Yes you can use /setfreq , but you won't know if there is somebody else with u in the freq, you can just shoose any frequency that u want

Well no you can't make an own Walkie talkie frequence but you can use freely any frequence betwen 80.0 and 109.9 to chat and you can use any-one of those.

u can't creat a freq.but u can choose any freq and when u found someone u can change it.
