[help] how can i fix this

hello everyone , i got a big problem that push me to stop joining gangs , i don't know why i get a very less fps when the war starts , my fps is always good at time when there is no wars , but when the war starts it becames 8 so i can't also move , the game is very slow and also the sound of guns became very different from the time when my fps is normal .

@, The source of high ping (slow game and sound of guns are different as you said) are the applications that we use in the same time(it also depends on your internet connection).For example,if I opened Yahoo Messenger/Opera/Skype and GTA San Andreas I will probably have high ping,which means that my game will be lagging.

To stop the lagg you could close some of your applications.

If this does not work,go to:

Options-->Advanced-->Set your Draw Distance to 0.

Options-->Advanced-->Set your Frame Limiter to off.

Options-->Advanced-->Set your Visual FX Quality to off.

Options-->Advanced-->Lower your Resolution until the lagg is no more.(800 x 600 is a decent resolution)

thanks for informations but i already did all of this , i don't know but this is totally a different problem , i use only skype at wars in addition to gta san andreas but i use skype all the day and there is no lag or low fps , ths low fps came only when the war starts

@, I think there is some problem in your gta san andreas files/folders try re-installing the game or if you are using any skin/gun/hud mod so try after uninstall these mods.

i also re-installed gta much times and i'm using this files from a long time but still same problem , this 2 files helped me to remove the lag caused when you drive a car , thanks again for informations . if any other player know other tips to have higher fps i hope he will help me with posting them in this topic

usually 30 / 25 but this fps is good for me and there is no lag but the unbelievable thing that the fps become 8 every time the war starts , it is caused by the big number of members on turf

if you want to try increase your FPS use lowest settings of video settings you can

Best recommendation: Buy a new pc, if you have 30-40 fps normal, then, your pc is more than 10 year old. This game plays with 60fps on a 2004 PC, i can't imagine what PC you have, maybe a single core. But a new PC and this will fix the problem.

I am not sure, but I had common problem when I entered paintball during events.. There were lots of players then and I had some problems you described.. So, I tried closing skype, set frame limiter to off(advanced settings) as many mentioned above.. I also used the command /fpslimit [20-60] ingame and set it to 50 (it's a good default). You can test that command with more values and check your fps with fraps or bandicam.

@, from how much long you using this same gta san andreas/SAMP ?If it's too much old so install new version of gta san andreas and make sure after you install so try your fps during war without installing any mod.
