Job Applications?

Well I'm new to this forum and i'm using a translator to read a lot of the romanian stuff so most of it is prob wrong.

But anyway the server is great and i just have 1 simple question on where to put the application on becoming a paramedic and such is.

I'm level 5 if i'm not wrong and i really want to be a paramedic as my primary lvl 5 job to make good money combined with farming.
