Nick-ul tau: Khalsa[SULTAN]

Server: RPG.B-ZONE.RO
Descrierea bugului: OIf the clan is inactive, we can't spray the walls... It's Okay.

But, If we can't spray means, being on clan duty is useless..

So, The command [/clanduty] should be blocked when clan is inactive.
