i dont know who banned me but i was in driving test and some1 was pushing me to exam again then i kicked his ass by s0beit andim banned now

You have no chance of being unbanned, the rules are clear for all the players of the server - NO CHEATING. You can't use s0beit m0d on a public server like this. You should have reported the player using /report and the admins would have responded. That's it, banned permanently, you can't do anything, rules are rules!
