*** COMENZI CONT ***

/stats - Aceasta comanda va afiseaza toate statisticile contului dumneavoastra.
/buylevel - Cu aceasta comanda orice jucator isi poate cumpara level in functie de RP-ul(Respect Points) pe care il detine(daca are suficient - /stats).
/changepass - Cu aceasta comanda va puteti schimba parola contului. *Tastati /changepass si asteptati sa va apara o casuta, completati parola veche, apoi parola noua, si gata.
/changeemail - Va deschide o casuta in care sunt descrisi anumiti pasi pe care trebuie sa-i urmati pentru a va schimba emailul pe care e setat contul.
/tutorial - Reda tutorialul urmarit la inceput, cand v-ati creat contul.



*** COMENZI GENERALE ***

/id - Va ajuta sa vedeti ID-ul, levelul, clanul, factiunea si rank-ul(in factiune) al unui jucator.
/engine - Porneste motorul unui vehicul. *Puteti folosi si tasta "2".
/charity - Cu aceasta comanda puteti face o donatie catre primar. Suma donata va fi impartita jucatorilor de level cuprins intre 2 si 7.
/time - Va afiseaza data si ora exacta din joc.
/pay - Cu aceasta comanda transferati bani cuiva. Puteti transfera doar 1.000$.
/buy - Cu aceasta comanda puteti cumpara ceva dintr-un 24/7. *Tastati /buy intr-un biz de tip 24/7, asteptati sa va porneasca o casuta si selectati obiectul dorit.
/buygun - Cu aceasta comanda puteti cumpara o arma dintr-un magazin de arme. *Puteti cumpara arme doar daca aveti licenta de arme, aceasta se ia de la minim level 5.
/givekey - Cu aceasta comanda puteti da cheile de la masina pe care o detineti unui alt player, cheile jucatorului respectiv dispar dupa relog, sau daca acesta da /throwkey.
/throwkey - Arunca cheile primite.
/lock - Cu aceasta comanda puteti incuia sau descuia un vehicul la care aveti chei. *Va puteti folosi si de tasta "n".
/drink - Cu aceasta comanda puteti sa beti ceva dintr-un bar. *Tastati /drink si bautura dorita(mai intai dati /drink pentru a vedea ce bauturi exista).
/licenses - Aceasta comanda va afiseaza toate licentele pe care le aveti si cat timp mai au acestea pana expira.
/skills - Aceasta comanda iti arata skill-urile tuturor joburilor existente pe server si progresul tau in ele.
/sleep - Aceasta comanda se foloseste pentru a lasa caracterul AFK, fara a primi kick dupa 30 de minute. *Se poate folosi doar in casa.
/lotto - Cu aceasta comanda va puteti alege un numar pentru extragerea lotto. *Extragerea are loc zilnic, la ora 21:00.
/spawnchange - Cu aceasta comanda iti poti schimba locul de spawn. *Casa sau Spawn-ul obisnuit(pentru ce cu factiune, spawn obisnuit inseamna HQ).
/clothes - Aceasta comanda poate fi folosita doar in incinta unui magazin de haine, pentru a va schimba skin-ul.
/eject - Cu aceasta comanda puteti da pe cineva jos din masina dumneavoastra.
/rob - Aceasta comanda va ajuta sa jefuiti banca, avand in vedere ca sistemul a fost actualizat, aveti nevoie de minim 4 playeri si maxim 8 playeri de level minim 7. *Tastati /rob, adaugati membrii, selectati locatia de jaf, iar apoi dati roluri fiecarui membru(Sniper, Gas Man, Gold Melter, Airplane Loaner - fiecare rol trebuie detinut de cineva).
/report - Cu aceasta comanda raportati un jucator de hack, nerespectare regulilor sau cereti ajutor adminilor.
/accept - Cu aceasta comanda puteti accepta diferite servicii sau comenzi de la jucatori. */accept, pentru lista cu acele servicii/comenzi.
/cancel - Cu aceasta comanda puteti anula sau refuza diverse servicii sau comenzi. */cancel, pentru lista cu acele servicii/comenzi.
/usedrugs - Cu aceasta comanda puteti folosi drogurile pe care le aveti. *Trebuie sa aveti minim 2 grame, pentru ca se consuma 2 deodata.
/contract - Cu aceasta comanda puteti trimite un contract agentiei asasinilor pentru a omori un player dorit de voi.. *Suma minima este de 500$.
/fill - Cu aceasta comanda va umpleti rezervorul la masina, de la o benzinarie, dar puteti folosi si canistra pe care o aveti, tot cu aceasta comanda. *Trebuie sa fiti aproape de pompa de alimentare, daca vreti sa realimentati, altfel se va folosi benzina din canistra, iar inainte de /fill, motorul masinii trebuie oprit (/engine / tasta 2).
/fillgascan - Cu aceasta comanda va umpleti canistra de benzina. *Aceasta va ofera doar 20% din benzina pe care o puteti avea.
/service - Cu aceasta comanda puteti chema un taximetrist, un medic, sau un mecanic, pentru a va ajuta. *Trebuie sa asteptati sa va accepte cineva comanda.
/turfs - Arata pe harta teritoriile de stapanire ale mafiilor.
/speedlimit - Seteaza o limita de viteza pentru vehiculul pe care il conduceti (mai mica decat viteza pe care o are deja vehiculul). *Viteza minima este 90km/h.
/animlist - Va afiseaza o lista cu animatiile serverului.
/stopanim - Opreste o animatie.

