GAMING SERVER RULES

 

If you are from a foreign country and you do not understand a rule from a gaming server, such as Counter-Strike or SA:MP, please PM it to me. Don't forget to use a translator which might help you. All the rules are stated at 'Regulament' board of each gaming server and will be posted here aswell.

SA:MP SERVER RULES

* General Rules:

1.

Do not ever disrespect or insult a community member/administrator and so on. You will be serverly punished if so.

2.

Do not use an inappropriate or ridiculous name.

3.

If you are caught cheating your IP will be banned and your account will be locked permanently.

4.

Do not use abuse any bugs for your own good. Report them as soon a possible.

5.

Do not advertise any websites/gaming servers and so on. Keep them out of the server and forums.

6.

Deathmatching ( killing someone without a proper reason ) is totally against the rules and will be not tolerated.

7.

Do not drive-by unless you are a cop. You will be warned and probably kicked if so.

8.

Those who are caught being afk and are not in the /afklist will be kicked out of the server.

9.

Do not PM an administrator about a suggestion or ban appeal. Keep them on the forums.

10.

You are not allowed to spy an administrator ( watching him on TV ) unless told so.

11.

Do not spam any commands.

12.

Use /report only if needed. Do not bug the administrators. If you have a questions, head on the forums.

13.

Robbing/attacking a level 1 player without a proper reason will lead to a punishment.

14.

Do not quit ( /q ) if you are wanted by the police. If you log off on purpose, you will have 6000+ seconds penalty when you come back.

15. Do not provide your password to anyone, neither to admins.

16.

Those who organize events are supposed to post it on the forums first otherwise they will be punished.

* Factions rules:

1.

A leader must stay within the faction at least a month otherwise he will receive 60 penalty faction points.

- A member of a faction must stay within it at least one week otherwise he will receive 60 penalty faction points.

2.

If a member wants to leave the faction after two weeks the leader is not allowed to hand out an infraction otherwise he will be punished with 60 penalty points.

3.

A leader who recruits someone without an application will receive 60 penalty points and will be kicked out.

4.

A leader of a faction must have maximum of one co-leader otherwise he will be kicked out.

Notice:

If you are a leader and you do not have the 'Faction Leader' tag on the forums throw a PM to Alin.Amasttid.

* Ban & Unban

:

1

. If you have been banned for cheating you can not join the server anymore, the ban is permanent. Only under high circumstances you will be unbanned.

. Bans which are only for an amount of time can be switched to a lower time for 10E. (

DEATHRUN SERVER RULES

1.

If you are a CT, you are not allowed to switch to T otherwise you will face a slay/kick or a 50 minutes ban.

2.

T is allowed to activate a trap twice, if it's being abused, the terrorist will face a kick or a 100 minutes ban.

3.

CT are not allowed to perform bugs or abuse them.

4.

If CT falls on a trap and he doesn't die or fall downwards, he is supposed to kill himself. If not, you will face a slay/kick.

5.

Do not kill yourself/retry if you are a T, stick there until the round ends. (kick/ban 100 minutes)

6.

Do not perform GStrafe (Ground Strafe). You will face a slay/kick if so.

7.

Do not stick near-by a trap more than 30 seconds. (slay/kick)

8.

CT is not allowed to hand a weapon to T. (slay/kick/ban 20 minute)

9.

Do not 'retry' if you have been gagged/banned. (ban 30 sau ban ip 150 minute).

10.

Your name must contain maximum of 20 letters.

11.

Abusive language will face a gag, kick, 30 minutes ban or fuckoff.

12.

Do not advertise any gaming servers. (fuckoff).

13.

Do not kill the terrorist if you haven't made it to the end, you will face a 120 minutes ban if so.

14.

Those who's ping is higher than 150 will be kicked.

15.

If you are AFK at the start of the round you will be kicked.

16.

If you are a T you are allowed to free only one player. (slay/kick/ban 60 minute).

17.

Do not bug/annoy the administrators. (gag/kick/ban 1-1000 minute)

18.

Cheats will be permanently banned. (banip, fuckoff).

Counter Strike Zombie Mod Rules

Zombie Mod rules for players.

• Don't use hack's , the admins will ban you , they will use fuckoff system that will destroy your Counter Strike

• Players must use a good language , do not insult other players , you will be kicked / gaged / or you get fuckoff

• If you are kicked for latency ( ping ) , don't connect to the server until you fix the ping

• Don't claim others servers , you will be banned / censured

• Use corresponding nicknames

• Don't quarrel the admins , this is STAFF duty.

• Don't foold the server . You will get censured and you will don't have acces to other B-zone CS servers.

• Dont make groundless accusations. You will get banned for 10 or 20 minutes.

