My Alcis Image editor is not opening GTA3.img file

-_- , Bro you need to Logout from game and samp while you are opening AIci' editor or Gta3.img or it won't work..try like i told u and tell me the answer.

If it still doesn't work after what ToriNNo said to you, then run the Alci image editor as an administrator (right click the .exe > run as administrator) and it's bound to work then.
