BUG - Despawning a Mountain Bike

Description of the bug: This is not really a bug, but I should be able to Despawn my Mountain Bike when it has ~249hp [/dl].

@ it's not a bug. Go at PNS and repair Mountain Bike and after despawn. Have a nice day!

As I said, it's not really a bug, but i SHOULD be able to despawn a BMX or Mountain Bike no matter the HP it has.

The bike itself is fully functional.

They should be an exception when despawning a /vehicle(s).
