You Create a Skin By Using The Txd Workshop + The Photo SHop ,

Use Txd workshop to open skin.txd and save .png file in your computer then you can edit .png file with any photo editing program after finish edit you can replace .png file to skin.txd. install skin.txd and enjoy,
