About Health Bar,

You Need digihp mod

And Cleo 4 !

Install digihp mod from the link that Carn Gave u, And Copy Hes Files, And past them on Cleo file that is found on your San Andreas file, While doing that, you gta san must be off, do that, And Log in

And Everything will be alright !

@@iMmAd 99 - Maybe your cleo is not installed properly. open gta and then press esc, take ss and post it here please. To make sure whether you have installed cleo properly!

@@iMmAd 99, delete digihp.cs and digihp from you GTA SAN ANDREAS FOLDER ( not cleo folder ).

I see the digihp in GTA San andreas folder, you must to install it in cleo, normally must to work. Good luck! Just try to put digihp in cleo folder.
