Description of the bug: When someone join in my car (Steal) ,i can't see this car. i can see after 4-5 min,or when i /ram - /enter anywhere,and /exit...after /exit i can see. -- And near LS TAxI HQ slow game and barely move,i try recording but on video you can't see problem.

Because your ping it is too high. And is that virtual thing, when a player drove a faction car and press W the car in your image it's drived, but it's in the same place actually. Isn't a bug, it's just your problem with the conection.
