor.

3.7.3:  Dacă subliderii absentează, fără cerere, de la o activitate cu prezență obligatorie, liderul își rezervă dreptul de a alege când îi penalizează și când nu îi penalizează.
