RazvyXxX-1/2,prima abatere+lvl mic,daca se mai repeta sanctiunea creste

EDIT: Inainte sa postati pe cineva pe Blacklist H.A uitat-va sa nu existe deja,iar daca este in situatie 1/2 imi trimiteti PM cu dovezile si il sanctionez contraventional