Zombie Mod rules for admins.

• You have no right to change map with /votemap , risk admin level down

• Don't ban a player without no reason or no evidence , risk admin out

• Don't use admin cmds on other admin , risk admin level down

• Don't start a vote abroad , risk admin level down

• Don't kick players with ping over 80.

• Don't give the password's to other admins , risk admin out

• When give pro / aganist , argumentate your reason for that vote.

• Don't count other admin , only Owners can count.

GunGame Server Rules.

 

Player's rules.

* Be fair play, do not use cheats or configs who will help you get unfair advantage over other players. If you'll be caught using a forbidden CFG or any type of cheat you will get permanent ban / fuckoff / screw / spin by the gravity of the situation.

*Do not swear the players/admins. We do not mind if you say *F-CK* , but if you say *F-CK x* where "x" is the name of the player, you will get punished.

*Do not enter the server with insulting nicknames, or you will get ban / fuckoff / screw / spin by the gravity of the situation.

*You can stay on the server as a spectator as long as you want.

*Do not make a request for slot / reserved name if you're not active on the server.

*Don't be "Mr. Smart Guy" with the admins. (KICK/BAN/SCREW/FUCKOFF/SPIN - Punished by gravity.)

*If an admin thinks you're a cheater, and makes you screenshots/screenshot, you are forced to give it to them, or you will get PERMANENTLY BANNED.

*The admins don't care if you're "Mr.X" and you're playing on other nickname.

*If an admin tells you that you have ping / lag , bring the console by pressing ~ on the keyboard (usually under the Esc button) and type "rate 25000" (without quotes).

* The spawn-kill = You go to the enemies' base and kill each player right after he spawns to make yourself score IS FORBIDDEN. The first and the second time you do it you will get slayed. The third time you do it you will get banned for 30 minutes ( a half-hour) . This rule applies at admins too.

 

Admin's rules.

*Do not abuse of the "fuckoff" command.

*Do not argue with the other admins, you are bound to respect each other.

*Do not give foolish bans. (example : "x" player gave a headshot.) You must stay as a spectator and watch the player's moves before accusing him of something.

*Admins must give the screenshots, too, if they're asked.

*The "votemap" command is used on the 3 minutes from the beginning of the map.

*Use "amx_ss" (screenshot - without quotes) if you suspect a player and you don't detect anything.

*It doesn't matter if "Mr.X" is a friend of yours, if he breaks the rules / he cheats he will get banned too.

*Do not use the admin in personal purposes.

*If you stay as a spectator, use the command to make balance between the two teams.

*If you're 100 percent sure that the player uses wallcheat, type "amx_flash" command in the console.

*Do not ban the player if he has lag (ping) , just kick him.

*Do not abuse of the admin.

*If a player has lag (ping) you kick him with this message : "rate 25000 in consola".

*Every admin is forced to keep 1 redirect per day or he will get warn / admin down (at the second departure). You can see the redirects' tutorial here : http://url-s.tk/j .

*Caution : Do not enter the server to change the map if there is another admin online. (type /admins to see the online admins) At the second departure you'll get admin down.

 

The other admins/players will not care if you're a Romanian player or a foreign player.Rules are for everybody.

Pro Server (Headshot Only) Server Rules.

 

 

You must learn and respect these rules from the moment you join the server for the first time.

 

● Don't use cheats or any other unfair advantage over the other players. (For example : ex_interp.) If you do, you will be banned permanently.

● Do not advertise other servers and forums.

● Don't use nicknames containing bad language.

● Don't use scripts who announce which weapons you're buying,burst fire, 180 turn, stop reload, no recoil and so on.

● Don't ask the admins favors or map-changes.

● Don't abuse maps' bugged areas.

● Don't reconnect as long as you have GAG or LLAMA.

● Don't flood the server.

● Don't criticize the admins' decisions except by forum complaint.

● You're not allowed to bind the following keys : DELETE, HOME, INSERT, END, PAGE DOWN, PAGE UP.

 

 

We recommend you to:

● Visit this section from time to time. New rules can appear.

● To support your righteousness every time. Only this way we can grow up together.

● To avoid using exaggerated weapon/player skins. These skins can sometimes get you banned permanently. It's better to use the default skins.

● To check your config from time to time, because it's possible that another server binded one of your keys to advertise their server. If this happens, don't be surprised to get banned permanently on our server for advertising. (See the 2nd general rule above)

● To participate on forum discussions as much as you can. (this server's discussions, others may not allow it)

 

 

Admins' rules.

 

Inside rules.

 

● The admins are forced to take care of the server, and their priority must be banning cheaters.

● Abusing the admin or using it in personal purposes is forbidden and you will be sanctioned for it.

