Bug - Quest Live Renew

Description of the bug: The lives are still getting renewed after 2 minutes instead of 1.

Previously, they would regenerate every 2 to 3 minutes. Now they regenerate in 1 to 2 minutes. It shouldn't be 120 actual seconds, but it won't necessarily be 60 seconds either. It's something in between.
