Reguli Generale Chat / Discord

 

Reclama în scopul de a aduce jucători pe alte servere/comunități este strict interzisă. [Sancțiune: Tempban 14 zile / Ban permanent în funcție de abatere]

• Vă este permis să postați periodic linkuri către videourile/conturile pe diferite platforme în timp ce vă jucați alte jocuri cu scopul de a vă promova canalul, atâta timp cât acestea nu fac referire la anumite servere/comunități diferite de B-Zone.Ro.
• Exceptie: Puteți posta filmulețe de pe alte comunități ce nu tin de SA:MP sau din jocuri care nu se regăsesc pe comunitatea B-Zone.Ro.

 

Off-Topicul este interzis. Off-Topic însemnând atunci când un utilizator folosește un canal/chat în alt scop decât a fost el conceput. [Sancțiune: 1x Avertisment verbal (acordat de staff), apoi mute 30m la fiecare abatere repetată]

 

Injuriile sau expresiile jignitoare / Batjocura / Glumele de prost gust adresate către un alt utilizator nu sunt tolerate. [Sancțiune: 50m Mute + 1h la fiecare abatere repetată / Warn]

 

Limbajul usor-vulgar pe chaturile publice este permis in limita bunului simt atata timp cat nu este adresat unui utilizator.

 

Orice lucru ce poate ofensa sau denigra alti utilizatori ai serverului de Discord este interzis. Se vor oferi sancțiuni doar pe baza unei reclamații create create pe ⁠#complaints. [Sancțiune: Mute 1h + 1h la fiecare abatere repetată / Warn / Ban in funcție de gravitate]

 

Amenințările aduse la adresa altor utilizatori sunt strict interzise. [Sancțiune: Mute 1d / Warn / Tempban 30 de zile în funcție de gravitate]

 

Nickname-urile indecente sunt interzise.

• Acestea vor fi schimbate automat de către un membru al staffului când sunt văzute. Dacă doriți să vi se schimbe nickname-ul contactați un membru staff. În cazul în care vă puneți în repetate rânduri un nume indecent veți fi sanctionați cu [Warn / Tempban 14 zile / Ban permanent în funcție de gravitate].

 

Afacerile ilegale ce țin de comunitate sunt interzise.

 

Prin afaceri ilegale înțelegem: 

 

• Cererea de conturi RPG;
• Tentativa de vanzare/cumpărare a contului RPG;
• Vânzarea/cumpărarea averii pe serverul RPG.

Tentativele de fraudă (scam) sunt interzise.

Prin fraudă (scam) înțelegem:

 

• Fraude de natură financiară;
• Fraude cu conturi;
• Fraude cu invite links către servere de discord.

 

Vor fi sancționate și conturile sparte care transmit astfel de informații pe server.

Impersonarea altor membri/utilizatori ai comunității este interzisă. [Sanctiune: Ban]

 

NSFW-ul este interzis!

• Se consideră NSFW atunci când un utilizator lasă pe chat un link către materiale pornografice sau cu un caracter nerecomandat unui public larg de persoane. [Sancțiune: Mute 1d / Warn / Tempban 14 zile în funcție de gravitate]. 

 

Distribuirea de date personale ale membrilor comunității cât si alte poze compromițătoare este strict interzisă, iar politica acestui server de Discord nu tolerează sub nicio formă asa ceva. [Sancțiune: Ban permanent fără drept de unban]

 

Ce sancționăm:

• Distribuirea de poze pe chat-urile publice cu alte persoane de pe comunitate.
• Distribuirea numerelor de telefon / adrese / nume personale / IP-urile (Internet Protocol)  / datele vreunui cont personal.

 

Aceste cazuri se vor sancționa doar pe baza unei reclamatii pe #complaints sau către un Discord Moderator Supervisor sau unui alt rank superior acestuia.

 

Orice alte situatii se vor raporta direct catre Discord folosind optiunea de report.

 

Nu este permis a se face SPAM.