● The accesses are personal, and if you borrow them to someone else, you will lose them.

● Advertising and extern links are forbidden.

● You're not allowed to require any other rules than these on this server.

● Admins and slots are bound to register on the forum with the same name as the access' name.

 

● The nick must be at least 3 characters long. (If the player changes it back to the one shorter than 3 characters, you use the command : amx_kick <his name> "alt nume" - where "alt nume" is the reason)

● The nick must be decent. (If not, use amx_ban <his name> 120 - where "120" is the duration of the ban, 120 minutes - 2 hours)

● The nicks who contain the "`" or "~" characters are forbidden, and will be banned automatically as soon as they connect.

 

● Changing the map is allowed only if you agreed with the other admins and players. (you can use amx_votemap <mapname>)

● Changing the map before 30 minutes from the beginning of the map passed is allowed only if you agreed with the other admins and players.

● You must take in consideration the other players' opinions through : amx_votemap <mapname> . ( At least two maps - amx_votemap <map1> <map2> )

 

● Only one restart is allowed after the server's automatic restart. (In the 2nd round after the automatic restart - NOT sooner, NOT later)

● If in the 2nd round none of the admins restarted, the game will continue without restart.

 

 

The BAN sanctions are the following :

 

● Cheating - PERMANENT BAN.

● Swearing the server admins logged in that moment - 1000 MINUTES BAN.

● Constant ping (bigger than 100) is sanctioned with kick, if you reconnect after that with the same ping - 10 MINUTES BAN.

 

● PING is called LAG on our server and most of the Romanian servers.

 

● Advertising other servers / web domains - PERMANENT BAN.

 

 

Very Important :

● No ADMIN is allowed to use any command over another ADMIN.

CS.B-ZONE.RO (Normal Mod) Rules.

 

 

 

General Rules :

 

Planting/Defusing & Camp/Rush

 

1.1 Terrorists are required to plant the bomb on one of the two locations marked with "X". If a terrorist has the bomb and stays camping (hiding) he will get slayed. If he repeats this action, he will get slayed again. Also, the terrorists ain't allowed to walk around the bomb without picking it up while the bomb is dropped near them (player with bomb drops it / gets killed).

1.2 Counter-Terrorists are required to guard the "X" spots and defuse the bomb. If you're a CT, you're not allowed to "camp" (hide somewhere and wait for an enemy to walk beside you so you can kill him) while the bomb is planted. PUSH (Rushing to the enemies' base at the beginning of the round) is allowed.

 

Nickname Rules

 

2 The nickname must be decent and mustn't contain swearing or obscene signs. Otherwise, the punishments are : a kick with the reason "Change name" / changing your name to "Player" / 10 minutes ban.

2.1 Your nickname must contain minimum 3 characters.

 

Bans/Unbans & Hacks/Cheats

 

3.1 Admins are required to watch over the cheating suspects. After an detailed tracking of the player, admins can use "admin_blind" command which makes the player's screen black. (he can't see a thing if he isn't using a cheat) If he continues to kill players after that, it means the player is using hacks and he can be banned. In extreme cases, you can use "amx_ss" command, a command which you're not allowed to use too many times.

3.2 The command for banning a player is amx_banip, and to ban the player's IP you must use amx_addban [Player's IP] .

3.3 Advertising other websites/servers (which are not part of B-Zone Community) leads to permanent ban of the player.

3.4 The bans can be removed only by the admins with the higher rank "GOD" and by the CS-TEAM moderators.

 

Map & Restarting

 

4.1 Maps can be changed through voting (amx_votemap [maps' names]) only if the current map has only 2 minutes remaining.

4.2 If on a big map (for example : de_dust2) are only 2-3 players online (maximum 8) , the map can be changed to fy_snow , making an exception to rules' article "4.1". Also, if on the fy_snow map are more than 16-20 players online, then the map can be changed back to de_dust2 or any other big map.

5 The restart command can be used by an admin after the first round on a map. If he/they forget to use the command, the map will continue without restarting.

 

Admin

 

6.1 Admin accesses are personal. "Borrowing" them to other persons will lead to losing the access.

6.2 Admins are not allowed to use commands over another admins. If an admin suspects another admin, he can make a demo and post it on the forum.

6.3 If an admin breaks the rules, any other admin or player can make a demo or screenshots and post them on the forum at "Complaints".

6.4 Creating other rules besides these, leads to losing the admin access.

6.5 Do not ban without screenshots/demo. Even if the player has speedhack/aimbot/wallhack, you can make a demo of even 10 seconds, the important thing is that the hack must be visible on the demo. In case of those who get "blind" and do not get it (are using wallhack), make a screenshot of the line "X(player) a primit blind" (on english : "X got blinded") .
