Bug - /ram in Training Rooms

Description of the bug: Cops / HA members can't /ram in Training rooms of Factions. I don't know whether it is a bug or What. And if it is not, Add it because all Suspects of Faction Members can enter there and They can hide from cops xD

It's not a bug. If a player has wanted he can't enter in the Training Room.