• SPAM = Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages, asta însemnând că nu vă este permis a scrie mesaje fără niciun rost, doar cu scopul de a umple chatul.
• De asemenea, prin SPAM înțelegem: scrierea a mai mult de 5 mesaje (similare sau nu) într-un interval scurt de timp.
• Mesajele ce ocupă mai multe rânduri, dar sunt scrise într-un singur textbox NU se sancționează.
• Se consideră SPAM și atunci când folosiți un anumit Bot pentru a umple chatul fără rost.

Reguli Generale Voice Chat

 

Bot-Trollul este strict interzis.

• Se consideră atunci când utilizatorul pune altceva decât muzica folosind boții publici sau pune efecte sonore deranjante prin intermediul boților puși la dispoziție publicului. [Sancțiune: Restrângerea unor permisiuni pentru un timp nedefinit / Warn]

 

Trollul este interzis.

• Se considera Troll atunci când un utilizator urlă, suflă, bate în microfon, folosește o placă audio virtuală pentru a simula sunete din calculator sau stânjenește în orice mod prin intermediul comunicării vocale alți utilizatori. [Sancțiune: Restrângerea unor permisiuni pentru un timp nedefinit / Warn]

 

Earrape-ul pe canalele vocale este strict interzis. [Sancțiune: Restrangerea unor permisiuni pentru un timp nedefinit / Tempban 14 zile / Ban în funcție de gravitate]

 

Mutarea Excesivă de pe un canal pe altul cu scopul de a enerva alți utilizatori este interzisă. [Sancțiune: Restrângerea unor permisiuni pentru un timp nedefinit]

 

Altele

 

• Acumularea a mai mult de 5 sancțiuni într-un termen de 7 zile duce la sancționarea dvs. prin 1 Warn-Point.
• Acumularea a 3 Warn Points duce la ban permanent de pe acest server.

 

     Dacă un utilizator: 

• Are prea multe sancțiuni

• Prea multe conturi cauzatoare de probleme

• Strică bunastarea serverului  

• Deranjează într-un mod excesiv utilizatorii de pe server

 

     Vor fi banați permanent, fără drept de unban.

 

• Managerii Discord își rezervă dreptul de a aplica sancțiuni individuale neprevăzute de regulament la libera apreciere a acestora de la caz la caz.
• Managerii Discord își rezervă dreptul de a adăuga reguli cu caracter special neprevăzute în acest regulament în anumite situații.

 

• Încălcarea Termenilor și Condițiilor ale platformei Discord (ToS Discord) duce implicit la sancțiunea de Ban perament, fără drept de unban.

 

Atenție: Acest regulament are caracter INFORMATIV, iar orice situație care depășește limitele bunului simț sau care nu este prevazută, însă, se consideră că ar aduce prejudicii utilizatorilor sau serverului de Discord/Comunității, se poate sancționa individual în urma unei hotărâri între membrii staffului.

General Chat Rules / Discord

 

Advertising with the purposes to bring players to other servers / communities is strictly forbidden. [Sanction: Tempban 14 days / Permanent Ban depending of the repetitions]

 

• It is allowed to post from time to time links towards videos/accounts from other platforms playing other games in order to promote your channel, if those games are not related to other servers/communities besides B-Zone.Ro.
• Exception: You can post videos from other communities that are not related to SA:MP or from other games that are NOT found in the B-Zone.Ro community.

 
Off-Topic chatting is forbidden. Off-Topic means when a user uses a channel/chat with other purposes that the channel was made for. [Sanction: 1x Verbal warning (given by the staff), then mute 30m for each repetition]

 

Slightly vulgar language on the public chats is allowed if it is not addressed towards another user.

Swear words, foul expresions / Mockery addressed towards another user are not tolerated. [Sanction: 50m Mute + 1h for repetitions / Warn]. Punishments will be given only based on complaints made on #complaints.

Anything that can offend or attack other users of the Discord server is forbidden. [ Sanction: Mute 1h+1h for repetitions / Warn / Permanent Ban depending of the gravity of the situation]. Punishments will be given only based on complaints made with on #complaints.

 

Threats towards other users are forbidden. [Sanction: Mute 1d / Warn / Tempban 30 days depending of the gravity of the situation]

 

• If conversations escalate in any way, we reserve the right to sanction all parties involved without requiring a complaint.

