Ciorba de fasole verde cu afumatura.

 

- INGREDIENTE -

500 g fasole verde
Cca 200 g afumatura
1 ceapa
Putin ulei
Patrunjel
Sare
Piper
- MOD DE PREPARARE -
Mai intai am pregatit fasolea. Am indepartat capetele pastailor si am spalat fasolea.
Am curatat, spalat si tocat ceapa.
Am portionat carnea.
Intr-o oala am pus putin ulei la incins. Am adaugat ceapa, iar apoi afumatura si am lasat-o cateva minute pana cand s-a calit ceapa si a devenit translucida.
Am completat cu apa, iar cand a inceput sa fiarba am adaugat fasolea.
Spre sfarsit am adaugat si sare, piper, patrunjel.
