SF Police Department - Testul de Intrare / Test Description

 

 

Note generale   ➢  Orice candidat acceptat pentru a susține testul de intrare trebuie să se comporte decent. Dacă acesta jignește sau are un comportament inadecvat față de un membru al facțiunii, este automat respins fără a mai avea dreptul de a susține testul de intrare.   ➢  Ambele probe trebuie susținute cu același tester. Este strict interzisă, cât și sancționabilă, pasarea candidatului de la un tester la altul pe parcursul probelor. Liderul își rezervă dreptul de a aplica excepții când are un argument solid însoțit de dovezi.   ➢  Raportarea unui tester pentru greșeli ce țin de testul de intrare se va realiza doar pe forum, într-un mesaj privat către liderul SFPD.     General notes   ➢  Every candidate accepted to take the entry test must be civilized. In case of misbehaving towards faction members, they will be rejected, losing that chance.   ➢  Both theoretical and practical test must be taken with the same tester. Passing on the candidate between testers during the entry test is strictly forbidden and punishable. The leader reserves the right to make exceptions when there is a rock solid argument supported by evidence.   ➢  Reporting a tester following mistakes during the entry test will be done only on the forum, through a PM to the SFPD leader.

 

 

 

 

 

Testul de intrare în SF Police Department constă în 2 probe obligatorii (+1 de departajare dacă e nevoie) și va fi parcurs în ordinea următoare:

 

• Proba teoretică [obligatorie]
  • aceasta cuprinde un set de întrebări logice din «Regulamentul General al Departamentelor»,  «Regulamentul Intern PD», cât și «Wanted, Arrest and Ticket list». Grijă la întrebările capcană!
     
• Proba practică [obligatorie]
  • aceasta cuprinde amplasarea radarului de către candidat oriunde dorește, urmând aplicarea unei sancțiuni pe baza radarului (indiferent că e amendă sau suspendare), sub stricta supraveghere a testerului, care va taxa orice nerespectare a regulilor.
     
• Proba SWAT [departajare în cazul unui număr mai mare de candidați admiși cu punctaj egal față de cel al locurilor disponibile]
  • aceasta cuprinde o serie de câte două dueluri (cu fiecare dintre armele: Deagle, M4, MP5 și o armă la alegere) între candidat și tester.
  • testerul și candidatul trebuie să aibă licența de port-armă valabilă pentru minim 50 de ore, altfel proba aceasta nu se poate susține.

PROBA TEORETICĂ

 

Reguli care trebuie comunicate candidatului la începutul probei:

• Sunt INTERZISE: sa fii online pe forum, [...]
• [...] sa fii AFK, sa iesi prin [/q], sa folosesti [/duty].
• In caz de crash, ai 5 minute sa te intorci.
• Doar raspunsurile pe [/cw] si [/w] sunt valide.
• Pentru fiecare intrebare ai 1 minut sa raspunzi.
• Raspuns partial incadrat intr-un minut = 0,5p.
• Raspuns partial corect = 0,5p.
• Raspuns complet neincadrat intr-un minut = 1p.
• Raspuns complet incorect = 1p.
• Acumularea a 3 puncte duce la RESPINGERE.
• Doar primul raspuns dat este valid.
• Neclaritati?

 

 

OBSERVAȚII pentru TESTERI

• răspuns parțial corect / incomplet / greșit: testerul va spune candidatului care era răspunsul corect
• penalizările se acordă întotdeauna pe loc
   

• Este permis candidatului să se deconecteze dacă are desync, DOAR după ce un admin sau liderul SFPD a confirmat. Dacă niciunul dintre aceștia nu este disponibil, testerul trebuie să dovedească desincronizarea, după care candidatul se poate deconecta.

• Căile de comunicare îi vor fi deblocate automat în momentul reconectării. Testerul are obligația de a le bloca imediat! De asemenea, dacă candidatul părăsește repetat jocul prin crash, acesta va pica testul.

