GTA:SA.EXE BAD IMAGE error

When I Click To Start the Game, at first it shows d3dx9_43.dll Not Found, When I Add d3dx9_43.dll File, It Shows BAD IMAGE Error

Then, I would recommend you to delete all the stuff related to your game (files etc) and install them again.

I had Windows 10 Before, But i Downgraded and installed windows 7, I Have Tried like 100 Times. It's Not Working!

Maybe in your Windows files one .dll file missing or the d3dx9 is not installed corectly, try to reinstall then.