/helpme - Aceasta comanda trimite o cerere de ajutor sau o intrebare helperilor, din momentul acceptarii cererii voastre, helperul va va raspunde, astfel incat raspunsul va aparea tuturor playerilor de level cuprins intre 1 si 20. Playerii cu nivel mai mare de 20 sunt considerati destul de experimentati, astfel incat nu mai au nevoie de ajutor. *Aceasta comanda poate fi inlocuita si cu /n.

/factions - Poti vedea toate factiunile, statusul lor [On/Off], nivelul si liderii.

/bans - Un admin poate vedea sanctiunii de tip BAN ale unui jucator.

/shield - Aceasta comanda va putea fi folosita de orice membru PD. Cumperi un scut - http://i.imgur.com/itIpqlU.png

/race - Pregatesti o cursa.

/startrace - Pornesti cursa.

/referrals - Afiseaza toti referralii online si nivelul lor.



*** CHAT ***

/say - Aceasta comanda va ajuta sa comunicati pe chatul normal in timpul unei convorbiri telefonice.
/s - Comanda este folosita pentru a scrie ceva pe chatul normal fie ca sunteti intr-o convorbire telefonica, fie ca nu, doar ca pe o suprafata mai mare.
/w - Tastand [/w si ID-ul unui jucator] puteti trimite o "soapta" aceluia. *Trebuie sa va aflati langa el.
/cw - Cu aceasta comanda poti vorbi doar in masina. *Mesajul trimis il vor primi toti pasageri, inclusiv soferul.
/wt - Comanda este folosita pentru a vorbi printr-o statie. Mesajul il vor primii doar cei ce se afla pe aceasi frecventa. */setfreq [frecventa](De la 80.0 in sus].
/ad - Aceasta comanda este folosita pentru a trimite un anunt catre tot serverul (de obicei se foloseste pentru comert). *Trebuie sa va aflati la CNN.
/f - Aceasta este comanda pentru socializare in interiorul factiunii(doar membrii acesteia pot vedea mesajul vostru).

/r - Aceasta este comanda pentru socializare in interiorul departamentului(de politie, national guard sau FBI).

/tx - Comanda pentru chatul tuturor companiilor taxi.

/si - Comanda pentru chatul tuturor companiilor de instructori.

/d - Chatul comun al departamentelor(Politie, National Guard si FBI).
/b - Cu acesta comanda puteti trimite un mesaj OOC (out of character) celor din jurul dumneavoastra. *Poate fi folosita in locul comenzii /say.
/tog - Comanda este folosita pentru a deschide un meniu de unde va puteti alege ce vreti sa dezactivati sau sa activati. *Chatul event, chatul factiunii, soapta, surfing(jucatorii pot / nu pot sta pe masina ta in timpul deplasarii), etc.

*** BANK ***

/balance - Va arata banii pe care ii aveti in banca. *Trebuie sa va aflati in banca.
/withdraw - Cu aceasta comanda puteti scoate bani din banca.
/deposit - Cu aceasta comanda puteti depune bani in banca.
/transfer - Cu aceasta comanda puteti transfera bani cuiva.
/atmwithdraw - La fel ca /withdraw, doar ca se foloseste la un ATM.