 

PROBA PRACTICĂ

 

Reguli care trebuie comunicate candidatului la începutul probei:

• Sunt INTERZISE: sa fii online pe forum, [...]
• [...] sa fii AFK, sa iesi prin [/q].
• Daca jocul da crash, ai 5 minute sa revii.
• Trebuie sa iei [/duty], sa setezi un radar si sa sanctionezi [...]
• [...] un sofer pentru depasirea limitei de viteza. La final [...]
• [...] imi vei da pe forum: dovada depasirii limitei de viteza [...]
• [...] si dovada sanctiunii acordate. Poti sanctiona colegii de [...]
• [...] clan/alianta/departamente, plus /friends, dar acestia sunt [...]
• [...] considerati invalizi si va trebui sa reiei radarul. [...]
• In situatia reluarii radarului imi vei da pe forum dovezile  [...]
• [...] pentru TOTI JUCATORII sanctionati (inclusiv cei invalizi).
• Contestarea rezultatului probei se face doar pe baza dovezilor tale.
• Neclaritati?
   

 

 

BAREMUL DE CORECTARE AL PROBEI PRACTICE

OBSERVAȚII

• Pentru a putea trece acest test și a intra în SF Police Department, trebuie să aveți un scor de cel puțin 6/ 10 la această probă.
• Nu aveți voie să folosiți niciun fel de mod ajutător pentru PD în cadrul acestei probe (KeyBinder, PD Helper, EzCop etc.)! În caz contrar, se dispune respingerea imediată a candidatului.
• Fiecare candidat trebuie sa aibă dovezi ale contravenției (poză sau video, după preferința sa) și sancțiunii aplicate ulterior (mesaj amendă și/ sau suspendare), urmând furnizarea lor către tester spre analizare. Dacă una dintre acestea lipsește, candidatul va fi respins.
• Candidatul poate să-și sancționeze prietenii (/friends), colegii de clan, alianță sau departamente, dar nu vom lua în considerare pentru încheierea probei. Drept urmare, va trebui să reia radarul.

Cum se calculează punctajul final în situația departajării

 

Se adună rezultatele celor 3 probe și totul se împarte la 3.

• EXEMPLU:
  • Alin. obține 0,5/ 3 la proba teoretică, 10/ 10 la proba practică și 7/ 8 la SWAT.
  • -0,5 + 10 + 7 = 16,5
    16,5 ÷ 3 = 5,5

 

➢  Punctajul de la proba teoretică se trece cu minus deoarece cu cât candidatul are mai multe greșeli, cu atât media finală trebuie să-i fie mai mică.

➢  Atenție! La această probă este important să aveți media cât mai mare.

Observații privind testerii:

 

• Au obligația de a ține o evidență cu dovezi foto sau video pe parcursul testelor timp de 7 zile. Această evidență trebuie să conțină dovezi cu toate persoanele testate, întrebările adresate acestora și răspunsurile date.
   
• Dovezile nu vor fi publicate niciunde decât la cererea liderului sau a unui manager. În cazul in care se solicită aceste dovezi și nu există, membrul responsabil cu testul va fi retrogradat și candidatul va susține din nou testul.
   
• În cazul descoperirii că testul a fost desfășurat în mod incorect, testerul va fi sancționat în funcție de gravitate și abaterile anterioare.

The entry test in SF Police Department consists of 2 mandatory stages (+1 tiebreak stage if necessary) and will be conducted in the following order:

 

• Theoretical test [mandatory]
  • this one consists of a series of logical questions from «Department General Rules»,  «PD Internal Rules», as well as «Wanted, Arrest and Ticket list». Beware of trap questions!
     
• Practical test [mandatory]
  • this one consists of letting the candidate place radar as desired and applying one adequate punishment (no matter it is a fine or a suspension) under the tester’s close supervision to make sure no rule is broken, penalizing the candidate if something goes wrong.
     
