Food brings to my mind

Health. I love everything that is healthy and tasty.

A dish no one can make as good as my mum

Dal churma. Though I don't eat it quite often, I simply love the way she makes it - with a lot of desi ghee and the right amount of sweetness.

If I'd enter the kitchen, I'd end up making

Stir-fried vegetable with chick en cubes. It is filled with a variety of subtle flavours.

My favourite cooking memories

Long ago, I had cooked shahi paneer for my mother. I realised cooking is very tough. It took me hours to prepare it but in the end, it turned out really well. She absolutely loved it! Cooking indeed helps win people's hearts.
