Description of the bug: i Receive Calls When i am Off Duty + i can be on duty outside the Ambulance

I can confirm that the duty system for paramedics is totally worthless right now. Might be improved in the future, but since it's doing exactly nothing, we can leave it like it is for now and maybe do some great things to it in the future.