• SWAT test [tiebreak in case of a higher amount of candidates accepted with equal scores than that of available slots]
  • this one consists of a series of 2 duels (with each of the following guns: 2x Deagle, 2x M4, 2x MP5, 2x at the candidate’s choice) between the candidate and the tester
  • the tester and the candidate must have a valid weapon license for a minimum of 50 hours; otherwise, this test cannot be taken.

THEORETICAL TEST

 

Rules that must be communicated to the candidate at the beginning of the test:

• It is FORBIDDEN to: be online on the forum, [...]
• [...] be AFK, leave via [/q], use the [/duty] command.
• In case of crash, you have 5 mins to return.
• Only answers via [/cw] or [/w] are valid.
• For each question to have 1 minute to answer.
• Answer fits partially within 1 minute = 0,5p.
• Answer is partially correct = 0,5p.
• Answer is completely outside the 1 minute = 1p.
• Answer is completely incorrect = 1p. 
• Gathering 3 points leads to FAILURE.
• Only the first answer is valid.
• Any doubts?
   

 

REMARKS for TESTERS

• partially correct / incomplete / wrong answer: the tester will tell the candidate what the correct answer was
• penalties are always given on the spot
   
• The candidate is allowed to disconnect if he has desync, ONLY after an admin or the SFPD leader has confirmed. If neither of them is available, the tester must prove the desync, after which the candidate can disconnect.
• His communication channels will be automatically unblocked upon reconnecting. The tester is obliged to block them immediately! Also, if the candidate repeatedly leaves the game by crashing, he will fail the test.

 

 

PRACTICAL TEST

 

Rules that must be communicated to the candidate at the beginning of the test:

• It is FORBIDDEN to: be online on the forum, [...]
• [...] be AFK, leave via [/q].
• In case of crash, you have 5 mins to return.
• You have to take [/duty], set a radar and sanction [...]
• [...] a driver for breaking the speed limit. At the end [...]
• [...] you will give me on the forum: proof on breaking [...]
• [...] the speed limit and proof on the sanction you gave him.
•  You can sanction your clan/alliance/department colleagues, [...]
• [...] plus /friends, but they will be considered invalid, [...]
• [...] so you will have to resume the radar.
• In case of resuming the radar, you will also give me [...]
• [...] the proofs on ALL PLAYERS sanctioned (invalid ones included).
• Appealing the result of this test is only done based on your proofs.

THE MARKING SCALE OF THE PRACTICAL TEST

REMARKS

• In order for a candidate to pass the SF Police Department’s entry test, they need a score of at least 6/ 10 in the practical test.
• You are not allowed to use any kind of PD helper mod in this test (KeyBinder, PD Helper, EzCop etc.)! Otherwise you will fail the test.
• Every single candidate has to possess evidence of the violation (either photo or video, by their choice) and of the sanction applied afterwards (message of the ticket and/ or the suspension), which will be forwarded to their tester. If one of these is missing, the candidate is rejected.
• The candidate may sanction their friends (/friends), colleagues from clan, alliance or other departments, but we won’t take into account. As a result, they will have to resume the radar.

How the final score is calculated in case of a tiebreak

 

Add the results of the 3 tests and divide everything by 3.

• EXAMPLE:
  • Alin. gets 0,5/ 3 in the theoretical test, 10/ 10 in the practical one, and 7/ 8 in the SWAT one.
  • -0,5 + 10 + 7 = 16,5
    16,5 ÷ 3 = 5,5

 

➢  The score of the theoretical test is noted with a minus because the more mistakes the candidate makes, the lower the final average should be.

➢  Warning! It is important to have as high an average as possible in this test.

Remarks regarding the testers:

 

• They are required to keep a record with photo or video evidence during the tests for 7 days. This record must contain evidence of all persons tested, the questions asked and the answers given.
   
• Evidence will not be published anywhere unless requested by the leader or a manager. If such evidence is requested and does not exist, the member in charge of the test will be demoted and the candidate will retake the test.
   
• If the test is found to have been conducted incorrectly, the tester will be penalized according to the severity and previous misconduct.