*** ALTELE ***

/cellphonehelp - Afiseaza urmatoarele comenzi:
/call - Cu aceasta comanda puteti suna un jucator. *Aveti nevoie de numarul sau de telefon(il aflati cu /number ID) si de level minim 3.
/number - Cu aceasta comanda puteti afla numarul de telefon al unui jucator. *Aveti nevoie de o carte de telefoane (Phone Book) cumparata de la 24/7.
/p - Cu aceasta comanda puteti raspunde la un apel telefonic. *Nu aveti nevoie de level 3 pentru aceasta comanda.

/h - Inchide convorbirea telefonica.
/turn [on/off] - Va deschide sau inchide telefonul. *Tastati /turn on - pentru a va deschide telefonul sau /turn off - pentru a-l inchide.
/sms - Cu aceasta comanda puteti trimite un mesaj unui jucator. Aveti nevoie de numarul sau de telefon(il aflati cu /number ID) si de level minim 3.
/speaker - Cu aceasta comanda va puteti seta telefonul pe difuzor, iar in acest fel cei din jurul dumneavoastra vor putea urmari conversatia telefonica.

/callback - Daca ati fost AFK iar un jucator v-a sunat, puteti folosi aceasta comanda pentru a-l suna inapoi.

/househelp - Afiseaza urmatoarele comenzi:
/enter - Comanda folosita pentru a intra in casa.
/exit - Comanda folosita pentru a iesi din casa.

/open - Aceasta comanda inchide sau deschide usa casei.
/setrentable - Va permite sa alegeti daca lasati jucatorii sa ia chirie la casa dumneavoastra sau nu. */setrentable 0/1 (nu/da).
/setrent - Setati chiria casei dumneavoastra.
/tenants - Afiseaza lista chiriasilor online.
/evict - Dati un chirias afara din casa.
/evictall - Dati toti chiriasii afara din casa.

/sellhousetostate - Vindeti casa la stat.
/houseprice - Setati pretul casei.
/houseupgrade - Va deschide un meniu intreg cu upgrade de viata(/heal) sau armura(tot /heal) care are incorporat tot felul de obiecte de mobilier cu care va puteti decora casa cum stiti voi mai bine.
/heal - Va refaceti viata(HP Barul).
/housewithdraw - Cu aceasta comanda puteti scoate bani din casa (stransi din chirie).


/businesshelp - Afiseaza urmatoarele comenzi:
/bizinfo - Afiseaza cateva informatii legate de business-ul detinut.
/bizfee - Setati pretul de intrare in business. *La CNN sunt banii incasati pe fiecare litera utilizata in /ad.
/bizname - Cu aceasta comanda puteti schimba numele business-ului detinut.
/prodprice - Cu aceasta comanda puteti seta banii platiti pentru un produs.
/bizgunprice - Cu aceasta comanda puteti seta pretul unei arme. *Doar pentru GunShop-uri.
/enter - Comanda folosita pentru a intra in business.
/exit - Comanda folosita pentru a iesi din business.
/open - Inchide sau deschide business-ul.
/sellbiztostate - Vinde business-ul la stat.
/sellbizto - Vinde business-ul unui jucator.
/bizbank - Aceasta comanda va afiseaza banii din business.
/bizwithdraw - Cu aceasta comanda puteti scoate bani din business.

/carhelp - Afiseaza urmatoarele comenzi:
/v - Va afiseaza vehiculele pe care le detineti in "garaj". *Puteti efectua din acel meniu: Remorcarea vehiculului, Informatii despre acesta, Vinderea sa(Trebuie sa fiti la DealerShip), sau deblocarea sa(Daca are bug).

/carplate - Va schimbati numarul de inmatriculare al vehiculului.

/givekey [iD] - Inmanati cheia vehiculului dumneavoastra altui jucator.

/throwkey - Aruncati cheia vehiculului primita de la alt jucator.

/unrentvehicle - Inmanati cheia vehiculului inchiriat inapoi companiei sale.

Vinderea vehiculului catre alt jucator o veti face prin /trade.(Sistem nou).

/removetuning - Iti scoate tot tuning-ul de pe masina.

/fishhelp - Afiseaza urmatoarele comenzi:
/fish - Comanda folosita pentru a pescui. *Trebuie sa va aflati la fishing place (Big Wheel Rods) sau pe o barca.
/fishes - Afiseaza pestii pe care ii aveti.
/sellfishes - Vinde pestii pe care ii aveti. *Trebuie sa va aflati intr-o anumita zona din LS Docks, un checkpoint va va fi plasat pe harta odata ce dati /sellfishes, sa puteti ajunge acolo.

