Incepand cu data de astazi, toti liderii trebuie sa respecte urmatoare modificare:

 

Poti recruta o persoana daca are:

- minim <b>level 5</b> in Fireman/Paramedic, News Reporter, Taxi Cab Company, School Instructor si Tow Car Company.

- minim <b>level 10</b> in Corleone, Barzini, Stracci, Tattaglia, Cuneo si Paterno.

- minim <b>level 15</b> in Police Department, FBI, National Guard si Hitman.

 

Liderii nu sunt obligati sa demita membrii care nu au levelul necesar dar sunt obligati sa nu mai recruteze persoane ce nu au levelul necesar de acum inainte.
