Bug at clan turf 16

Descrierea bugului: The clan turf 16 is placed very inappropriately.

1. the CLANZONE overlaps with SAFEZONE when standing at a certain point.

2. Moreover, the wall can be sprayed from inside the trucker compound which is a safezone, making us unable to kill the sprayer.

Placing this tag somewhere else will fix this issue.