Indecent nicknames are not allowed. Those will be changed by a Staff Member when those are detected. If you want your nickname to be changed contact a Staff Member. In case you repeatedly change your nickname to an indecent one you will be punished with [Warn / Tempban 14 days / Permanent Ban depending of the repetitions].

Illegal trading is forbidden.

 

By illegal trading we mean:

 

• Requesting RPG accounts;
• The attempt to sell the RPG account;
• The attempt to sell the wealth on the RPG server.

 

[Sanction: Tempban 30 days / Ban depending of the repetitions]

 

Scam attempts are strictly prohibited.

 

By scam, we mean:

• Financial scams;

• Account-related scams;

• Scam invite links to Discord servers.

 

Compromised accounts that spread such content on the server will also be sanctioned.

[Sanction: 14-day temporary ban / Permanent ban depending on the severity of the offense]

Impersonating other users of the community is forbidden. [Sanction: Ban]

NSFW is forbidden!

• It is considered NSFW when an user drops in chat links towards pornographic materials with a not recommended character towards a wide audience of people. [Sanction: Mute 1d / Warn / Tempban 14 days depending of the gravity of the situation]

Distribution of personal data of other users of the community, aswell as photos with compromising character is strictly forbidden and the politics of this Discord server do not tolerate this in any form. [Sanction: Permanent Ban without the right for an unban]

 

 

What we punish: 

• Distribution of pictures on public chats with other people from the community.
• Distribution of phone numbers / addresses / personal names / IP addresses (Internet Protocol) / data of any personal account.

 

These cases will be punished only based on a report on #complaints or to a Discord Moderator Supervisor or to another superior rank.

Any other situations will be reported directly to Discord using the report option.

It is not allowed to SPAM.

• SPAM = Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages, this meaning that you are not allowed to write messages without any reason, just with the purpose to fill the chat.
• SPAM is considered when a users types more than 5 messages (similar or not) in a very short timespan.
• Messages that occupy multiple rows, but are written in a single textbox will NOT be sanctioned.
• It is considered SPAM when you use a Bot to fill the chat without any reason.
• [Sanction: Verbal Warning (given automatically by our bot) / Mute 5m for each repetition]

 

    General Voice Chat Rules

 

Bot-Trolling is strictly forbidden.

• It is considered when an user plays something else than music using the public bots or plays uncomfortable sound effects using the bots available for the public.[Sanction: Restriction of some of the permissions for an indefinite amount of time / Warn]

 
Trolling is forbidden.

• It is considered Troll when an user screams, blows (in the microphone) or hits the microphone, uses a virtual audio card to simulate computer sounds or discomforts other users in any way using the voice chat. [Sanction: Restriction of some of the permissions for an indefinite amount of time / Warn]

Ear Raping in the voice chat is strictly forbidden. [Sanction: Restriction of some of the permissions for an indefinite amount of time / Tempban 14 days /  Permanent Ban depending of the gravity of the situation]

 

It is forbidden to excessively move from a channel to another channel in order to annoy other users. [Sanction: Restriction of some of the permissions for an indefinite amount of time]

 
Others

 

• Accumulation of more than 5 sanctions in a 7 day timespan leads to your sanctioning with 1 Warn Point.
• Receiving 3 Warn Points leads to a ban on this server.

 

      If a user:

• has too many sanctions,
• too many accounts causing problems,
• disrupts the well-being of the server or disturbs the users of the server excessively,

 

      Will be permanently banned, without the right to get unbanned.

 

• Discord Managers reserve their right to apply individual punishments that are not predicted by the rulebook at their own discretion depending of the situation.
• Discord Managers reserve their right to add rules with special characteristics that are not predicted by this rulebook depending of the situation.

 

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Discord Platform (Discord ToS) leads by default to a ban penalty, without the right of appeal.

 

Attention: This rulebook has an INFORMATIVE character and any situation that crosses common sense or that is not predicted, but is considered to bring harm towards the users / server or the community can be punished individually after a decision is made by the staff members.