/jobhelp - Afiseaza comenzi pentru jobul detinut, in functie de acesta. *Fiecare job vine cu anumite comenzi specifice lui.

/eventhelp - Afiseaza urmatoarele comenzi:
/requestevent - Comanda folosita pentru a cere organizarea unui event. *Trebuie acceptat de admini, exista un anumit model de a cere: /requestevent <Titlu>|<Locatie>|<Premiu>|<Timp>|<Descriere>. Exemplu: /requestevent Ruleta Ruseasca | La mine acasa | 10000 | Acum | Detalii pe /e.
/event - Afiseaza ce event este(daca este) in desfasurare si detalii despre acesta.
/e - Acest chat il va folosi organizatorul eventului pentru a comunica detalii despre event sau regulile eventului tuturor participantilor.
/stopevent - Aceasta comanda o va folosi organizatorul la incheierea evenimentului pentru a-l opri. *Aceasta comanda o poate folosi si adminul daca jucatorul incalca regulile sau este Offline(in afara jocului).

*** ACCOUNT ***

/stats - Displays all your account statistics.
/buylevel - You can buy a new level with this command..
/changepass - You can change your password. Type in menu your old password and after your new password.
/changeemail - Opens a box where certain steps you must follow to change your account's email address are described.
/tutorial - You can do all the tutorials.



*** GENERAL ***

/id - You can see ID, Level, Clan, Faction and Faction Rank of other player.
/engine - Starts the engine of a vehicle. You can use too button "2".
/charity - Make a donation to mayor. Your donation go to players level 2-7.
/time - Displays the exact in-game date and time.
/pay - Transfer money to someone. *Until level 3 you can only transfer 1000$.
/buy - Buy something from a 24/7. You select the "object" from menu.
/buygun - Buy a gun from a gun shop. *You need a weapons license that you can get only after achieving level 5.
/givekey - Give the keys from a car you own to another player. *His keys disappear after relogging, or if he uses /throwkey.
/throwkey - Throws the recieved keys.
/lock - Lock or unlock a vehicle whose keys you have. You can use too button "n".
/drink - You drink somethings in a bar. *Type /drink and you will see what have the bar for drink.
/licenses - Displays your licenses and their remaining time until they expire.
/skills - Display all your skills at jobs and your progress.
/sleep - Leave your character AFK without getting kicked after 30 minutes.. *Can be used only indoors.
/lotto - Choose a number for the lottery. *The lottery number extraction takes place daily at 9:00PM.
/spawnchange - Change your spawn location. From home to the airport or HQ, and vice versa.* House or Default Spawn(For faction members Default Spawn = HeadQuarters).
/clothes - You can change your skin in a Binco Shop.
/eject - Eject someone from your vehicle.
/rob - Type /rob, add 4 players or 8 players, select your robbery location and select the "jobs" for members. You need to be minimum 4 players or maximum 8 players.
/report - You can report a hacker to admins or request help from admins.
/accept - Accept players' services or commands. */accept to see the list of those services.
/cancel - Cancel or decline players' services or commands. */cancel to see the list of those services.
/usedrugs - Use 2 grams of drugs.
/contract - Place a contract on someone player and the Hitmen Agency will kill him/her. The minimum sum is 500$.
/fill - Fill your car's gas tank at a gas station. You can also fill your gas tank from your gas can using the same command. *You must be close to the fuel pump if you want to refill, otherwise it will use the gas can, and before using /fill, the vehicle's engine must be stopped (/engine).
/fillgascan - Fill your gas can from a gas station. *Your gas can fills only 20% of your gas tank, when used.
/service - Call a taxi, a paramedic, or a mechanic to help you. *You have to wait for your request to be accepted.
/turfs - Displays the turfs that gangs got in possession on the map.
/speedlimit - Sets a speed limit for the vehicle you're driving (lower than the vehicle's actual speed). Minim speedlimit is 90km/h.
/animlist - Displays a list with the server's animations.
/stopanim - Stops an animation.

/helpme - Send a help request from the helpers and they will help you.

/factions - You can see all factions, owr stats [On/Off], level and leader.

/bans - An admin can see all ban sanctions of a player.

/race - Prepare a race.

/startrace - Start the race.

/referrals - You can see all referrals and owr level.

*** CHAT ***

/say - You can use this command if you are in a phone call.
/s - The same as /say, but it has a larger radius. You can shouts at players.
/w - Whisper something to a single player. *Type /w [iD] and message, you need to be near him.
/cw - Whisper something inside of a car. *All passengers will see your message and the driver.
/wt - Talk on a walkie-talkie.
/ad - Send an announcement to the whole server (usually used for trades). *You must be at one of the CNNs.
/f - Write on your faction's chat.

/r - Write on your Department's Chat(Police Department, National Guard, FBI).

/tx - Chat with all Taxi Companies.

/si - Chat with all School Instructors.

/d - Chat with all departments(Police Department + national guard + FBI).
/b - Send an OOC (out of character) message to those around you. *You don't have to use it on our server, because the server's not a Hard RP server.

/tog - Open for you a menu where you can stop: Faction Chat, Event Chat, Whisper, Clan Chat, and more.



*** BANK ***

/balance - Displays the money you have in your bank account. *Must be used inside the bank.
/withdraw - Take money out of your bank account.
/deposit - Put money in your bank account.
/transfer - Transfer money to someone's bank account.
/atmwithdraw - Take money out of your bank account, used for ATM's.



*** OTHER ***

/cellphonehelp - Displays the following commands:
/call - Call a player. *You need the player's phone number. Example: /call 1234567 . *You must have level 3.
/number - Displays a player's phone number. *You need a phone book that can be bought from a 24/7.
/p - Accept an incoming call from a player (answers phone). *You don't need to have level 3.
/h - Hungs up.
/turn [on/off] - Turns the cellphone on or off.
/sms - Send a text message to a player. *You need the player's phone number. Example: /sms 1234567 text. *You need to have level 3.
/speaker - Set your phone on speaker mode, so those around you will be able to see your conversation.

/househelp - Displays the following commands:
/enter - Enter in a house. *You can use too button "f" / Enter.
/exit - Exit from a house. *You can use too button "f" / Enter.
/open - Locks or unlocks your house's door.
/setrentable - Allows you to choose whether to allow players to take rent at your house or not. */setrentable 0/1 (no/yes).

/setrent - Set your house rent price.
/tenants - Displays your online tenants.
/evict - Evict a tenant.
/evictall - Evict all your tenants.
/sellhousetostate - Sell your house to state.
/houseprice - Set your house's price.
/houseupgrade - Open for you a menu where you can upgrade your house with: Heal, Armour or Furniture.
/housewithdraw - Withdraw money collected from the house's rent.

/renthelp - Displays the following commands:
/unrentroom - *Self-explanatory command.
/enter - You enter in house.
/exit - You exit from house.
/tenants - Displays the online tenants.

/businesshelp - Displays the following commands:
/bizinfo - Displays some information about your business.
/bizfee - Set the entrance price for your business. *In CNN's case, the money taken for each letter used in an /ad.
/bizname - Change the name of your business.
/prodprice - Set the money paid for a product.
/bizgunprice - Set a weapon's price. *Only for Gun Shops.
/enter - *Self-explanatory command.
/exit - *Self-explanatory command.
/open - Opens or closes the business.
/sellbiztostate - *Self-explanatory command.
/sellbizto - Sells the business to a player.
/bizbank - Displays the money you have in your business.
/bizwithdraw - Withdraw money from your business.

/carhelp - Displays the following commands:

/v - Display your vehicles.

/carplate - Put a plate with a text on your car.

/givekey - Give your car key to any player.

/throwkey - Throw the key received from any player.

/unrentvehicle - Unrent your rent vehicle or motorcycle.

/removetuning - Remove your car tuning.

/trade - Sell your car / house to any player.

 

/fishhelp - Displays the following commands:
/fish - *Self-explanatory command. *You have to be at a fishing place (Big Wheel Rods) or on a boat.
/fishes - Displays the fish you have.
/sellfishes - Sells the fishes you have. *You must be in a certain area of the LS Docks, a checkpoint will be placed on your map once you use /sellfishes, so you can get there.

/jobhelp - Displays your job's commands according to the job you have, each job comes with it's own commands.

/eventhelp - Displays the following commands:
/requestevent - Request an event. *Must be accepted by an admin, there is a certain pattern to ask for an event: /requestevent <Title>|<Location>|<Prize>|<Time>|<Description>. Example: /requestevent First player at me | CityHall LS | 10000 | Now | Details on /e.
/event - Displays details of the event in progress.
/e - Chat that event organizers use to talk to participants.
/stopevent - Stops an event. *You must be the organizer of the event or admin.(The admin can use this command when organize breaking the rules or he is Offline).
